Mr Doug was extremely nice. I was broke down in Brewton, AL in my 18 wheeler. He made sure I was good before he left. I hope I don’t need towing again any time soon but if I did, I would use Action towing again.

Reception and Operator (Joe) were very courteous and expeditiously helpful saving me and the motoring public from being a sitting duck broke down on side of highway. Joe assisted me to find problem when he arrived but due to part availability had to be towed which he recommended his Action yard in Pensacola. Yard is very clean and peaceful. I was able to stay in my truck there and get mechanic repairs In the morning from there shop.

My brakes gave out on me in my 2005 4runner late at night and within 20 minutes Eric was there to tow her for me. Thanks to Oliver and Eric they got me a whole new brake system done in a day because that’s all I had. I had to move 6 hours away due to the military 2 days after my brakes gave out. I explained my situation to them and they told me not to worry they will have it fixed in time for me and they did. I highly recommend their services great company overall.
My son and I had a blow out on the Escambia bay bridge (which if you live here you know is one of the most dangerous places to be broke down) action took care of us quickly and was able to take me and my son to a tire shop to get my car fixed! The owner came out with the driver (his brother) to escort myself and my son to the tow truck to make sure we were safe because no one has common courtesy and people were still flying past us even though we’re broke down on the left hand side no one got over….they made us feel safe and very taken care of! They were even going to change my tire out for me until we realized my spare was not any good. I highly recommend this company and I will never use anyone else! They really took care of us and made what was a very scary situation for my little boy a fun time because he got to ride in a big truck!!!! Thank you Jeremy for being an awesome driver and thank you to the owner for all you done as well! You guys will forever have our business!!!!

Had a flat tire on my 3500 Ram. Called Action road at 6:45 on, on Saturday morning of Memorial Day weekend. Had a pleasant operator, Oliver, arrive who not only removed the flat tire, and put on the spare.

My 18 wheeler broke down on April 1, 2025 and I called Action Towing in Pensacola. I was broke down in Crestview, Florida and the service was phenomenal. The dispatcher was professional and the tow truck driver, Joe, was professional as well. The professional service and the courtesy of Joe made the day I had better. They towed me back to Montgomery, Alabama without incident.
When I called they came in a very reasonable amount of time. They text you a link to confirm your info given over the phone & shows you exactly how long it’ll take for someone to get out to you (which the timing was spot on). Then they also text a link for payment method— and payment was so easy, and felt safe since it didn’t require me to go through PayPal. Joe Castillo helped me today and was the absolute nicest guy. We were having problems getting my car in neutral at first as the key wouldn’t turn in the ignition anymore, and he went above and beyond to help me. He was patient and thoughtful and wanted to make sure we could solve the issue without damaging the car. We even had to pull out the manual and couldn’t find the gear shift release so he did whatever he could to make sure the car wasn’t damaged and to not hurt my tires. He just moved here from Texas (was a former police officer there for 15 years) to open up this location after seeing how much other tow companies overcharge. My family and I will not be using ANY other tow company but them from here on out. This experience was 10/10.
After calling, Five tow trucks nobody wasn’t able to help me get my SUV off the hill. I came across Action towing, Mr. Bubba gave me called he answered all my questions and arranged a tow for me right away. We had a blowout on an enclosed trailer tire 15 minutes outside Marshall TX. After pulling over we discovered the truck hitch was failing as well. We called Action and the dispatcher put us in touch with Eric. Eric gave us an ETA and he showed up well within that time. He lifted the trailer and we changed the tire. He then hauled the trailer back to their lot giving us an opportunity to address to truck hitch issue. We were back on the road the next morning. The service was great, the price very reasonable and Eric was professional and friendly to talk to. Even offering tips to help in the future. Overall a very satisfying experience. Good job Eric!
