Super friendly and kind drivers. The dispatchers are efficient and also provide great service. I see their trucks everywhere in our community, even supporting the mardi gras parades
Our 2025 Chevy wouldn’t start / had no power and we used roadside to have the car towed to Chevy. We were met by Robbie at our home and not only was he exceptionally professional, he was a true sweetheart. Thank you Robbie! The drive was smooth and felt the care from pickup to drop off.
Called AAA this am and Michael the driver of Hook ‘em Uo showed up promptly 20 min later. This guy was the BEST tow operator i have ever experienced in my 67 trips around the Sun! Robbie was awesome! Our rental van wouldn't start, the day we were leaving for home. He followed us to get a replacement van - over an hour away. Got it started but it was still having issues - so he made sure we made it there. Wonderful service!!

Had a flat. Called AAA. Original service provider canceled en route. Hook em Up was then assigned. Our service provider was Brad. What’s good dude. Friendly and went out of his way to get us back on the road. He needs a raise.
It's not often yoy see drivers doing the right thing, every time, even when they think noone is looking. I'm a previous driver of another company locally to Milton, and it was RARE to see drivers ACTUALLY use the wheel lift AND DOLLIES, most NEVER used straps, and this driver today not only PROPERLY used and adjusted his wheel lift, but strapped the front AND rear wheels on the dolly. He used the light bar on the rear, AND had PROPER beacons on.
Honestly, it's hard to find drivers amd companies that care this much.
This wasn't even my car, but meant alot to me as a possible customer, and may even may a phone call on a job offer.
Dispatch was very nice, took time to talk to me, and understood why it was important for me to call.
Long story short, if you use them, I'm sure you'll appreciate it!
Hook Em Up was incredible, we had an issue with a tire on our 5th wheel, we had a spare but no jack that would work on a 40ft camper. The gal on the phone was super helpful and Robbie was out changed the tire and even gave us brand recommendations for new tires and a jack. When you need a tow, it's probably not an ideal situation. I tried to bring my 82 Y/O mother to the NAS Museum in Pensacola this morning. We spent an hour in our car while they checked EVERYONE for terrorists. (I was fit to be tied) As soon as we left the check point, the brakes went. The best part of my day was Hook "Em Up wrecker services. They were fast, friendly and extremely helpful. Nicholas, our excellent driver, helped my mother into the front seat and made sure she was cool and comfortable. It wasn't my first time in a tow truck, but I was beyond impressed with both the shinny clean exterior and the impeccable interior. Scott, was also professional and showed concern for our comfort. The two men were a perfect team and got us through a difficult situation in the safest and kindest way possible. Thank you for your services today. Predatory and Non-law abiding towing company that camped outside of my friend’s apartment complex, towed my car within 15 minutes of being there close to midnight. Their service location in 25 minutes away so it is no coincidence that they could have been called over and taken MY property that far that quickly. They are a shady service that forces you to pay in cash to retrieve your property which violates Florida Statute 715.07 mandates that towing companies offer multiple payment method. If they ever tow you, do not make the mistake that I did of going there without officers. They will walk all over you and not give you proper documentation in return after the charge. Shady people.
Robbie was the driver that came and picked up our car on the side of the interstate this summer. After being in a accident the day prior, our car stop working and we had to pullover on I10. After the first company refused to accommodate my family of 4, Hook Em towing was quick to save the day. Robbie showed up with a truck big enough for my family and I, was very professional and got us off the highway very quickly. And after having to change drop off locations, Robbie didn't company and helped us with a smile. After delivering our car to the shop, before he left he made sure we were all okay and even gave some words of encouragement and reminded us that this was only a footnote in our vacation. Hookem Up Wrecker Service in Pensacola is the worst towing experience I’ve ever had. They private property towed my car, charged more than the Florida state-regulated prices, and damaged my front valance in the process. When I tried to address the issue, the staff was extremely rude, cussed me out, and offered no help or accountability.
If you live anywhere near UWF, be warned – in my opinion, this company operates like a scam. Save yourself the headache and take cash with you! They won't accept any other form of payment.
I had to have my car towed to my house on July 25, 2025. James was the tow truck driver that picked up my car. I wanted to take a second to brag on him. He was excellent! He communicated with me every step of the way and arrived on time. He also parked my car exactly where I asked him to and did a great job getting my car back to my house safely. I can’t say enough great things about James. If I ever need a tow in the future, I know who to call. I would recommend Hook Em Up & James to anyone that happens to be in need of a tow!

He was extremely professional over the phone insuring that he would arrive to my location in a timely manner. When he arrived he was extremely professional and friendly. The overall experience was very positive and I would 100% go through this company again!
Robbie and I have done business now 5 or 6 times now. Every time he's been personable and extremely proficient at his skill set. Usually prompt when Im not broke down in the middle of nowhere. Always goes above and beyond. 10/5 stars. Highly recommend.
On Friday night, 7/4/25, this company attempted to tow my son’s truck at Pensacola Beach. The driver initially told him the fee was $280 and insisted it had to be paid in cash. When I asked for a receipt, the driver refused. I was on the phone with my son throughout the entire incident and repeatedly told him not to hand over cash without proper documentation. After about 30 minutes, the driver gave him back $140, claiming dispatch had made a mistake, but still kept $140.
I had to contact the company by email to get a receipt. When I received it, it was for $100, not $140. On top of that, the receipt falsely stated that the vehicle had been impounded for three days and released on 7/7/25 at 8:51 a.m., which is completely untrue. It was a hook-and-drop, not a full impound.
This is a predatory practice and borders on a scam. The fact that this company only accepts cash and refuses to provide immediate receipts is unacceptable. Any driver handling cash transactions should be fully equipped and required to issue a receipt on the spot.
Michael and Hook em Up really made my day end a lot better. Professional, courteous and just down right good people. As a business owner with trucks on the road its good to find people like this! 5 stars all around!
My husband and I reached out to hook ‘em up after calling 4 tow companies that were unavailable for a late night tow. When reaching out not only were they available but the price was right and they showed up so FAST. This has to be the fastest towing service I have ever had in life. When the tow man ,Robbie, showed up he was extremely professional and got everything hooked properly and fast. After using hook ‘em up, this will be the only tow service we call if ever in need. Thank you guys for providing great service when we needed you most.
I would highly recommend Hook “Em” Up for any of your towing needs. They were kind, responsive, and provided excellent service. Due to the situation and the position of my front truck tire (broken control arm), any movements of my truck had the potential to cause further damage. George and his crew was able to carefully maneuver and lift the front of my truck to avoid any further damage at all. After all was loaded, they thanked me for using their services. Great guys and highly recommend them.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. The driver, Michael Smith, was awesome. He arrived within 15 minutes after we called - even if it was 3:00 am and took great care in hooking up my son's 12 year old car so as not to damage it. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable and explained to us why he was taking extreme care and patience in hooking up the car. I highly recommend this company.
