Josh was great! It's always a little scary getting into a vehicle with a stranger, my daughter and I only, but we had no other option but to take the ride offered to get another car from Budget after ours broke down. HE WAS GREAT, SO PROFESSIONAL. So grateful he was the one that came to our rescue.

Showed up fairly quick on a cold rainy night. Michael was friendly and made a tough situation a little better. While getting to my destination we drove by a flipped vehicle in the median of the interstate and he communicated quickly to make sure help was on the way.

My truck stalled in heavy beach traffic and I was unable to exit the vehicle safely. Had my little black pomeranian with me too and it was brutally hot.
