I sold my 2010 Hyundai Tucson with a bad transmission to this company and they bought it for what I wanted to sell it for. I didn't think I was going to get that much for it. They processed my title through DMV and made it so simple and easy. I delt with Claidel to finalize the paperwork and price . He was very knowledgeable and efficient. They even coordinated with me to come pick up the vehicle. I would highly recommend this company if you need to sell a car not in good condition. 5 stars
I contacted this company to buy a car I no longer need thinking, “How hard could this be”. I negotiated a price I thought was fair and set a date for pickup. As most companies I wasn’t surprised to hear that they would be by the house between the hours of 12pm to 5pm. I agreed and waited. The tow truck that was supposed to arrive and get my car never showed. I called the person I had been in contact with and told them the tow truck never showed so we set pickup for the following day. Long story short, after four days of this I texted the person I had been in contact with and told them that I would rather donate my car than sell it to “We buy cars”. Every single time I contacted the representative I was told the driver was on the way. Lies! Should have been an easy process, but just a three ring circus.
this people is very easy to please , i was asking google to where i can sell my car that doesnt run and this was first to pop up their platform is very easy just a few question and thats it the negotion is done the price they offer. is so agreeable . even though its virtual conversation i can feel their sincerity i will reccomend this to all my friend.
I didn't sell them my junk car. The people who answered the phone. Were awesome, they were professional. They worked hard to offer me a very reasonable price. One that was quite happy with.
So what went wrong? Essentially, the tow truck driver. What should have been a deal that should only take a few hours. He disappeared from the deal for days.
The solution. I called someone else. Also they paid more.
I was excited to call these guys to sell my car because of their excellent reviews on Google. They were professional on the phone, but offered me $800 for a car that has a kbb trade-in of 4200, and selling on CarGurus for 6000 all day long. They eventually "haggled" up to 900 and then 1050, and that was pretty much their final offer. Carvana offered me $3800 and I was just calling for a second offer from someone else to compare.
If you want to dump a car and don't care about getting anywhere near it's real trade-in value, then these guys are probably very professional and you should use them. But otherwise, it's really a waste of time to call them. I'll give them 2-stars for being courteous and professional.
Great company, as soon as I spoke with someone I called them and they called me back to setup the car pickup the same day and they were very accommodating. The pickup was easy and quick! Thank you so much.
I got online and searched for places to come pick up a truck that wasn't running and I was tired of looking at. I got a quote from a few places but they was the only ones to actually call, stay in contact the whole time and offer me a very fair price that was more then the rest. The pick up was quick and painless. Very good people.
Easy call, setup pick up of car for next day, showed up on time, paid cash, took car away. Does not get any easier than that. Would use them again in a heart beat.

This was the first time that I needed a service of this kind, they were awesome they took the time to elaborate on the process to me They were located in Altamonte and they actually drove all the way to Daytona to pick up my car yes I was a little disappointed in the amount that I got for my car but that’s kind of typical when you try to sell your vehicle , to you it’s worth so much versus what it’s really worth in today’s market for what it is! I will definitely recommend them to anybody I know that has a car that they want to sell for instance it had a blown motor I was told. It was going to cost me more to fix it then the car was worth . I felt very confident in the company and they walked me through the process and I felt very comfortable with the transaction considering I’ve never done anything like that kind of transaction before so thank you😊

The Motor on my Infinti G20 2002 Went Out. I called a Couple of Places before I google these Guys online. The Other places were giving me the run around. One Place told me that they have a Season when they pick up cars and right now they ONLY Wants Vans and Trucks. When I Called Pensacola, the Customer Service was EXCELLENT. They told me that they would pay me Cash for my junk car. I thought it sounded a little too Good to be True but they were TRUE to their words. They set up a time and told me when they would be there and that they would CALL Anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour before coming and they did. I Was SOOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY. They came and picked up my car and pay me Cash! I was DEAD BROKE Waiting Until Friday to get Pay. This Money came in handy. I bought Breakfast & Lunch. I went Shopping and still had money to put Gas in the other car I recently got. I am SOOOOOOO GRATEFUL!! I will use them again if I ever need them and I will Recommend Anybody to them. This is a great company with great people. I was in contact with Candace for almost 3 weeks deciding if I wanted to sell. She was always available, patient and kind. The tow service was friendly and fast. I was truly impressed to have dealt with the same customer rep(Candace) everytime I called or txt. I'm sure it made the difference in my decision to use this company. I would definately recommend this company if you're looking to sell a car or truck!
