Dispatcher set reasonable expectations for driver ETA (1-1.5 hours). Driver (Matt) called about 35 minutes later and said he'd arrive in about 15-20 minutes and arrived not long after. Much sooner than I expected, to my great happiness! Matt was very professional and personable, explained everything he was doing, didn't take offense at my hovering, patiently answered my questions, and even gave me helpful tips for future reference. He safely put my car on the truck and secured it well. He then provided me both invoice and receipt and explained how to submit to insurance for reimbursement. Yesterday and this morning had been pretty stressful with a number of things going wrong. Fletcher's and Matt, especially, were an injection of positive energy I needed during these trying times. I highly recommend! Thank you, Matt!!
