I called about getting rid of a running working junk car the man on the phone ONLY asked me if I had a title an I told him I could get it (which I had to borrow money to do so) he guaranteed me a price of $250 I waited all day for them to show up after 6:30pm to tell me that now they will only offer 150 because the vehicle didn't have a specific part which they never asked about on the phone or else I would have told them it didn't have that part hence junk car I find this to be completely unprofessional in all aspects you should not guarantee something if you do not intend to keep your word when you NEVER asked about that part !! Now im still stuck with a junk car and oweing someone money that i had to borrow for the title !! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
