Very friendly and helpful. We had locked ourselves out of our RV and called late at night. Got an answer right away and had a technician on the way in 25 minutes.

Tried for 3 or so weeks to get a car out of my driveway that has no tag and probably no insurance that was dumped by the old owners. And I just get beating around the bush.been told they’d stop by 2 or 3 times but never heard anything back and cars still there. Crazzyyy!!

Picture this: I’m rollin’ with my trusty Honda Pilot, ready to whisk the family home after our last day of vacation for a day, when BAM!—my key breaks cleaner than a bad pun at a family reunion! I dial ‘em up, and Brandon’s crew zooms in faster than you can say “dad’s got this!” They whipped out their 24/7 locksmith wizardry and remade a shiny new key right there on the spot! Talk about turnin’ a meltdown into a victory lap—my family went from grumbling to grinning quicker than you can flip a burger. From Carrabelle to Port St. Joe, Southern Towing’s got your back like a trusty sidekick. They saved our beach day, earnin’ five stars, a fist bump, and a “You’re the real MVP, son!” from yours truly!

I cannot say enough great things about our experience with Brandon and Southern Towing. We were literally stranded in the middle of nowhere after hitting a coyote which busted our grill and radiator while heading to our vacation rental. Not only did Brandon bring a rollback to tow our vehicle, but he also made sure we made it to our place (in the middle of the night!). The next day, I called and he helped us find a ride in to Tallahassee to pick up a rental car. He and Sarah treated us like they had known us like neighbors. We were worried about being tourists and getting ripped off…totally not the case! Highly recommend this business. Although the circumstances were awful, they made us feel at ease. Thanks so much! This is how a business should be run!!

Absolutely blown away by the incredible service from Southern Towing in Carrabelle, FL! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment I called, the owner was the picture of professionalism—courteous, knowledgeable, and completely on top of things. Nobody wants to hear that their vehicle has to be towed, but Southern Towing truly softened the blow. They arrived so quickly, and their efficiency made a stressful situation feel surprisingly manageable. The owner handled everything with calm confidence and care. You can tell he takes pride in his work and values doing things right. What could have been a long, frustrating ordeal was turned into a seamless and even pleasant experience, thanks to their top-tier service. I have a company with many vehicles and sometimes they break down, Southern Towing has always been exceptional in a response and in their pricing. I would recommend them to anybody.

Absolute horrible company do not use!!! I was told that they would be out in the morning to tow my motorhome and after that call they would not answer any more calls. I called and left 7 voice mails and multiple text messages and they won’t answer. I had to call them from a note somebody else’s number that wasn’t listed in my name so they would answer the call. so once I answered the call from the other one they gave a bunch of excuses saying this person told him to calm. This person told him not to come, which is all lies. They just don’t wanna do it. They’ll tell you one thing and they’ll do something totally different and then when they get mad at you, they threaten to come to your house and fight you! Stay away!!!!!! UPDATE: while speaking to Brandon, he told me that they went to go tow my motorhome the day before and the sheriffs office told them to go on because my insurance company was taken care of it so they left talk to the sheriff and he said they never showed up and they don’t even have a truck big enough to tow a motorhome so these people been leading me on the whole time!! Very horrible customer service

The first time I call Brandon which was years ago when I locked my keys in my truck. He showed up in no time and had me unlocked and going. Today day I got locked out of my house. Brandon sent a really nice guy to come and unlock my house. They have always been kind, professional and fast getting to you. I give a big shout to Brandon and his crew! Thank you so much!

Brandon’s the real deal. Prompt, professional, helpful and has a genuine desire to provide the best service possible. I had a tire blowout on my trailer 30 miles from Carrabelle and I didn’t have a spare. Brandon brought me a tire on a rim and changed it out for me.

Today , Brandon with Southern Towing , provided exemplary service during the severe weather conditions of approaching Hurricane Helene. He was able to remove 2 vehicles and a boat that were parked on my property without my permission. He got the job completed quickly and kept me informed throughout the whole process! When our SUV broke down with engine troubles on the way to St. George Island, FL, in the middle of Tate's Hell State Park, Brandon at Southern Towing came to our rescue. He came on a Sunday evening, pouring rain. Picked me up and made some calls to the local mechanic ultimately leading to towing the vehicle to a dealership in Tallahasee the next day, which they did no problem. Super kind and prompt response helped ease my mind in the middle of a rough situation. I would recommend these guys to anyone, any day! Thanks so much!

I called Southern Towing on a Friday night from St George Island State Park. The phone service is bad on the island so the call was cut off. Southern Towing were thoughtful enough to text back, complete the conversation via text and set up a service call. The valve stem on our tire was bad and needed to be replaced. Hank from Southern Towing showed up right when he said he would, replaced the valve stem, filled the tire and had us up and going again in less than an hour. Very friendly, professional and quality work. We sure appreciated their help!

Brandon the lock smith really came to our rescue. we were about to leave from vacation going home, but our child misplaced the key! They came out and He was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend them to anyone! Would use them again if I was in the same predicament! Thank you for what you’ve done!

Will leave you hanging last minute and extremely Terrible customer service especially being in a small town. Insulting is not proper business. Edit- after 10 months your still going on? I never tried to negotiate price. You didnt do the job or take the job just never showed so how were you suppose to get paid? You named it. I think you have the wrong customer. Everyone here knows me for how helpful I've been and the only ones to bad mouth are those that have tried to take advantage. I hold my head up high, ive always paid everyone, I'm sorry that you feel the need to keep this going but best of luck to your business and you bud, your reputation is definitely accurate. We were caught off guard needing our truck towed to the nearest GMC service repair which happened to be over an hour away in Tallahassee Fl. Brandon was not only professional but friendly and we felt he had a sincere concern in helping us out. We feel the price was reasonable as well. Would not hesitate to use their service again if needed.

Started with a bad bearing, tire was smoking. They arrived quick and got us fixed enough to limp to a station that could replace the bearings. Limped down the road about 10 miles when the other tire had a blowout. I called and they came back and put my spare on. Made it to the shop. Brandon called to check up on us. GREAT SERVICE.

We had a flat trailer tire and Brandon answered on a Sunday and brought a tire to us and had us up and going in less than an hour. What great service. This is a great benefit business to Carrabelle.

While on vacation in Eastpoint, I locked myself out of my Jeep. I found Southern Towing online and called them. They were here within an hour and had my Jeep unlocked in about 5 minutes. The price was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend their services.

Well after waiting over 4 hours for someone to be sent by AAA..I called my insurance company...Progressive. They contacted Southern Towing in Carrabelle, FL. They sent out "Brandon" I had noticed a flat tire on my RV in the morning and Brandon went right to work. He sprayed the entire tire with soapy water...but found no obvious leak. He then jacked up the RV and removed the tire. Another soapy spray met with negative results. After several additional inspections no leak could be found. I had a valve extension on the tire to simplify filling the tire. Brandon had removed it prior to re-inflating the tire to check for leaks. WELL... after replacing it on the tire valve it let out a long stream of bubbles!! Yepper the leak was found. No new tire ... (think $$$$) and a some peace of mind...(think invaluable). Brandon proved to be knowledgeable, thorough and an all round professional... a definite 5 star job!

They got my husband's propane tank out of Tates Hell Park. His truck was about 28000 lbs stuck in powder sugar sand. Thank you Southern Towing!

We had to call Southern Towing and the first estimate was that they would be there in 35 minutes, then they were going to be able to come in an hour. 2 hours later we called and asked if they still planned on coming out to help. The person that answered the phone said that the "guy whose coming got tied up. You know what I mean. I didn't want to ask, you know." Well not really! He then told me that the person was 15 - 20 minutes away. Well 30 minutes later I called again. Supposedly the tow truck just turned on the road and was 1 mile away. Well the road is 4 miles away if he just turned on it! In conclusion we waited over 2 1/2 hours for something that took the person that came out 5 minutes. The person that came out had no clue that we waited that long. He was super nice and the guy that answers the phone is a complete dimwit! Call elsewhere if you can. Two stars because the person that came to help was really friendly and helpful and I believe had no idea how long we waited.

We recently were camping in Port St. Joe, FL when our camper decided to automatically lock us out! Our phones, keys, money, everything was locked in the camper. Luckily, our daughter was camping beside us and we were able to use her phone to call Southern Towing. It was after 5 o'clock and they were 50+ miles away from us but they sent someone out right away. Brandon came and was able to get our camper unlocked in a short amount of time! After we got back home, we submitted our "unlock" claim to Roadside Assistance and they requested a detailed invoice. Working with Sarah in Southern Towing's office, she quickly emailed us what we needed. Everyone we talked to or had contact with at Southern Towing was so professional and so awesome and friendly!

Ok, at first I was sick to my stomach knowing my vehicle was going to have to be skidded onto the flatbed since it was parked precariously plus it was locked in park, but when the driver Brandon arrived, he quickly put my concerns to rest as he managed to get the flatbed as close to my vehicle as possible, and used soap and water on the flatbed to reduce the friction of the towing process. He took his time, respected my vehicle and my concerns, and exceeded my expectations of professionalism I'm more than happy.to recommend Southern!!

Brandon from Southern Towing was very helpful. Came from two counties away in the middle of the night when no other tow companies (or AAA after waiting for three days) could help us. He was able to tow our vehicle and program a key. The prices are great for quality and professional service. As a young person having to have a car towed at 1 am, I felt very safe and was blessed with quality service. I completely recommend this tow company. They sent someone out after they had a full day when no one else would. Call them first.

Brandon came out to help me when my battery died. He texted his ETA and when he got there, made sure I knew who he was as he approached my car. The car started and he told me to call his cell if I had any other problem. Great service!
