Ernie reached out promptly after I called my insurance company to get me help changing a tire I did not have right lug nut key for. He was very polite upon arrival. He had all the equipment to quickly change my tire and put my spare on. He even gave me his business card before he left. I would use this company again if I ever have car trouble.
I wanted to give special thanks to Leo for above and beyond service during a difficult time. My mother was in a car accident (and is ok now), and Leo was there to handle the totaled vehicle. His open and friendly personality absolutely made the event easier to deal with. Thanks again Leo.
Dodge work van wouldn't start at a customer's house. Called Matchett and
Ernie was there in less than 30 minutes (was quoted 32 minutes) and had the van on the flatbed in literally 5 minutes. Got it off and parked it perfectly in the designated spot in another 5 minutes.
Payment situation was seamless. Super friendly and personable. VERY good at what he does. Made a crappy situation almost enjoyable. The lady on the phone (sorry, forgot her name) was super nice too. Will definitely call again if needed.
Ernie with Matchett towing is awesome. My truck broke down at a gas station, Ernie was nice enough to stop and check on me. He got the truck loaded quick and got me home safe.

Let me start off by saying I love Matchett towing services. The dispatchers are always nice, patient, and very professional. The driver Ernie contacted me 15 minutes after I placed the call for tow services which is awesome and unheard of because normally it takes atleast an hour for a driver to make contact. Ernie was already in route to my car!! He was very nice and respectful and overall concerned about what was going on with my car. Ernie you are a excellent face for the company thanks again!
The Tow Operator, Leo, was quick, kind, and helpful. He arrived ahead of the estimated time and quickly got my vehicle turned on and onto his truck. He was professional, kind, patient, and understanding. I am thankful for his quality service and can’t recommend him and Matchett towing enough!

Car broke down called and they had a rollback there in 15 min. Driver was very pleasurable and talkatibe, and knew his stuff about towing. Had my car loaded in minutes and we were on the way. Will definitely call them again if I need a tow amd would suggest them to anyone.
These guys did an amazing job. They got to my work truck stuck in a sand pit in a much shorter time than any other towing company has done for me. Robert got me out of there and back on the road very well. 10/10 recommend

Hopefully won’t need a tow again soon but if I do I will DEFINITELY use them again! So thankful for Leo! My daughter was driving my car while I’m out of town and it suddenly wouldn’t start. She tried what she could but nothing worked, so I called a tow truck. This was the third company I called. The first one was going to take 2+ hours, and while we understand how overworked tow truck drivers are and would normally be patient, I didn’t want my daughter stuck there alone well after dark. The second company wanted almost $300, which in my experience seemed like too much even for ‘after hours’). The Matchett dispatch woman was so understanding and nice and they gave a more reasonable quote within the range I typically would expect, and promised a timely pickup. They sent Leo as the tow truck driver, and he made it to her in just 20 minutes. My daughter kept me updated and called me when she made it home. Her experience with Leo/the tow was exceptional, which gave me peace of mind, and the company made it easy for me to pay from out of town. What could have been a much more stressful, scary, or expensive night was made manageable, safe, and affordable thanks to Leo and the team!

Leo is a lifesaver!!! I was on the west side of town when my mom’s car unexpectedly wouldn’t start. He called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he helped troubleshoot the potential cause and gave helpful suggestions. He made sure I got into the tow truck cab safely. During the tow/drive he was very professional, kind, and we had great conversation. Because I was alone with the car when it failed to start, in front of a closed business, and at nightfall, I was honestly scared and anxious about being stuck there OR riding alone with a stranger. but Leo’s professionalism, promptness, and very obvious care for his work put me at so much ease and I felt very comfortable/safe the entire time. I cannot thank him enough for helping me tonight and I while I hope to not need a tow anytime in the near future I will definitely be keeping his card on hand and recommending him to others.

My tow guy was named Ryan and he got my car up and secured quick and easy and helped me with all my questions and even texted me a picture of where he parked my car at the dealership he dropped it off! Friendly and efficient service by Ernie of Matchett Towing! He got to me in record time (an hour earlier than estimated by Geico) and loaded up my car quickly. He even helped me get my bags up into the cab of the tow truck. I was impressed and relieved by Ernie’s professionalism and kindness.

I've never been towed before until a few days ago. I was with one of my good friends in awful traffic and we were so embarrassed. This nice guy named Robert showed up quickly and he was professional but he was super nice and not only did he help ease with with our worry but we no longer felt embarrassed and that was the good part of the whole mess.
