My car broke down 13+ hours from home on a Friday and both Milton and Pensacola Butler Auto Recycling went above and beyond to help my family out! They pulled some stings and were able to pull the parts and help me last minute. I will forever be thankful for this company for getting my family home! I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone in the area. You can tell they really care about their customers.
I called and ask about a tailgate on the pickup they said they had it and they would need a $200 deposit and it would be ready by 3:00 I arrive at 4:00 the tailgate is not ready for pickup they said they would ship it Thursday or Friday to a local salvage yard near my location near my location when should I get a call from my local salvage yard before I have a chance to contact them about even receiving it to get approval it's here which I didn't appreciate I didn't have time to even call them asking would they receive it plus the receipt I received from them shows no sales tax breaks down and not all the money they got from me I called back and ask for correctly receipt and they have not yet to email it to me says it won't go through I received emails all day long .
