Super nice people. They let us go look to see if the part we needed was in the back. We even found a second part for fuel tank. If youre looking for a part stop in. Never know what you may find!!!!!!
My car was having some transmission problems. A Used Auto Parts replaced the transmission and did a great job. Any time I’ve needed them to check the car they do it with no hesitation. They make sure to communicate with you and they are reasonable.
Drove over an hour and to find out the vehicle wasn't what she said it was after talking to her she also said they had someone to pull the parts then when I got there was told I had to pull the parts but didn't matter truck wasn't the the year model I was told nor did it have all the parts that I was told it had and couldnt get any help from anybody on the yard
The best place to get used auto parts by far. Best pricing awesome employees they even stayed open late for me so I can get the right part. These guys are amazing. Thank you so much. Need more around my area drove 2 1/2 hours for this awesome place.
He will lie and tell you the parts in stock. When he knows it not. I've made 3 trips out there in the last few years. For parts he knew was there.
He said When he knew they were not. Then I get blocked when I call him out. Don't do business with this company you will be wasting your time
Great costumer service, very friendly. I go there all the times and they always look out for you on the prices. Other junk yards want to tax on parts like they are brand new but these guys are amazing, I will never spend money on another junk yard so I recommend AA auto parts and speak with Angel, Bernie or Dianna, amazing people indeed
This shop is the worst. The worst customer service, the worst communication, and the worst work I have ever witnessed on a car in my entire life. I asked for a simple engine replacement, but had so many other problems arise along the way that I never had with my car until it was in their possession. Got my car back and not even 24 hours later had a leak in my engine because of a faulty water pump they did not replace. A week later I get it back, filled my gas tank up, and my car wouldn't go over 20 mph. So they picked up and told me I had bad gas. so they drained it out and had the nerve to use a bottle of oil I had in my trunk for what I do not know, but replaced the oil with the bad gas and put it back in my trunk. Me thinking it was oil, I poured a half a quart in my engine just to create a chemical reaction that could have cost me my life. And then they refused my service several times while under warranty because they were irritated with me keep complaining about the car. THEY DID NOTHING RIGHT! I went back every week after they insisted that the car was complete for 6-7 weeks straight. $3000 wasted and they won't even give me my money back. And so much more happened, but i'll save that for what I need it for. I promise they won't get away with it.
This place is a joke don’t waste your time. I told them exactly what I needed. I get there its a 9.75 rear end not a 8.8. Then the wanted to argue that i didn’t know what i was talking about. They took me out back to a pile of junk rear ends and said there might be one in there. I just walked out the back gate.
Sold a motor for 1500 and it was not the right motor. We took it back and got a different motor and this one has now blown up completely. He offers a transmission to help with cost because he’s not giving a refund and the transmission wasn’t the damn right one. So now two vehicles are down and he won’t return calls texts or messages on fb. Bad business here. Absolutely the worst. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!
My experience with AA Auto parts was phenomenal. All of the employees displayed great customer service and their extraction of auto parts is impressive and performed in a timely manner. I would recommend them to friends and family that are searching for hard to find parts.
They are the best by far and will bet any and everyone price everytime without a doubt I but parts all the time from there and never the 1st problem with anything you guys are the best keep up the good work and thank yall
Nice staff. Had a bad part, went back, had my receipt, exchanged. No hassle. I'm definitely coming back for other parts I need. Highly reasonable prices.
The team was professional and prices were great. I showed up late and did not have time to pull the part but, Angel allowed to to pay for the part so I did lose it to another buyer and return in the morning for the part. I appreciate the customer service and recommend them when searching for used parts.

If you dont mind putting an engine / transmission in 2 or 3 times this is the place to go! Cheap prices up front cost you big in the long run. I worked for a shady used car salesman that swore by this place. I installed so many junk engines and transmissions from this place I lost count. Parts are not organized and left in the drain. Always claims to have the vehicle that you need but angel does not truly know for sure. Absolute junk. Beware!!!
Hard to find parts are really hard to find here. The car's are just thrown around with no type of organization. If you want to spend a day climbing over cars and tracking thru mud and debris then this is the place for you. There isn't an inventory just guys at the front desk guessing what they have in the yard. It would be pretty beneficial if they would just organize the yard a little and give you an idea or some sense of direction as to where what you're looking for is located and if they even have it on the yard. However, they do have complete cars, batteries and the whole nine. If you're willing to look you can save a lot here. That's my take on AA Used Auto Parts. Good luck!!!
This is the best Auto Junkyard / Parts place I have found in the USA, in the last four years. Great team, Price's and helpful. I would gladly drive the 60 miles anytime. Keep up the good work.
Love this yard they have a great selection a vehicles they buy some of the Oddball stuff nobody else buys you can always find something you need there Angels a good guy been dealing with them for a couple years his wife and my wife usually talk a lot she says they make a great team like we do the girls are very knowledgeable as to what is in the yard not always where it's at but very knowledgeable on what's in the yard they got great prices love doing business here always know what to expect prices don't go up and down up and down it's a great yard to shop at if you need something that the other yards do not have you can usually find it here just if it rains where you water boots you'll have to know how to navigate this yard but they do have a lot of inventory and a lot of different Oddball stuff you don't find everywhere so when it comes to looking for something that the other yards don't have you're most likely find it here
I picked up a transmission a couple of day's ago they gave me a good deal and they're pretty cool people.
If you need salvage parts, try these people first...SUPPORT PEOPLE THAT GIVE US GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

This place is not even worth passing by, if you do avert your eyes. If you come here do not expect any semblance of customer service. These people will do everything in their power to cheat you, and are not beneath lying about what they have in inventory, just so you can pay the 2 dollars to get it. Once you get in you’ll notice that half their inventory is conveniently placed in ponds. Yes. Their cars are actually sunk in ponds. There isn’t one usable part in the whole yard.
