I had 2 vehicles impounded, which were towed by matchett towing when I picked up my vehicles i was charged almost $850. Upon return home, I saw that both of my vehicles were damaged. Matchett had me text the photos, but when I sent the invoice I received no response. Now they claim no responsibility since the police had my cars towed. This company was overtly careless with my property and haven't offered so much as an apology. Please, use another company. You deserve better.
The receptionist was courteous, fast, and clear with instructions. The 2 men who towed my totaled Subara WRX were so helpful and also concerned about how I was doing. They even helped clean out my car. The yard is organized and safe and easy to get to your vehicle. Everyone was so helpful. Thank you so much.
Our truck was towed by Matchett two hours after running out of gas on a back country road. A week later we paid nearly $900 to get it back. Once we made it off the lot we could not get over 1500 rpm. We started trying to figure it out. Guess what? Our truck was used for parts while parked on this lot!! We are missing sensors and multiple covers including an engine cover! 😤😡
