This is coming from someone who has been doing business with them for 3 years now. They have upgraded, higher premium prices, and their customer service plummeted. It hurts having to accept how things are. Staring at the old lot from their parking lot, I was confronted and treated as some sort of criminal and was told to leave or the police will be called. After walking back in the office and asking what’s going on to be treated this way, Carol told me she didn’t even know who I was; that was the nail in the coffin for me.
This is the place for used parts for high-end cars, the guys have it, Mercedes, BMW, Renault, and if he doesn't have it, he can most likely get it. So that's where I go when I'm trying to save my customers a buck, Angelos is that place to go!!
Sold me a non-functional alternator. They threatened to call the police on me if I came their to complain. The mechanic is refusing to give me back my car key or my money for the non-functional alternator. Do not use this place.
Love the ladies at the frontyard. Especially Ms. Carol. If she has it on the lot, she will definitely let you know. She is smart, fair, and honest. Just don't try to be slick though, because she will listen to you and she will let you know that you are getting it at a good price, so don't try to pull a quick wit because she knows her job.
I go there often because I trust her. Just saying...
She even let's you know if she thinks that the part may not be good for reusing before you buy it. Most small parts are as is but transmissions and Engines usually are the exception to this but they will let you know that when you buy the items... They have foriegn/imports and some older than what most yards carry. . Which is awesome when you drive a rare to find parts for car, in most car part pull it yards now days... Love the office kitty too such a lovebug. Call ahead lately the yard is not open every day it may change in the summer but we will see.

Worst experience ever at a junk yard. Front desk lady with the eye is rude and stereotypical because my friend and I are both young and we wanted to look around to see if they have anything we had. But the first thing said was “don’t take anything off my motors and transmissions and don’t make a mess in my yard”. We didn’t have anything to take anything and it’s literally a messy junk yard so it wouldn’t have a made a difference. And they didn’t have anything that I wanted. Butlers and kikers are the way to go. Wayyyy better customer service.
5 stars!! My customer has a VERY limited edition Jeep. I searched all around the country and the internet looking for this one part that was beginning to seem not to exist anywhere. Even after explaining the differences in this model to several other suppliers, we received the wrong item 3 times! Carol at Angelo's saved the day, took the time to look into the correct item and to see that it was in good shape. We were all thrilled when it arrived, on behalf of our entire shop, thank you Carol!!!
Worst place ever. Was supposed to sell me all the parts i needed for the front of my solara. I was quoted $500 for all of them. I read her the list of parts twice. Included in this price was the core support. I sent a reliable friend to pick up all parts and deliver them to body shop. When i talked to the owner of shop he said core support was not there. Called angelos, she said it was with parts by fence when they were picked up. I told her no it wasnt. So she says it must be here. I pay someone to bring me from alabama to get it, called on my way to make sure its there. Grt there and NO CORE SUPPORT! SHE ACCUSES US OF ALREADY PICKING IT UP. WE DID NOT.. so were just out of luck. No $ back no core support. The way i know she was lying is this the bidy shop guy said they wud need to know where to cut it. They never asked me that. When i found another core support, i had to pay over $100 for, but bought from a very straight up honest place, import place in mobile. And of course the first thing that the import place asked me when I needed a core support they asked me where to cut it so they were seriously going to sell me a core support. Nice people there at the import place mobile but the people at Angelo's never intended to sell me a core sport so they didn't need to know where to cut it their shady their dishonest and they don't care about their customers go somewhere else save your money and deal with some honest people thank you
I never used thier tow service , but I have gone up there to buy used parts. I was impressed by thier polite and very knowledgable staff. They have a large selection and variety of auto parts. The yard is neat and well organized. I would highly recommend this business to anyone of my friends.
Wow, I have gone here for years but we had a very bad experience today. The lady with the eye, she was extremely rude to my friend when we pulled a part and she was asking eBay referbished price for a much worse condition part that we pulled. After not agreeing on a price, she rudely said "okay fine, I'll sell them on eBay, thanks for pulling them for me" with much attitude. This was uncalled for as my friend was being polite. My view of this place is tainted, if you are the owner reading this please reply to me.
I called over the phone a day ahead of time to find out if they had what I needed. Candice said absolutely. When I got there, I was directed along with a descriptive diagram of the location where the parts I needed were located. Price and part were very good.
Ive never had a bad experience with Angelo or his staff. Alot of hard to find parts in his yard with very reasonable prices, rebuilding a 79 toyota pickup and Angelo has been a huge help.
They had everything that I needed for my Toyota tundra 2002 front end cost wise excellent friendly they know what they're doing and I'm so blessed and grateful to have been sent there
Absolutely awesome people work here. They're very reasonable, understanding and accommodating. We pulled an alternator, had some issues and they came out and finished the job for us. It ended up testing no good so we returned it and they took it back no questions asked. They even pulled the replacement for us! This one also tested bad and so the entire process was repeated and the gal at the desk kept a smile the whole time. Very gracious and friendly folk. (I would have given them 5 stars but they're not open on weekends!!!)

Ended up stranded and needed a intermediate shaft for my vehicle couldn't find one anywhere aftermarket unless I wanted to pay 500+ at the dealership. They saved me so much and I was able to get back on the road without costing me a arm and leg!

Great people and ran by a cool family. I bought a bumper, fender and lights from them for my wife's truck. The parts were in good shape as well as being the same color black. I didn't have to pull the parts and the prices are reasonable. It only took them a few minutes to pull the parts and load them into the truck while I waited inside the office with a.c.. This is a great place to go. Highly recommend compared to the other auto salvage people in pensacola. Also the lady at the front counter is really nice. Thanks guys. Keep it up.
