I was definitely not happy when I discovered my car had been towed after parking at an apartment complex. (My friend didnt tell me there was a separate parking lot for people without a parking pass) Naturally, I was frustrated and upset. But I have to give credit where it’s due — A & H Towing handled the situation professionally from start to finish.
Despite it being the middle of the night, they answered my call (3am to be exact) right away and had a driver, Tommy, meet me within 30 minutes. Tommy was respectful, calm, and never once got rude, even though I was clearly irritated. His professionalism made a frustrating situation a lot more bearable.
No one wants to deal with getting towed, but if it happens — you’d want a company like A & H Towing handling it.
10/10 would recommend them for all your towing needs.
The driver was super friendly. He drove me home cause I would have had to call a Lyft to get home from the mechanic shop. Quick service for after hours and reasonable price.
Worst customer service ever. The lady had an attitude and acted like she didn’t under a single word I said. She needs to be fired and this place needs to be shut down. Stop hiring people with downright bad attitudes and a lack of professionalism. It’s outright disgusting to have a place of business with employees like that.
Jason of A&H towing was awesome! Quick, safe, and super polite. This company got me out of a tight jam and got my vehicle safely to the dealership for repairs. I’m going to recommend them to everyone I know.
I needed to have my car to the division of motorist services by 10am on Thursday. Call Wednesday to see about setting an appointment for the tow I needed. Called 3 other companies all saying I would have to call back off Thursday. A&H set up an appointment for me so I would not have to stress about getting to my appointment. They arrived on time had me to my inspection waited with me and delivered my car back to my house. I would recommend a&h for anyone needing to have a tow. Jason was awesome he even let down my car exactly where I needed it put which was on the other side of my yard from where he picked it up. They made a very stressful experience almost enjoyable.
Very quick. Genuinely nice people and affordable rates. I hope I never have to have my car towed again but just in case I do ill be calling them again.
Probably the worst “working professionals” I’ve ever encountered. Rude, extremely curt and demanding. They kept my car in a repair shop without telling me because their driver popped a tire or something and tried to get me to meet them at a gas station to pick up my car…? Sketchy, expensive.
How do they even continue to do business with people? This is the worst service I’ve ever witnessed and not to mention the unclear miscommunication with me and their rudeness. Could barely say anything over the phone without being interrupted.
I attempted to use this tow truck company and it was the worst and the most unprofessional experience!!! I first spoke to someone they had given me one quote which seemed reasonable so i agreed to have them come get my car then as soon as the had my car on the truck the quote was not honored and the price was completely changed. So I then decided that I no longer wanted to use their towing company since it was not the price that I had originally agreed upon and asked them to drop my car and that I found another company who was going to do it for much less. Now the towing company wants to charge me $65 service fee for absolutely no service done at all except for wasting my time. Oh yeah and now all of sudden can’t accept and charge cards they want cash only by this time I was over it! They would not drop my car and out of desperation I handed over $60 cash and they rudely damaged 5 more dollars as I was reaching for it. Now that was the cherry on top, I got my phone to call the cops because at this point I felt like I was being forced into doing something that I did not at all agree with and I felt like I was being robbed and the drive sped off. This was by far the most unprofessional company that I have ever delt with I do not recommend them to anyone they will literally rob you.!
I have used this company 15+ times over the last 3 years and it’s always a pleasant experience. I have a tendency to lock my keys in my car or forgetting to get gas on my way home . The last time I used them I got rear ended and needed my car towed to a shop. They were 100% professional and friendly from the time I called them to the time the job was done, They were punctual and their tow truck was immaculate ! I would recommend A and H towing to ANYBODY!
Unfortunately, had the unpleasant experience of dealing with this company do to an accident and they are contracted with the City of Pensacola. They could not have been more unprofessional or rude. Typically, towing companies realize it is an unpleasant experience because it is usually not good news when they need to show not this company especially not Jason. If you can at all avoid using them, I would. They do not even have a physical location. They are renting a lot from another company and do not even have an office it is just an open lot space. If I could, I would give them zero stars.
