Very professional and polite. I got a quote for my car over the phone and within 1-2 hours received a call from the driver (Chris) to verify address etc. for pick up. He let me know he was on his way and provided me an eta. Paid cash and had my old car loaded and hauled away in no time. Highly recommend.
We called Thompson Towing and 30 minutes later they were at my house removing my husband's rusty old Cadillac that had been stored on the back 40 of our property for the past decade. They gave us a fair price, showed up when they said they would, and quickly loaded the car. I highly recommend Thompson Towing.
Wow! All day I have gotten quotes for my old explorer that's been sitting all day lots of low balls, and the online ones had waits of days. I had a number I was happy with and Thompson Towing had absolutely no problem meeting that number and were willing to come immediately! They also answered the phone on like the second or third ring, impressive. Good job all around guys.

I told him I didn’t get home until four and had somewhere I to be and needed it to be done quick. I found Thompson Towing on google and gave them a call and they arrived in less than hour to haul my old 2006 buick lucerne. The transaction was quick and smooth, I just handed over the title and keys and after being paid they were on their way.
I had a very pleasant conversation with the man that answered the telephone. I told him what type of vehicle I need to get hauled away and he gave me a quote. I had previously called a few other places and Thompson’s was by far the best offer. The tow man was at my house within an hour and paid me in cash.
