Owner lets employees drive drunk and try to pick ladys up on the side of the road it was my mom called owner and je said there is nothing he can do about it because he is short staffed the guy that tried to pick my mom up is named james older guy with brown hair and brown eyes he told her to get in bacause he needed is you know what sucked i wouldn't trust this company.

Wouldn’t recommend, cops called them to be used after a wreck. I was quoted one price on scene and then once gotten to the location raised pricing on us from $150-$400 and then said well I’ll cut you a break and do $350
They knew insurance would reimburse us but we still had to pay right then.
Definitely be weary!!
Damaged my truck accused me of trying to scam them. Refuse to send me the pictures they say they took of the before and after to prove they didn't do it. Told me they'll see me in court. Joke's on them. I have a lot of free time.
This company ILLEGALLY towed my teenage daughters car from an apartment complex - took it to "impound" (their business) and then asked her to send them texts and payment to their personal numbers and or snap chat.
Thankfully she did not do this and even though they got her money (for now) she protected herself from these creeps.
I would highly recommend again never calling this company and if your child is in the Pensacola area and calls you that their car has been towed by them- if you can - go to them and handle it for your child.
He father and I are still in shock over the level of risk she was put in, the cost she was forced to pay ( she was in a normal parking spot - not tow zone or permit parking) and how she was treated.
Do NOT use this company.
February 8, 2024 - I did NOT say an employee was there the night or morning that my vehicle was towed and saw a decal, I said that they had seen the vehicle in the complex before and it had a decal. BB
This company is represented by one of the most unprofessional people I have ever met. They don’t care about anything other than making money. I have lived in a complex for 14 years, and they have been the tow service for the complex for years. They actually towed my car a couple of years ago when I first bought it, and the same person representing the company and taking my money, knew that, but also knew that I resided there, because another employee advised that they have seen my vehicle parked there and it has a decal. My decal had fallen down The whole tow process is to stop “non-residents” from taking up parking spot because they don’t live there, but I do, and they knew that and they still took $220 for parking where I’ve lived for 14 years. Then the representative said, “if we see your car in there again without the decal, we’ll tow it again.” It’s easy to see why they have such bad reviews and rating. FYI, it’s not about the money although I paid $220 for them to take my car 1.9 miles from my apartment, which is $12 for every tenth of a mile, what a joke they are!! No wonder they’re not with the BBB, but a complaint will still be filed against them! Beware of companies that offer services to customers that could careless about them!!

This last time went much better. Benny and Joel are professional and know what they're doing. It's kind of murky beyond those 2 in terms of what you'll get from a driver.
Avoid the loud mouthed Tim kid at all costs. I'm not sure why this dude is employing felons in the first place..

We had to get our car towed to a mechanic and Beach Bum was there right on time! Great people, great prices, great service!
Shady and bad character. Would never recommend. You talk about family in some of your responses but towing someone's car without their knowledge, not knowing if they have kids to pick up from school, just not good people. Then messing up the front of my car and not even returning a phone call. I hope people really think before they choose your business to tow their car.

Steve save our tails! We were heading camping with our trailer and had a blow out on the trailer in the middle of nowhere between Atmore AL and Brewton AL where no tow services are available. Steve heading out to us and towed the trailer to Walmart and went out of his way to help us and calm us down during the chaos. His kindness really made us feel so much better and showed us good people are still out there in this scary world! Beach Bum Towing and Steve, big big thanks!
These folks drive through apartments and look for folks to tow just to put money in their pockets. No one called about our car being parked where it was, not the apartment office, not a resident. They have a great set up at Avalon apartments. The apartment complex is like a money tree for these guys. Will never use their services.
My experience with this company feels like predatory towing. I will never ever use this company if me or my family is in need. I will speak often about my experience. Small town and I am a talker. There is a better way to make money guys. Don't bother writing me some generic response. It will not be received well.
Horrible business. Showed up with cash in hand and people ready to pick it up after contacting to purchase something and no one showed up. No one answered any calls while waiting around. Had to wait for someone to get back to the office later in the evening just for them to say it’s sold after I had already contacted earlier in the day to get it. Do not recommend doing any sort of business with these people.
You don’t get southern hospitality like this anymore!!!If I could give more than 5 stars ⭐️ I would! Absolutely amazed at how compassionate and caring this company is. After sitting on the road for hours because every other company even AAA couldn’t help because everyone was busy, somehow not only did Joel show up but his kindliness made my day. From the beginning was polite and professional, got my son and I to a safe location. This man went above and beyond his duties and I am so thankful there are still people as empathetic and selfless as they are. If not for them I would have had to sleep in my car overnight in the middle of nowhere on a dangerous highway. I would most definitely recommend them with any services you need. I will definitely use them with all my needs in the future! God bless!!!!!
Jesse towed my Landrover today. He is an exceptional, professional driver and beyond patient! I forgot the key and had to drive to my house to pick it up. He's a very understanding young man and took the time to alleviate my stress due to his customer service abilities. I've dealt with many towing companies and was very happy with Jesse as a representative for Beach Bum towing. I highly recommend them.
I was here in Pensacola with my family from Houston and we broke down and Beach Bum towing took care of us and got us to the mechanic! They were great commutative friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend!
I went to look at a car that I was told it was a sound engine and in good shape just missing door handles ok. But when I got there us was a hunk of junk and he wanted 1500 they had to jump it to get it started. We left I found better and was not lied to at a different place and paid less now you have the car in a lot near me now and want double for it.
I needed some roll off containers picked up and relocated to another property. The office got me taken care of first away.
10/10, will use again and I will recommend this company to over and over. Thanks Joel!
This place is not not recommended at all … !!! The guy Joel is not Trust worthy of his word .. to be a Family Business they are very unprofessional and Disrespectful customer service satisfaction 0…!!! Had to Pay 80$ for they’re mistake.. towed my car to the wrong lot refused to refund the money or tow the car to the correct location without any more funds
Eddie came out to our location, and got us out of the sand, after we were rejected by multiple towing companies. We thought that we would never get unstuck, but he persevered and got us back on the road. We highly recommend them for your towing needs.

Eddie helped me out immensely, my wheelchair van broke down and he came to our rescue by not only helping me get across the street in heave traffic but also pick up my van to get it to the shop without a single scratch on it. Being in a wheelchair he not only lifted me up into the cab of the tow truck but also packed away my wheelchair with tremendous care. If it would let me give him 6 stars I'd give him 10.
The company name says it all, had my dads van towed to my house a while back and paid almost $400 to get it back, had to provide his death certificate since he has passed they said it would be at my house before 6pm after paying at 2pm that afternoon they dropped the van off at 4am the next morning in the dead of the night paint spilled everywhere all over the interior. Absolute trash of a company and business will never do business ever again, and to add insult to injury they went through my fathers van and kept what they wanted to along with two of his paint ladders which are irreplaceable, thief’s and crooks is who you will deal with with this company people please stay away it’s not worth it.
I don't know how well you take care of your equipment but there's a blue diesel truck flatbed that you tow with that has got more black smoke coming out of the back of it then I care to mention. I mean it's like black fog you might want to do a little bit better maintenance on your vehicles you going to be pulling these cars by yourself. Just food for thought.
honestly, it seems like the lady doesn’t want to be working for, or realize she is working for, a 24 hour towing company. every time i call she is short and she picks up with the deepest sigh and an attitude. i’m sorry we do not want a ~$200 fee to get our cars because someone parked in our spot. i apologize for our already unfortunate situation, but this is just as frustrating for us. so, the unprofessionalism is not needed. (also this is more towards the annoyed lady on the phone, who i’ve dealt with a few times now… not towards the drivers. i’ve never had a problem with them).
