Frank Buys Junk Cars was incredibly fast, courteous, and friendly. They called when an hour away and showed up when they said they would. Dillon was professional and added a fun spin-the-wheel game for a chance to win extra money which turned out well for me. I highly recommend them as they also offered more for our car than other businesses.
This is the second time we’ve sold our old not running vehicles to Frank Buys Junk Cars. Once again we were BLOWN AWAY with the customer service! From the first time we messaged Julie about the car…until the driver, Dillon (sorry if I spelled yalls names wrong) pulled out of our driveway today with it in tow. They were so friendly and helpful and fun! We got to spin a prize wheel and won $12 dollars in $2 dollar bills. This just absolutely made my mom’s day. She LOVES $2 bills and collects them every chance she gets. It’s just the little things like that that will make me use them every time and recommend them to all my family and friends. (They pay good money for the cars too) Thank you guys so much!!!!
Dillon came and got my 2010 Kia soul , I didn’t think I’d get as much for it as I did and the worker was extremely friendly and helpful and had a great attitude, 10/10

Went to the website, entered the contact info, promptly received an email asking about the condition of the car, was explained the pickup process, pickup was scheduled, and the car was picked up. I was recently involved in an accident that unfortunately totaled my truck. With no collision insurance, I was running out of options. I shopped around for salvage companies and ultimately, Frank and his team offered me the best deal. They were not pushy and they weren’t trying to sell me on anything.
Another company, (wh**lyz), kept me on the phone for a hour and wouldn’t let me hang up saying that I would lose my guarantee and that I couldn’t trust anyone else. Once I told this company I wasn’t in need of their service, they continually called me trying to convince me that I had ruined a perfectly good deal.
Frank however, was transparent with everything and did not waste my time. I absolutely loved working with his team and was able to solve my problem within 4 hours. They turned a sad and emotional experience into a hopeful and positive one. Hopefully I never have to call them again, but I know that if I needed to I would call Frank over anyone else. I honestly did not expect to have them come get my vehicle so fast! Called this morning and gave some info on the vehicle and boom! Was told they'd come get it this afternoon.
Jason was such a nice guy. Poor dude had to crawl through the passenger side because the driver's door decided to give out that moment. He was incredibly helpful about filling out paperwork and answering questions. Even reminded us about surrendering the tags and how to avoid a suspended license.
I didn't expect to spin the wheel and get a prize but Jason said the boss likes to make it fun. I'm just satisfied we got rid of a problem vehicle and how easy the process was. Thanks Frank!
Was able to text and was responded to very quickly. Offer made thru text after a few questions. Driver Jason came quickly and was very polite, professional and swift. He explained all and within a few minutes after signing some papers he put my old car up on lift and away it went. Very happy with my experience.

Within an hour of reaching out they made me an offer and picked up the car. They offered my way more than anyone else I talked to. The driver (Dillon) was very friendly. He brought a wheel for me to spin and I won $6.00 in gold. Will definitely use the. In the future if I need to get rid of another car.

Frank offered more than anyone else I called. He was able to schedule pickup within a few hours. Hopefully, I won't need his services again anytime soon, but if I do, I will give him my business.

Our driver was a little late, but for a very good reason! His wife win tickets to meet a country music star from Cat country radio! So the owner, Frank himself, let his driver go ahead and go with his wife!! He was sooo nice! I had some junk I had in the back of the car he was buying, and he offered to help me with it. While I was busy doing that, he gave my kids brand new hot wheels cars, and stickers!!! There are a very few rare bosses/owners like Frank, that truly care about his workers and his customers. I applaud you Frank for being an amazing guy!! I wish you all the best
Amazing customer service and speed, i called up and within the hour Frank himself was already taking my car off my hands for that sweet cash money. He even let me know right before the showed up and were very helpful getting the title signed over properly, plus you can't go wrong with your own bag of gold to go with your clean lawn and full wallet .
