My car was hit by a drunk driver on a Saturday night, West Floroda Towing picked up both of our cars. The woman who works the office is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Not only did they steal my custom prius mats, my car smelled like cat piss (I don’t own any animals at all), tried to charge MY insurance company for towing (even though it was a clear drunk driving accident and everything is ONLY billed to the other insurance). I called the other insurance company and they emailed me the receipt of them paying in order to take the car off the property to begin with. They are very shady.
