They charged $450 per hour when every other wrecker service in Pensacola charges $175 per hour for a big truck wrecker. I was charged three hours to go from 8.2 miles. I also got a $98 fuel surcharge for 16.4 miles of driving. If their wrecker got 5 MPG they would have used 3.28 gallons of fuel. Assuming $4 per gallon They used $13.12 worth of fuel. So the fuel SURCHARGE was $94.72 profit over the total cost of fuel. In addition the fairing came off the side of the truck and was lost. I told them I have been in the truck business for 40 years in Pensacola and will spread the word. Pick a different service than this one. You don't need a firearm to rob people apparently.
Worst company to tow your vehicle after an accident. They towed my car and it was so hard to get taken care of they don't work with you at all. They even charged me more than they told me over the phone. They are so bad I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. It's a shame but they can do what they want and you will pay especially if you want your vehicle back.
Lies lies and more lies. The Truck driver looked us straight in the eyes and said no more than 200 for the tow. We had to pay 390.00 before they would release the vehicle. Liers just that simple, some people just lie.
These guys are the best of the best! If you’re looking for a dependable, down-to-earth and honest towing company look no further! Please don’t waste your time or find yourself sitting on the side of the road for hours, I promise there’s no better towing company in the Florida Panhandle!
My wife called me to report that her Honda Pilot had just broke down… I reassured her and immediately called up Whites/Ace Towing; Mr. Mitch said he would send someone right away; I made it to my wife and we only waited 5-10 min before we saw the Tow Truck coming our way! The driver had serious skills as he backed up and picked the front of the vehicle right up. He made sure we were both good and said he would follow us. He did just that and unloaded in front of my shop for me; I can’t say enough for the mannerism the young man had. He was a very nice/ respectful guy. I’m so glad to know I have ACE Towing on my side. They make even the worst days seem not too bad because they know how to take care of customers!! Thank you from the Howell Family.
Police had them tow my vehicle to their yard they jacked my bill up to $500 by the time I got there on the 30-mile trip it was there for 2 weeks my bill was $1,300 to get it out they try to jack your bill up so you can't afford to get your car so they can sell it on the sale date they write on your window didn't know where my key was lady had told me it was in the car then a guy come out and said she don't know it's in the office why would it be in the car it's drivable they have no clue what they're doing they just are there to rip people off they are legal crooks do not ever use this company I wrote a review about a week ago and it has somehow mysteriously disappeared
Had my car towed to their yard. When my insurance company went to retrieve the vehicle they were told that the key to my car had been lost. How tf did yall lose my key??
Edit: after 3 days if looking for the key, it had been found in the drivers truck. Thank you for finding it
