Nothing but good things to say about the service. Nathan the driver went above and beyond to help me with moving my car for me and helping me get it parked exactly how I wanted. Super nice caring and compassionate. Even though my neighborhood is under construction he still made it happen and he's definitely a professional! The receptionist was also very nice too in booking my appointment and just overall. Definitely recommend this company would give 50 stars if I could. Thanks so much!
This towing company has always done me right in my (embarrassingly) many times of need. The employee that took my call and scheduled my tow was professional and efficient all while making me feel at ease about my situation. James, the man that towed my vehicle, was skilled and personable and made the entire experience awesome. Just got my car home.. It was gone through things were stolen earbuds. Charger, change everything was torn up. Air freshener was taken keychains.Nothing worth a lot of value, except for my earbuds, and it was about 35 dollars in change... Get into a bad accident, get your car towed there, thinking it was safe and then when you get your car back, you feel violated..

He showed up on time, was very professional & would win the back up a 26' sailboat contest!

Had a horrible car accident on the freeway coming home from vacation Everyone got hurt. Car was towed here and we were told we could pick up our things the next day (today). We live 5 and a half hours away. On the way back here there was another accident so a slow down. I called and let them know we were on our way from Ocala and what was happening on the road. I pleaded with them to please wait for us as my special needs son had his medication in the suitcase. I was told they would wait 5 minutes beyond and anything else would be a $70 charge. I get everyone wants to go home on time ..but what happened to helping people really in need? So we made it there on time. Thank God for the extra 5 minutes. Then come to find out someone went through all of our suitcases and took what they wanted. They left the rest thrown all over the car. We were accident victims, all of us are hurt and my daughter is at home with a bad head injury. To pour salt over those wounds our belongings were rummaged through and stolen from. Multiple items were taken from our car WAY BEFORE THEY HAD THE LEASE FOR NON WORKING CAR!!! I called the company to report this as I'm sure picking through people's things aren't part of normal practice..or is it?? I was told the owner would be told about this. We have many items someone with a key to that fence must have taken. Meds for my son, shoes, clothes, tools.. I hope to hear from the owner either from the phone call I made or this. Wasn't it enough we were in an accident, someone has to take our stuff?? What is wrong with people? Either this company is shady or some of the employees. Time will tell on that end. It's a sad day for me to encounter more dishonest people. Karma is real folks.
Great company! The dispatcher was very nice and helpful. The driver, Mickey, was very professional and super helpful as well. Fast service at a great price! Hope I don’t have to, but would definitely use them again!
Thank goodness for Angelos Towing! I was stranded in sand at 5:30 in the morning and this company was the ONLY “open 24 hours” company that picked up the phone. They were cordial, helpful, reasonably priced, and kept me informed every step of the way the gentleman who came to tow me, Mickey, was kind, helpful, and got me out of there in minutes! Thank you so much. Five star service! Would highly recommend.

My Tow truck driver Mickey was at my destination within 30 min.
Was very courteous, and was utmost professional when he arrived.
He took EXTREME caution while loading my Saturn Sky ( my baby) on the roll back, and made sure she was secure and safe before putting that truck in drive.
I greatly appreciate the professional 5⭐ service from this company.

Collin was super helpful. Helped me with a dead battery that I was concerned might’ve been a bad alternator. Answered some questions for me and gave me a quick jump to allow me to get to an auto parts store and get a new battery.

Had a vehicle towed today, just to a shop for a repair not an accident, and Collin from Angelo’s did a great job. It was a vintage/antique car, so it’s always nerve wracking to have anything done but Collin was very knowledgeable and professional. Good folks here. BEST tow service experience I’ve ever had by far! Wife’s car caught a flat, and we got the help we needed within 30-45 minutes. Collin took extremely great care of us, super helpful all around and very professional. Give him a raise, PLEASE !
Our sons car was dead at UWF. Cody was quick to respond in less than an hour! He was very courteous and understanding. We made the trip there from Crestview after work. Cody rapidly hooked up the car with precision and offered to drop off the car for us as we had the drive ahead of us. I will be recommending y'all to everyone who needs assistance. We appreciate the time he took to help us!

My truck broke down in a not so safe part of town and I don’t think I could have been more blessed than to have Cody show up when he did. Cody made us feel comfortable and was to us within the hour. We are from out of town so to have a guy like that show up when you feel stranded and act as professional as he did in the process, I can genuinely say added relief to a crazy situation. If you are in a bind you can trust this company and ask for Cody to pick you up.
KIA Roadside Assistance hired them to tow a 2023 Spirtage. No advance call from Angelo's, got a call when they arrived at my residence. I called driver said I'd be there in a couple min. He said okay. Dispatch instead called KIA and my Assistance was cancelled. Driver then literally leaves as I pull in. Called KIA and they were not happy with towing company. Called a different company. Fantastic service. Very smooth. As KIA Roadside told me, they've had other complaints on Angelo's. Fyi. I own multiple companies and own about 60 vehicles and use tow companies a lot. Never had this happen before and that says a lot.
Great company with knowledgeable employees. I spoke with Julie quite often during the process of working with an insurance company in regards to an accident I had. She was always cheerful, helpful and most of all accurate in her information. She truly is a gem! Thanks for all your help, Julie!
Carol was super and had a driver to my location in less than 15 mins. The driver was as careful as possible to pull my vehicle on the flatbed without damaging the rear wheel anymore

Angelos towing was a tremendous help when we needed it. I saw their ad in the bathroom on a billboard and called immediately. They saved us a lot of time and money. They're always much faster then other tow trucks too. And the drivers dog was too cute! would definitely call Angelos towing again.
