Not a good business. I drove a long way and spent around $100 in gas money to go pick up a fuel tank they had listed on eBay. I had made them a reasonable counteroffer to pick it up myself and save them some money and hassle of shipping it. It was listed with free shipping.
When I got there, they could not find the tank and said they didn't even have the car from the listing. I told them that I had spent around $100 on gas to pick it up.
They basically told me, sorry and I was S.O.L. They didn't offer to make good in any way, on what they had done that cost me money. I will never do business with them again and you shouldn't either if you value your money and your time.

Wonderful experience buying parts with Pensacola Auto Parts for my wife’s van. Juan and the team there communicated very well and shipped promptly. Upon arrival it was discovered that a small part was missing, and after looking they could not find it in their yard, so they even offered a partial refund as a way of saying sorry and making it right. I’ve dealt with a lot of parts yards over the years and none have operated with integrity like this. Where you are local or far away and require shipping (like me), deal in confidence with these guys. I’ll definitely be back.
Would give this business zero stars if allowed. Ordered parts and never received half of it. The person I spoke to claimed the part that was missing would be there the very next business day and that they will deliver all the parts to my home. 4 days later, there were no parts, no phone calls, and no email. When I called to get an update , I was told they don't have the parts that were supposed to be delivered the next business day, and they could not get the remaining part. The blame for the service was put on a 3rd party that lied, but as i stated earlier, there were no updates from this business until i called.
Way over prices, they wanted $2000 for a used transmission with 164,000 miles. Got one with less miles from Angelos for $1000. Kikers had one with the same mileage for $1350, butlers had one with simmoleage for 1500, and Fenix had one with the same mileage for $1250. These people are criminally expensive and they dont honor their warranty
The people were very professional and very helpful. They had the part that I needed and even gave me some extra parts. I will do business with him again.
Not sure where to begin, but know that the people here love and live cars and go above and beyond. They even helped me install my roof rack and gifted the trim pieces I was cutting.

Amazing company! Bought an engine for a BMW 528i from Pensacola Auto Parts and it had an issue with it. I contacted them and they immediately sent me a replacement engine within two days! I am writing this review today because Pensacola Auto Parts was very helpful with my purchase and experience I am located out in California and was searching for a particular strut set up that no one near me had but I found it at Pensacola Auto Parts. They made the part verification process easy by sending photos of the part before shipping it out. Once I received the strut set up the installation was perfect and I noticed I was needing a particular harness that also attached to the firewall & strut so I contacted Alex and he had no problem helping me out and shipping it the same day definitely will come back for any parts Im having a hard time finding.
Our shop deals with a lot of salvage yards and the experience varies. Our experience with Pensacola Auto Parts was a good as you could ever get. Very good communication, excellent pricing, prompt shipping, and all parts were in great shape and as promised. Thanks so much!
Avoid this place! It is run by sketchy foreigners, and they will promise you a nice low milage part, but when it arrives it’s clear that it came from an entirely different truck, with likely higher miles. Despite sharing the same interchange, I luckily knew how to spot the subtle differences in what I was promised versus what arrived, and knew that they did the ole bait and switch, hoping I wouldn’t notice. Luckily I got my money back, but the check took two weeks to arrive, despite it being sent via 3-day priority mail. I wouldn’t surprise me if they did this to other customers. If you buy from them make sure to run the vin from the donor vehicle… If they even will give it to you. Also view their other reviews, they are likely made by the employees that work here.

I ordered a stock radio/backup camera /cd player setup for my 2017 Altima - arrived on time and in good condition as shown in the picture. Had the VIN # from the wreck it was taken from too. A new one was $1550 and this one was $120 included shipping. Watched you tube video and installed it myself ( saved another $200 install fee and $180 re-program fee !)A great buy and except for a minor red haze at the bottom of the screen when the radio is on - it is fine !
My son that is disabled purchased a transmission from you and when he had someone install it the transmission does not work, you have gave him nothing but the run around on getting a refund from the beginning, first you said you was mailing him a check even though he paid through paypal, then when it didnt come you said he had to have the transmission removed and you would pick it up, now you say you mailed it when i checked the tracking it says it was never mailed. All he wants is his refund he is unable to work so money is tight for him.
