I had a flat tire on my Jeep this morning while I was helping at the Epps Center. I requested roadside assistance through my insurance company and they sent me a really big blessing in the form of Josh K from East Hill Towing. He came out and quickly got my spare changed out with my flat tire. I am so glad that I got to meet this incredible young man today. I just wanted to commend him for his excellent service and I have his card in case I need any help in the area again in the future.

Very pleased with the towing service. Billy was very Professional and brought some light humor to our day. Overall it was a great service experience from tow pickup to drop off.
My boyfriend needed a tow, so he called East Hill towing. Our tow truck driver Billy called within minutes and he arrived quickly. Because it was a new truck, we couldn’t get it into neutral, but Billy found a solution and got us all home safely.
Pulled over to help a motorcyclist with a flat tire, where it turned out that Billy had already been called to tow the bike. When the rider told Billy that he would rather attempt a roadside repair than pay for a tow, Billy kindly stuck around to:
1. Help make sure the flat got plugged correctly
2. Tow the bike if the plug didn't do the trick.
The plug held, so East Hill lost the fare, but earned a TON of respect for making sure everyone was able to get home safely.
Hope I never need the service, but they will be my first call if I do.

At 5:04pm we ( DISABLED VIETNAM VETERAN SUFFERING FROM AGENT ORANGE) called AAA ROAD SIDE SERVICE where they dispatched (BILLY @EAST HILL TOWING). After waiting (in a unsafe area, locked in a hot car with the windows barely cracked for our safety) for 2 hours BILLY called to say he was in Gulf Breeze and had to go to Pace, he was on his way and should be there in 30 to 40 minutes. After 45 more minutes of waiting I called BILLY he said he was going to Century FL for a Sheriff's department pick up. BILLY DID NOT HAVE THE COMMON COURTESY TO ADVISE US OF THE CHANGE OR TO SEND SOMEONE ELSE TO HELP.
THE GREED FOR MORE MONEY AT EAST HILL TOWING WOULD HAVE YOU WAIT 3 HOURS SO THEY CAN MAKE MORE MONEY.

Josh was great! It's always a little scary getting into a vehicle with a stranger, my daughter and I only, but we had no other option but to take the ride offered to get another car from Budget after ours broke down. HE WAS GREAT, SO PROFESSIONAL. So grateful he was the one that came to our rescue.

My son is in Pensacola for college. He had a blown out tire in the middle of a snowstorm. I called AAA they couldn’t help for hours and hours and then my husband called East Hill towing spoke to Kelsey and George was there in 15 minutes to help my son he stayed there in the freezing cold with My Son until he was able to get My Son‘s car hooked up and towed he also let my son use a battery charger because his phone battery was totally dead for a mom that is 400 miles away this service and their customer service is priceless. Showed up fairly quick on a cold rainy night. Michael was friendly and made a tough situation a little better. While getting to my destination we drove by a flipped vehicle in the median of the interstate and he communicated quickly to make sure help was on the way.
George was phenomenal. Not only was he fast and courteous, but he went out of his way to try to troubleshoot and fix our car issue. Would recommend to anyone!
My truck stalled in heavy beach traffic and I was unable to exit the vehicle safely. Had my little black pomeranian with me too and it was brutally hot. I was scared of causing a pile up and getting rear-ended and for my dog getting overheated but they were there very quickly and very professional!!

I have used this company before and will continue to used them when needed. Michael kept me informed during my tow. He sent pictures of my truck loaded and let me know when it was delivered at the mechanic shop.
Had multiple issues with the tow/driver. The same day as the tow we had fresh concrete poured next to the driveway. We had a barrier gargage can in the driveway to prevent parking near and stepping on the newly poured sidewalk. He was asked to release the vehicle on the grass to the right of the driveway. As you can see, this is where he dropped the car, after moving the barrier and stepping on the concrete. Three phone calls were left, one at 715am, one around lunch, and then at 430pm (Friday) and the mgr/owner had gone home and would we were told he would contact us Monday. Following simple directions would have been nice. Returning phone calls even better.
