They are a scam and if you try to not use them and you don’t disable off of their member site, they will annually charge you $99 even if you ask them to cancel it. You have to personally go and cancel it which they don’t tell you that so they can rob you of money. Customer service was terrible and did not help at all and of course they are supervisor was not there.
Not the best professionalism. They definitely need to work on how to treat people who come in there. Very unorganized it's unfortunate my insurance sent my car there. And due to that I wasn't able to get any of my personal items. Terrible experience I wish no ones has to deal with them.
Horrible, horrible jaded, bitter women work here with terrible attitudes and personalities. If you don't like your job go find another one! Also, don't trust the pictures and description on the listings. The car I purchased said it came with keys and no damage. The driver picked up the car and said it was a FLOOD CAR and this wasn't even disclosed on the listing description. I have had very good luck with the Copart in Orlando buying there. DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOR DON'T BUY FROM COPART IN JACKSONVILLE IT'S TRULY HELL TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE! Buy from Orlando that was a great experience. These people need to be fired ASAP!!
Worst customer service.
Terrible customer service! They refused to give out the car even though there was still an hour left before closing, and there wasn’t a single car on the loading dock. They just don’t want to work.
Thank you to the black women that work there. The 4 white women and 1 white man who ignored me need to let go! You all looked in the face and just continued with your conversations. One even helped another person and walked away after looking me in the eyes without saying anything! I'm almost certain the one gentleman was the manager.
Currently going thru a claims process with them. Its been very difficult. The people who answer the phone are in India and they have lied on their notes from our previous conversations.
Great experience today even though almost an hour wait. They were loaded with many drivers waiting to load first thing in the morning. Forklift operator was patient with me and loaded perfectly. They have a porta potty and inside restrooms.
I recently purchased a car from this facility. The pictures of the car I bid on did not match the car I received. It was the same car, the same VIN, but accessories that were on the car in the pictures had been removed before I picked the car up. Apparently, the previous owner's insurance company authorized the removal of accessories that the previous owner had installed. The car was a Jeep and the pictures clearly showed a heavy duty front bumper with a winch and an aftermarket rear bumper with a spare tire carrier. These items were clearly shown in the pictures but were NOT on the car when it was delivered to me.
Copart should have taken new pictures AFTER those items were removed. I would not have bid on the car had I known those items were not going to be included.
I contacted Copart and the only response I got from the manager was my email address was not the one that was associated with the purchase. The car was a junk/salvage title which means I had to use a broker to make the purchase.
If you are going to bid on a car at Copart, go and physically see the car. Do NOT TRUST THEIR PICTURES. They do NOT care about you as a customer and will do nothing to correct it.

You can spend half an hour in front of the reception desk and no one will notice. Also, it takes 45 minutes to get a title because instead of doing the work, the workers work slowly and talk to each other the whole time.

The manager of this particular copart needs a different job is unwilling to help unhelpful obnoxious rude and long overdue retirement user are bitter and Twisted you are unhelpful uneducated and stupid a motorcycle may well have fell off another person's Transporter unbeaten quite serious but does that mean that anyone else who comes to load a motorcycle can I have it loaded onto their pickup truck that incident happened to someone else however many years ago it has nothing to do with me or anyone else who comes to collect a motorcycle with a pick-up truck it's a bit like saying that because a farmer crashed his Cessna aircraft into his field the all passenger jets should now be grounded as the manager of copart I have no idea how you got this job but you are long overdue a different post you could do with an attitude adjustment as a bare minimum you could do with a retraining and a course in public service because ultimately when you are charging as much for storage and facilities and bidding online and yada yada yada the absolute minimum you can do is comply with the requests of an individual to load his purchase remember you are in the sales business the customer needs to be respected you have no respect it's time to take up fishing and arguing with your Imaginary Friends
This place stole parts from my car including my battery so I couldn't even start it when I got it back.state farm had it sent there and my gosh they wasted no time stealing my parts !!! Pray nobody goes here to recover their vehicle will be tampered with
The Department of Justice needs to investigate how this business operates. From the casino-like online auctions that make “accidental” bids without you knowing to the absurd feeds that equates to around additional 40% of the final price of the automobile. It's amazing that these Cutthroat people have stayed in business so long.
Although the conglomerate business scheme is nefarious, the individuals who helped me get my license plate back were kind.
I really appreciated both the lady who took my phone call and found my license plate for me and the lady who tried her best to help me when I came back about my inquiry in person. They all seem like such incredible and caring people and they should be celebrated.
This place was supposed to take photos of my vehicle and send them to the insurance company before having it sent to a collision repair shop. They did not have my permission to alter my vehicle in capacity. It somehow ended up going to Gerber Collision for repairs and they received it with the plate missing, the car empty, the door panels partially removed and the speakers from my Bose sound system missing. The car ended up being a total loss. When my son arrived to Gerber to empty the vehicle and grab the tag he found it empty and partially stripped. We have photos from the original tow yard and it left there fully intact. When we called Copart they told us they never even had the vehicle despite me having TWO lot numbers, they sent photos of the vehicle in their location to my insurance company and I have text messages from them asking for me to release the car to them so they can pick it up from the tow yard and then another today asking to pick it up from Gerber Collision. They claim they didn't take anything out of the vehicle and do not know where any of our personal belongings are, including a large glass table top worth several hundred dollars. They claim this because they claim they never had possession of the vehicle. I am unable to get ahold of anyone that knows where anything is and they are totally denying any knowledge of the situation despite proof they had the vehicle. This place is dishonest and disgusting. Do not allow Copart to ever have possession of your vehicle or you will be out everything in that car you own including your license plate.
It's a bit chaotic there. I'm an inspector, I'm in there probably once a week, and every time, it's like they've never heard of any of it. Once we finally get through that part every time, it's usually a breeze.
Showed up at 4:35 had a crane show up and they wouldn't let me take 5 min for me to sling a boat on my trailer that the crane already had in the air even when I was told by the office I could as long as I was out by 5 pm horrible customer service
They got my car and issued me a check that they filled out wrong forcing me to go back to them a get a new check. I’ve gone to the bank three days in a row for them to tell me they can’t cash my check bc this company has not released the funds. I went to the bank that is on the check so it's the company's bank itself. Every time I call its a new person that has no idea what I'm talking about. This was supposed to be a simple process. If I could give 0 stars I would.
If you going to pick up a car remember to download the transportation copart app to avoid. Problems when picking up cars. Or you gonna have time lose. And late in your delivery. Because some machine operators they don't give you the right information but other than that everything going well piece out out here

My car was towed Aug 10th to this location. They lost my car on the lot until 29th. Today sep 6th, state farm still hasn't gotten the photos of damage to my car. WTH? The towing Corp has been paid. For $230 you think they could take a photo.
My car was taken there by my insurance company following an accident. They removed my license plate prior to it be transferred to a repair shop but did not send the license plate with the vehicle nor did they call anyone in the month and half it was in the shop to say they had it. It was not discovered until I was picking up my car after the repairs and then the repair shop had to go get the plate. Why did they take my tag and keep it? This is horrible customer service and a but shadey.
As always, Copart must send all their employees through "Customer Disservice" training. The guy driving the payloader wouldn't load the vehicle on my trailer. He sat it down behind another transporter who I had to ask to move his rig so I could load it.
Over the years Copart has become more user friendly through technology before all the technology they were friendly and honest but most importantly great people and professionals as one would expect Copart North Jax is the coolest thing since ice was invented!Good job Jax North!
Coparts is an Awesome place! They're Very organized & the reps are all very nice! They Really have it together, with ALL of those damaged cars for auction.
