The people that work at this establishment are very nice and helpful with that being said this place is an absolute dump, One of the dirtiest places I’ve ever been to, I understand it’s a towing company but it looks like a damn junkyard this place has never been cleaned since the day they opened absolutely disgusting.
I have done several transactions with Brewer Towing and all of them have been successful. They are honest and very hard working. I've met Mr Brewer and he is the most outgoing guy I've met so far in this business. All his employees will go on and beyond for anyone and Amy Tillman-Gaston, the secretary, is the diamond of the company. She gets things done one way or another. Definitely will keep doing business with them. Very glad I met them.
I have my friend got accident and they tow his car to their parking lot. He went there to get his car back and who is working there they not let him to do Translate. He wants to like the person who speak English to come here to get your car back everyone is working so he doesn’t find anyone to go there And he’s giving his hard time.“They are being racist.”
Squirrel is a stand-up guy I'd recommend him with Brewers any day he has a great personality and knows what he's doing as well as being very reasonable

These people are thieves, they first lied to my wife at the crash scene said they cannot bring the truck to our house, then they charge for 7 days storage when the truck was there for 5 days. They blame the charges they charge on the City of Jacksonville. Then they gave a tow on their yard and when asked fir them to tow our truck to our home they said they cannot do it because they have to respond to JSO calls.. they tried everything to charge us more… they are liars, thieves and awful peoples … I will pray for them not to do this to anyone else… They treat people like obstacles …
If I can give this place cero stars I would seriously, my cousin got into an accident and unfortunately JSO used this company to take her car and this ugly rude worker don't know let us take our keys or things from inside and increase price from not where. Heaven forbid I ask questions about my own car! Tried speaking with Mel about the options to fix my car, I'm not rushed or on a specific budget. I just needed to know my options & figure out a game plan. She goes back & forth between, "cut your losses, it's not worth it to fix" to "I'm too busy & short staffed to get it fixed" to "we couldn't start on it for another 3 weeks." Back & forth in circles. I was so confused & just asked to speak with the mechanic for specs who told me that yes my car was fixable, just a bit pricey. Then Mel quite literally shouted onto the phone, interrupting the mechanic & I, stating, "I don't like being pushed into a corner to fix a car or being rushed to do so." ... This is an auto shop. Firstly, I never once rushed anything as I had no deadline that I needed my car back & how is it that my trying to know my options is "putting you into a corner to fix a car".... Like this is also a mechanic shop isn't it? I should have a choice to fix my car if I want too but the truth here folks, is that she was just trying to bully me into abandoning the car so they could profit from it's parts. Horrible service.
Mel shouldn’t be a representative for any business. First our car is fixable but they don’t have the man power, then suddenly it’s un-repairable. It’s probably not a good idea to have someone who doesn’t like people to do business with people. Donnie should just sell the place already.
If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! Got into an accident and unfortunately JSO used this company to take my car. When I went to get my license plates and belongings in my car, I noticed they had ransacked my car. I’m 100% sure they took parts out of my car as well because car wouldn’t even turn on and I couldn’t even open the trunk. They need to look into to hiring more professional people to answer phones or to talk to customers. One guy kept cussing because he couldn’t get the computer to work and the older lady who works there is just plain rude. I wish my car was never taken to this dump.
Had me come to 120 Lee St. to see a car. After calling and messaging him for 25 min. He leaves from the back to go do a tow. Says he will be back in 40 min. Complete waste of time and very rude person
I was in bad shape my car was unprotected on expressway brewer came immediately and towed my car to my destination I will always be grateful of Brewer tower!
Mr. Brewer worked for Bob Snodgrass for several decades. He knows how to properly tow exotic vehicles while taking care not to scrape or twist the unibody! .
He was quick, easy going, and personable when my crankshaft position sensor quit working and left me stranded during 5:00PM rush hour on Atlantic Boulevard.
I would use him again! Highly recommended.
Towed my car from an accident 3 years ago and couldn’t renew my tag because they put a lien on it…I was rushed to the Er and was in icu for 3 weeks. I had no clue where the car was. They say they reached out and I never heard from them otherwise I would have handled this years ago…literally.
Not only that but I was at the tax collectors when I found all this out so I had to rush from the tax collectors to pay at this towing office because “they only take cash” because we’re not in 2021 and people just carry $340 cash around.
Communication and professionalism are non existent here
The woman who answers the phone is the nastiest person I have ever had to deal with in customer service. I had a lien placed on my license by this towing company from a vehicle I hadn't owned since 2015. This woman had no interest in helping me with this problem and was very nasty during the entire situation. She only wanted the money from me, knowing I had nothing to do with this vehicle or the person who was in an accident.
These people are THIEVES!! Do not do business with them! I am a disabled veteran, and they added to my family's misery today by stealing my son’s car off the Southside Connector at 6am while he is in the hospital and despite a note with my phone number on the car saying a tow had been scheduled for 9am today. Despicable thieves who prey on others and profit from their misfortune! #heartlessbusiness
My car overheated on Rt. 9A. I found Brewer Towing on my phone search, and a real person answered! Truck was there within 20 min. and the guy was nice, as well as quick! I hope I don't break down again but if I do and its around Jax I'll call them again.
