The staff are friendly and helpful especially the new SM Bradley, even when busy he was directing everyone and multi-tasking with others in line and phone calls, on top of actively teaching his employees so they can help more customers without having to wait on a manager, everytime I come in they all give there attention to who they are helping and any information so we can make educated choices for the benefitof our cars, 10/10

My husband came up to get some spark plug wires. He is not a mechanic and he does know how to do a tune-up on his truck. They treated him like he was stupid he was embarrassed. That is why people come to your store is there either learning how to do for their vehicle or need help on what parts to get. Also every time they got off the phone with a customer they were making fun of them for not knowing their year of their vehicle or not knowing what to ask for. Not professional we will not be back.
The guys are so helpful at this AutoZone. Ask for Alex! Alex was multi-tasking - answering questions, ringing sales, showing guys directions for installing parts and most importantly did a free system check on my truck (it was fine) and installed new wipers for me on my truck! I'm so happy with that system check - gave me a printout too!
This is the only auto parts store I use, but not for long. I needed a piece of hose, and when I asked (3 people working with no other customers in store) I was met by short bursts of questions, and before I could even give a full answer, the one guy said we don't carry such items, as another older gentleman was trying to get more information, the one guy just said again, we don't carry hose like that. So instead of arguing, that the item is on their website and states it's in stock, I just thanked them for their time, and took my business elsewhere. From the employees of this store, I'm sure they know exactly who this guy is just be reading this review. I'm 64 and have never had anyone treat me like this.
Was headed out of town and my oil light came on...Bradley at this Auto Zone helped me top of my oil and got me on the road in no time! I love to go to a friendly place to get help since I'm a mama who knows NOTHING about cars!! Thank you Bradley! You're the best!!
My batter was weak & I had a check engine light on; Mitchell changed out the battery which cleared the check engine light, so no other work was needed. Super honest & friendly guy who was very knowledgable!
The staff and manager were extremely helpful, looked for and found a part that was in an unexpected place in the store. They were all very accommodating and super helpful trying to resolve my issue. Would recommend for sure.
As a female I ALWAYS will come here to get stuff for my car Auto Zone 0408 Neptune Beach . They are helpful, will put parts in for you and give you options with different pricing. I never feel worried that I will not get the best care for what I need!
When to ask if they carried tail light retaining clips. They just pointed to isle 6 without asking what the part was for. Won't use again just for the unfriendly gentleman who pointed. Would recommend,although they do have regulars. I guess you need to establish a relationship.
I have been buying lots of parts for multiple cars at Autozone for years, including several batteries. My Autozone battery, which is still under warranty, can sometimes barely crank the engine. The store tested the battery and it checks out well into the 'weak' condition, but they will not honor the warranty until the battery checks out 'bad'. So now I am just waiting for my Autozone battery, which is still under warranty, to leave me stranded somewhere when it finally won't start the engine. This is equivalent to NO warranty, so I will not ever buy a battery from Autozone again.

Large store with a helpful and friendly staff. The exterior, however, could use some attention—a fresh coat of paint and a thorough cleaning would go a long way. When I first pulled up, I honestly questioned whether it was still open.
I’m born and raised in Neptune beach been coming here forever love the people and the service. Today stuck out for-sure. I had a head light out on my Toyota sequoia I struggled to get the part out Mr. Chip wasted no time in stepping in and removing my old bulb. And even installed the new one. Kind friendly great service this is why the beaches community loves yall. Thank you!
Yesterday, my windshield wiper flew off in that thunderstorm! I pulled into a spot in front of the door and ran in to buy a new one. Dodger saved the day and put the new one on, in the rain, and even checked my other one! Everyone in there was so nice! This is the first place I’ll go if I need something else. Thank you!
Ordered over $500 in parts. They were all wrong. This was a pain, but what was worse was the customer service when I brought back the parts. The cashier was slinging the stuff around and she had a very bad attitude. So bad that someone else had to take over returning my parts. Went to ORileys to get the right parts.
I have come here numerous times in the past (before I got new tires) to have air put in a tire that seemed to lose air when the weather became hot. I always had a technician more than willing to help me. Staff is friendly and professional, and will go that extra mile to help a "non-customer"
Mike was so nice and helpful!!! I bought a battery at the auto zone on beach but they wouldn’t install it since it was a bit corroded. Mike said he would look at it and did it no problem even though I didn’t even buy from his shop and gave me the core money back for my old battery!! Go to this Autozone!!!
Mitchell was very friendly and provided fast service. Had an issue with my battery, he had it tested and replaced within 15 minutes. Overall good experience, would reccomend

Great customer service is hard to find not at this over the phone man it's like talking to a mechanic and for lady like me when it comes to car problems you want someone who can help get the right parts. For the right price and all the guys are really professional and they look good. I didn't get a part that day , come to find out I didn't need to buy a expensive part or battery .He suggested I try the fuse 1st and it worked.I should have called before I went to Mavis .To the guy who answered the phone thanks
The people who work here are so kind and helpful! Especially Randy who actually replaced my air filter and my cabin filter for me in about 5 min. I was asking him questions about them and then he just came out to the car and did it for me. It was a new used car and we had no idea how to do it. The dealership wanted to charge us 139.00 to replace them. I appreciated his kind knowledgeable help so much!!! You can’t go wrong patronizing this business!!!
Best car parts store i have ever been in because of the excellent service! The guys that work here are fun and professional. You can tell they really enjoy their job and helping others. My son is UNF student whose car broke down the day before classes start and they were able to help us and refer a mechanic who could come install the part we needed within the hour. If your car breaks down hope that it is near this store!!!
I bought a car in st augustine and came here. My van died suddenly. I was two miles from them . Mike and his manager I forgot her name were very helpful. Came to pick me up then installed the battery. I now have a warranty on a battery I was supposed to have when I bought the car. Great people. Please do work with them
I had a bad battery issue and arrived just minutes before closing time. The employees were super nice and stayed open late to install a new battery. Not sure how I would have made it home without their help. Thank you for being so generous with your time and expertise! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!
Unbelievable & great service. They actually open up 15 minutes early to get me a battery for my F150. Super nice & helpful. By the time I paid for it with one guy... The other already had it in my truck & hook up
