Products ordered were as described. Only issue I had was having to pay $26 to return the part that was not the correct part. I would buy again from Butler

Long story, but I was looking for an engine, I saw one online for $2174, which was on the lower side for a 2014 5.3 with 49k miles. They had some engines with more miles, for more money, so it didn't make perfect sense, but it wasn't like a misprint on the price that made it a give away, it still was $2200. So I called, inquired on the engine, I was quoted $2174, I questioned the price to verify it was correct. I was told yes, that is the correct price. I was going to drive 2.5 hours to get it, he told me it would be ready in 2-3 hours. I sent a $500 deposit to hold it, that evening just before they closed I called to verify it would be ready the next morning, I was going to be there when they opened. Salesman was stumbling on his words a lot, and I was told it wouldn't be ready till 1pm the next day, something seemed off. The next morning I called before driving over, I was told the order was locked, he couldn't see what was going on, but transferred me to accounting. Accounting told me there was an issue with the order and the manager would explain it. They got on the phone and said they posted the wrong price for the engine and couldn't sell it. They will be refunding my money. It was listed for a price, I called and confirmed the price with the business, I made a deposit, the price should've been honored after they confirmed it was accurate and accepted my deposit. Secondly, communication was terrible. If I wouldn't have reached out twice after they were aware there was an issue on their end, I'd drove 2.5 hours 1 way just to waste my time and gas. They could've reached out to me. I know the response will be engine was cheaper than average, which it was for them. But I use 3rd party search engines, and there's a few engines out there with 100k or less for 2k or less, and yes, I'll be buying one now. I just thought I'd go with the lower miles for a little more. And there are other motors with similar miles listed in the United States for the same price range as this 49k motor, I just would have a little shipping cost. So the price is not crazy low, or unheard of. The issue is they, the company verified the price when I point blank questioned the price, they took my deposit, they should honor it. And no communication at all from their side.
Had the chance to purchase 2 black oem style sunvisors from this company and was left super happy with the quick service and timely shipping. Butler Auto Salvage was there with the part I needed, when I needed it. I had to replace the seat adjuster on my 2001 Corvette and I didn't know where to look. But I found Butler and they had it for a very reasonable price. They packed it well and shipped it fast and free. You need a part for your car, you should check out Butler first! We purchased a salvage engine from Butler and they did a great job working with us initially on the pricing. We had the engine installed and had nothing but problems. The engine ran terrible and we attempted to repair it after a phone call with Butler. The engine was beyond repair. Butler ultimately did give us our money back but it cost us close to $2000.00 in additional labor. At no time were we even aware that we could purchase a warranty and it took several emails and phone calls for their owner to acknowledge this. Their sales representative never offered us a warranty because he thought we could not afford it after the initial pricing met our budget. After inspection of the engine we purchased from Butler VIN number on their receipt did not match our engine. Maybe an honest mistake, but we are not convinced. We purchased a different engine, and we were informed about a warranty almost immediately. To summarize, I do not recommend this company and if you do make sure you have a warranty and check all documents match the VIN of the donor vehicle.
Butler Auto is fantastic. I could not find any fuel lines for my 2005 Silverado until I found Butler Auto through Parts Geek. They had every line I needed. The website was easy to navigate, the parts were reasonably priced, arrived promptly and in great condition. I have used the chat also to locate parts and it was very helpful. The chat is a real person not a bot which is rare these days. I highly recommend Butler Auto.

Purchased a great pair of f150 sun visors and can't say enough good things. Extremely fast shipping. The pair was very carefully packed. In very good condition! Only needed to blow the dust off so to speak... lol. They are installed and work perfectly without any issues. I would add photos but it's 10pm. Very nice price too. I will purchase again from them. Butler has a large selection of seats, front buckets and complete front and rear sets. They provide multiple pictures from various angles of the seats so you can see the condition of the seats. All the seats were in good to excellent condition, and the pricing reflected this. Pricing was very good, especially considering that shipping was included. Packaging for shipping was excellent and very protective for the seats. The shipping time was about 10 days from Florida to California. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I sold and shipped auto parts for years. I took great care to pack items securely, but this business went above and beyond. I bought a shark fin roof antenna after losing mine (God only knows where). Everyone told me to buy a $6 one off Amazon, but my radio never worked so I suspected I needed the entire part. I did! The part worked perfectly! I finally have a working radio!
