They like they couldn’t answer the phone. I had to call back to back to get an answer. I set up a date and time and when it came that time they never showed up. I tried to call and had no answer. I then tried to text them to see if they were still coming. Then I got message saying to send the make and model to get a quote, like I haven’t already talked to them and a had a pick up time. Then right after that I get a text saying they were on the way. I sat and waited 30 min and they still didn’t show up. Everytime I tried to call no one answered. It was almost an hour past the time that I originally scheduled. They were only 10 dollars more than Franks. I then sent a message stating that I had to leave soon because I had some one to pick up at 1 and I was late waiting on the because they told me they were on the way, they still haven’t responded to me. I would not recommend Joe’s unless you have time for a hassle.

If I wasn’t a college student on a strict schedule I wouldn’t be so annoyed.

I made a deal on a phone call to sell my 2004 Saab 9.5 wagon turbo for $250. It had to be moved today. The catalytic converter had been cut out and there was no key. Title in hand.
After the tow truck blocked off the road to pull vehicle onto the flatbed, I was informed that I would receive $200 because the catalytic converter was gone. I called the man back but there was no answer.

Seems like this guy has a problem with follow through and dependability. When you tell a customer you will do something then ghost them THATS NOT GOOD BUSINESS! Thats not a business worth recommending. All he had to say is not interested, sorry I cant help you. Not leave a customer making arrangements and plans to meet then no show no call!
Lost my suv in hurricane sally, it sat in my driveway for a while to see if it would start again but to no avail. Joe came and got it, gave us cash for a fair deal of what a completely washed out car would be, and hauled it away the same day I agreed to the arrangement. Would use again!
I contacked Joe about selling my vehicle he gave me an offer i asked if it was possible to get more and he said yes and would be at my house by 9am to pick it up. He didnt show so I called and emailed him about it he finally called me back he said he offered me to much and wasnt going to buy it, okay fine but atleast let me know. I asked if he would still offer the lower price he said yes he would told me he would call his drivers and call me back and its been about 3 hours and nothing. I do not recommend going to this guy I had to rearange my whole day for nothing.
Since 1 star is the lowest, I had to choose it. Joe is not worth any stars. I waited 5 days after he told me he would take my trailer and he never showed despite telling me twice that he would be there. The last time I waited all day for him to show but he didn't. DO NOT call this guy. It's a waste of your time!!!!!!
I will NEVER reccomend them. I talked to him 3 times in the morning and every time he said he would call me right back and never did. Then he tells me he will give 100 dollars less than everyone else but i agree anyways because ge said they will come out that day. I told him i was taking off work so that i would be there for him. 3 or 4 hours go buy and i call back to see if he can tell me about when he would show up and he said he changed his mind. I told him thanks for letting me know! Worst service ever!
