The dispatcher was polite, understanding and it was a joy to speak to a caring individual with real intelligence rather than suffer through the frustration of some artificial intelligence decision tree. The driver provided outstanding care and transportation of my vehicle to the dealership for evaluation and repair. In addition to his skill and careful handling of my vehicle, the driver was affable and knowledgeable.
Barbie decided she needed some attention this morning, called around and other places were looking at long wait times, fletchers got to me under a hour. Driver was very nice
The Tow Operator, Leo, arrived ahead of the estimated time and promptly got my car to start, loaded it onto his truck, and delivered it to my desired shop in under 30 minutes. I am very thankful for his quick and professional service, as well as the kindness and patience he acted with. I highly recommend Leo and the Matchett Towing company!

My truck broke down in a crowded hospital parking lot. The driver was there in about a hour and had the truck loaded and ready to go back home in about 15 minutes. Dispatcher and driver was both friendly and professional and the driver also knew what the issue was with the truck which eased my mind greatly because it won’t be a huge fix. Will definitely be calling Fletchers again if we’re in another tight spot.

My family and I broke down on the Pensacola Bay bridge. We waited for 40 minutes for our insurance's Roadside Assistance program to just TELL us an ETA for a tow truck! They couldn't even find a dispatch! We gave up and decided to take matters into our own hands, and call someone local. I called Fletcher's. Thank goodness I did!
They answered on the first ring, and sent a dispatch right away. Less than a minute later, I received a call from the driver, Jessica. She asked some questions and told me she'd be to us within 15 minutes. She wasn't lying! Jessica arrived and immediately took charge of the situation, making us feel safe and taken care of! She loaded us into her tow truck to keep us safe and got the BMW (which, by the way, wouldn't go into neutral and so required "skates") loaded onto her flat bed in less than 15 minutes. She offered us a ride to a safer location, from which we Uber'd home, while she continued on to deliver our BMW to our chosen repair shop.
Jessica was kind, friendly, and professional. She obviously knew EXACTLY what she was doing, and made quick work of getting us towed and to safety. I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received.

I"m sure this is a 1st class towing company. But 1 of their drivers cut me off at the Avalon Blvd exit. I wouldn't fire him. As a business owner myself, he needs to represent the company in a professional manner.
I bought my dream truck, and had to have it towed home, no biggie....but the seller had other opinions, and treated the driver Jessica with utter disrespect. She could've given up on the job, but she hung in there and got shit done. She was a true professional given the circumstances, and absolutely killed this job. My daughter got into an accident while visiting Pensacola and had to be towed all the way back to Crestview. Dispatch awesomely sent her a female driver so she would be more comfortable and I am so appreciative of that. It was above and beyond what I'd hoped. Quick to respond and get our van that was stuck in our neighbors driveway. They were also able to jump our van even though we have tried to as well to try to move it. They were able to jump it with the little bit of juice left in the alternator or battery or whatever was wrong with it and took it to the auto shop for us. Great customer service, knowledgeable, and got our van fairly quickly to the auto shop soon as we called them.
We had the pleasure of working with Matt. He was very personable and professional. We got constant updates on where he was how the job was going. I hope I won't need another tow, but if I do, I'd use Fletcher again.

Dispatcher set reasonable expectations for driver ETA (1-1.5 hours).
Driver (Matt) called about 35 minutes later and said he'd arrive in about 15-20 minutes and arrived not long after. Much sooner than I expected, to my great happiness!
Matt was very professional and personable, explained everything he was doing, didn't take offense at my hovering, patiently answered my questions, and even gave me helpful tips for future reference. He safely put my car on the truck and secured it well. He then provided me both invoice and receipt and explained how to submit to insurance for reimbursement.
Yesterday and this morning had been pretty stressful with a number of things going wrong. Fletcher's and Matt, especially, were an injection of positive energy I needed during these trying times.
I recently had broken down on Hwy 90/Davis Hwy… I called Fletchers and they promptly dispatched a flatbed tow to me. The driver was very courteous and polite.. VERY helpful as well. Matt(the driver) was able to easily load my vehicle onto the flatbed.. Making sure not to cause any damage.. This was also the case when he arrived with the vehicle at the shop. This man is definitely an employee that Fletcher’s should cherish as an employee. Great service and not too costly either. Thanks for your help
Fletcher’s was another guardian Angel for us. Thank you Joey, Devon -‘d Rodney. We needed to get into daughter’s car and they worked with us as someone just happened to stop by. We paid the gate fee of $75 as we had a 3 hour drive ahead of us and had to get daughter back to her doctor. While she was visiting for the weekend, My daughter was in accident where someone hit her passenger side which caused the car to flip 3 x. We live 3 hours away and are at hospital praying someone at Fletcher will allow us to go get her meds and work items from the car. She may walk away with a bumps, bruises, scratches, glass everywhere embedded in her body, sore and emotional matters as she remembers the entire event - But she is alive.
Outstanding service! They responded to my call in less than 30 minutes. Luck, the tower, was absolutely amazing! He was polite, courteous and friendly. He clearly has an excellent grasp on the whole towing job. I was stuck and couldn't get out of the situation. My tire was spinning a hole every time I tried to back out. I called another towing company first. They said that they couldn't come for at least 8 hours! I was amazed at how fast Fletchers responded! Luck also showed me that my car has its own hook for towing! I never even knew that! I would trust this company for any towing needs!
I had to get my Rv towed from Blakely, Ga to Pensacola, Fl. Called multiple Towing companies and chose Fletcher’s because price and timing were ok. Communication was excellent throughout the process, James worked fast and efficiently and got us to the garage safely and he presented me with documents and pictures for my insurance.
