Wouldn’t recommend, cops called them to be used after a wreck. I was quoted one price on scene and then once gotten to the location raised pricing on us from $150-$400 and then said well I’ll cut you a break and do $350 They knew insurance would reimburse us but we still had to pay right then. Definitely be weary!!
A previous job I had, the owner called Beach Bum Towing, I will say they didn't disappoint, highly recommend this company. They were also reasonable.
February 8, 2024 - I did NOT say an employee was there the night or morning that my vehicle was towed and saw a decal, I said that they had seen the vehicle in the complex before and it had a decal. BB This company is represented by one of the most unprofessional people I have ever met. They don’t care about anything other than making money. I have lived in a complex for 14 years, and they have been the tow service for the complex for years. They actually towed my car a couple of years ago when I first bought it, and the same person representing the company and taking my money, knew that, but also knew that I resided there, because another employee advised that they have seen my vehicle parked there and it has a decal. My decal had fallen down The whole tow process is to stop “non-residents” from taking up parking spot because they don’t live there, but I do, and they knew that and they still took $220 for parking where I’ve lived for 14 years. Then the representative said, “if we see your car in there again without the decal, we’ll tow it again.” It’s easy to see why they have such bad reviews and rating. FYI, it’s not about the money although I paid $220 for them to take my car 1.9 miles from my apartment, which is $12 for every tenth of a mile, what a joke they are!! No wonder they’re not with the BBB, but a complaint will still be filed against them! Beware of companies that offer services to customers that could careless about them!!
