Wife was in an accident. Was told we could get our personal belongings out of the car. Instead when we got there everything was thrown in a trash bag. Items still missing. And got told 3 different stories as to what happen to our belongings. Definitely don’t recommend this company.
Best towing company I've ever called. Tim was very helpful, polite, and very professional. The price is very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
Tim, I was involved in an accident tonight at the interception of CR74 and CR29, I want to thank you for your quick response and your help, I looked inside my glove compartment of my Ford F250 but there was no vaulcher to buy a Chevy hahaha, you sure made a bad time a little at easy. Tim’s Towing is hands down amazing!! Experienced and Customer focused. Showed up on time and loaded in under 20 min. Very fair priced for the work. Definitely recommend giving them a try if you need roadside assistance
Excellent towing service. Hands-down one of the friendliest towing company you’ll ever find from the lady at the reception desk all the way to the driver. Would recommend. As a retail manager, I appreciate this greatly. Great care was taken into towing my vehicle.
Tim, great. I have him do all my tow. great prices and had him do about 10 tows for me and help me get air in a tire for my truck so I could get to the tire shop. 5 stars
Should have wrote this review a long time ago, but I'm having another issue with my vehicle so figured I'd write a good review for Tim!!! He's a good guy, he has a knowledgeable staff who will help you out in any way. When you're having one of those days where you think nobody cares call Tim's, He sure does make it easier!!! Son locked my keys in my vehicle and called and talked to the owner who at the time was on another job a ways away from Labelle but told me to call the next morning if I could wait I told him sure. So the next morning I called and his wife said he was dropping off another vehicle in Ft. Myers and she would let him know waited for about an hour and seen this lil white pickup beside my truck on my security camera, by the time I got to the door he had already opened my truck and was standing there waiting on me I said NOW THAT'S WHAT YOU CALL CLASS A SERVICE Would definitely be calling them again but hopefully not for locked keys because I got 4 sets now Lol... waited a while to post this simply because i have been very busy...but i honestly could not forget. i was arrested for speeding....YES..I said SPEEDING in the lovely town of Labelle, Florida over a year ago My car was towed over to tim's storage ..the person that is in charge of the impound lot ( car storage lot). has vicious dogs and a shot gun in the office, and he pulled that shot gun on me and told me to "go back wherever the hell I came from" simply, because i asked him for a receipt that has a break down of the charges. $200.00 worth of charges, when the arresting officer and the tow truck driver at scene told me it will be somewhere between $80-$100 to get the car out the same day. he is a racist piece of scum and a thief. and i hope he suffers for it. Labelle florida was a decent town to live in for a couple of years, but its racist scum such as the owner of that filthy storage lot that give it a bad name. I hope that you run into someone that will treat you as you treated me on that day you low life punk..
