After my daughter's experience at the Wauchula O'Reilly's I can hardly believe all these 5 star ratings. So on January 30, 2026 approximately 6:30 pm my daughter pulls into this location to have her battery checked and they tell her the battery is no good and she needs a new one. They didn't mind selling her a battery but would not put it in for her. Her car is dead, it's dark and she has a 3 year old, had already put in a 12 hour day, has never changed a battery and has no one to call for assistance. So goes back in to see if they can at least loan her an 8, 10, and 13mm wrench after watching a video. I think it's awful that there are 3 employees working and not one person could help my daughter. Tools were missing out of the kit and so she had to unload her child once more to go in and ask for the right tools. The guy acted like he was put out that he had to find the 8mm after he tried to tell her that she was mistaken that it was missing. O'Reilly's Wauchula you have made it to the wall of shame and you better consider yourself fortunate that nothing happened to my daughter or granddaughter in your parking lot after you wouldn't help her.
We had a check engine light on on our 2018 motorhome. Stop at O'Reilly to get a diagnostic check. Brittney was extremely patient and spent time trying to locate where the OB2 connection was. Her perseverance was good, as she did locate the area and was able to check the code. Thank you so much Brittney.

While on my way to visit some family, my car started to give me some issues.. being with little kids it’s always a worry. So I pulled up to this location to see if they could help see what the issue was.
Thankfully, Christian and Laurence helped me the best they could while also explaining what the issue was and what was needed to be done.
So a BIG THANK YOU to these employees for taking time to help us out!
I need to give a big shoutout to Francisco for getting me back in my truck. I left it running with the dogs inside and locked it with the keypad. I didn’t realize the remote was sitting on the console and I don’t know the keypad combo (I have that on my phone which was also in the truck). Francisco offered to let me call someone but that wouldn’t have done any good so he was able to get inside with tools that he had in the store. Thanks Francisco!

While driving Hwy-17, early on Halloween, the used tire I purchased 40 min prior exploded and brought me to an abrubt stop.
Thankfully it was directly in front of my local Wauchula O'reilly's. Along with a Hardee County Deputy passing, the manager, Christian, Francisco, and Tony pushed me out of the road into their parking lot and changed my tire.
It was extremely stressful and I am thankful for their help!!

The store was a mess, boxes everywhere, the AC wasn’t working, only one employee working.
I ordered parts online but still had to wait in line at the store for over 20 minutes to be told they didn’t have half of my order in stock. I ended up going to AutoZone instead. I will not be back.
By far the most helpful auto parts store in Wauchula...some of the employees will go outta their way to make sure you get the parts you needand as quickly as possible...thanks Nathan
Not gonna buy from them again if you end up having to pay a part that you were told was warranted but find out they never put it in the system and end up paying again is ridiculous!
Their prices are a little better than the other auto parts stores. The staff is also more helpful. They don't mind helping you install most anything purchased there within reason.
Clark is the best employee they have! He knows his parts and its a real joy to do business with him! Alot of the other employees coukd learn alot from.him!
