Good morning, I honestly don't know the criteria you use for selling used parts, but it's also necessary to apply common sense. The first problem was that I finished disassembling the part at 5:15 pm, and when I went to pay, they told me the system was closed. You should have some way to process the sale manually and complete the transaction, because you're losing a business opportunity. Then, the next day, you could enter the last sale of the day into the system. The part was left outside on a shelf, and I went back the next day to get it. It's the oil pan cover for a 2009 Chevrolet Aveo. When I went to pay, I had another surprise: the price was over $200 for a used part. I thought that was excessive, and now for the important part: I did my research at home, and this part, new, with the gasket and high-temperature silicone sealant, costs $97. The only thing I regret is the time I spent removing the part and the lack of sound judgment in setting the price. Nevertheless, I appreciate your help.

Very horrible experience so they took money from me a mission to get in and it was close time. I was told to walk up front because they were closing, and they never allowed me to pay for any of my stuff not only that they went in my toolbox and took out Brand new item that was made for my vehicle and said that I had to pay for that again, as if it came from their yard, I called the supervisor and he said I got up there 515 and they closed while I was in the yard and I couldn’t purchase anything and then they took stuff out of my toolbox that I have a receipt for Said I had to pay for it again don’t ever go there. First junkyard I ever went to that didn’t check your tools when you walked in and closed while you were in it and did not allow you to purchase the item that you just spent 234 hours Pulling off of the vehicle. This place is not customer friendly and I will post and I will let everybody know about the horrible experience that I had.

Don’t let the negativity in the reviews stop you from visiting this salvage yard. I had a very good experience here as a first time customer. The entrance and exit to the yard is very easy to navigate and the people in the office were very pleasant to deal with and very helpful. The yard is easy to walk through. I came on a nasty rainy day and it was still dry enough to walk around no problems. The cars are in neat rows and organized well. The prices were very fair. I will shop here again.

Worst staff and management, they don’t work with the customer at all they only care about is there money. They stole $120 from me and I still don’t have the right part for my car. They gave me the wrong list of car that match my car and now they won’t even exchange the part!! Go pull it on commonwealth is a better organization people

They do not allow service animals, even if you need one and it is legally registered.

Prices are a lie a big billboard out there said 1499 for a valve cover and $2 core when I got to the window it was $20.99 and a $5 core now it doesn't say anywhere on that big billboard out there with all the list of parts about plastic or metal and I I don't think I well unless you're in cars I don't think there is a plastic valve cover. So y'all just keep ripping people off I don't know how you're staying in business I'm glad you need to hire somebody everybody else must have figured it out.

My first time at Ace pick a part. Started out as a good experience but ended as a disappointing one. I was looking for a bumper for my son’s 2015 kia Optima , I found it and pulled it off an 2013 . I paid $109 for a bumper that was cracked and a fog light . When I got home I learned the bumper was the wrong fit. I asked the gentleman who was suppose to replace Jt if he could exchange it. Well he said he took it and they couldn’t do the exchange at that time .later that day he got upset over a disagreement about when he’d be paid and he took off leaving the bumper on my drive way. Without the receipt .i knew i needed it yo exchange but i had faith the people there would understand and allow me to exchange the part. Once again the repairs are for my son . My son who’s in the United States Arny and was so excited to hear I was fixing his car . Now I’ve wasted hundreds on a hustling mechanic and a bumper I can’t even exchange. The guy that sold me the bumper said “ We can’t prove you bought it last week.” WHAT! you sold it to me. Even the girl who takes the money remembered me. Now my son will hear how frustrating my experience was while he’s defending the nation . Everyone’s not trying to hustle a junk yard.. Sorry ACE I won’t ever come back there again nor will I send anyone . I suggest using another junk yard who understands the value of customers.

If I could leave a 1 star I would. Worst junk yard I've ever been to that only except $5 cash for entry. Not even up to date with society. They just got tap and pay last week. They have the nerve to charge core on salvage items. The grinch, gargamel, and Megatron all work here. Who ever is apart of his team if stakeholders losing money big time on poor customer service. This company reminds me of bill collectors. Hard up salvage people looking to be rich. Never ever will I send my people to this place.

Experience was horrible. They took my money and the part didn't fit my car after they gave me there listing that said the part was compatible. Asked for a refund and they said parts are as is which is fine if they fit. Basically giving customers wrong info and keeping there money. I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid them if you could.

Selling my old old 2003 Saturn L200 over the phone was easy and the free pickup was seamless. Ace Pick A Part are the experts...and they gave me a fare price for my vehicle.

Night I got three parts that they said were compatible for my paid for them none fit, everything was disorganized and a nasty mess filthy never again try to save money im a single mom and wasted 40.00 for nothing on top of that i had pay admission in cash would not take my card but let buy the parts with my debit card dont waste your time here , my car is broken and have to start all over blah hate this place….

Too bad your staff, who works for an automotive salvage yard do not know more about auto parts. I pulled a thermostat housing with no thermostat and tried to charge me for a thermostat housing and sensor. Wanted me to remove the "temperature sensor" or pay for both. It was frozen in place and not able to be removed. Now you don't get money for the part and now have a broken part that no one will buy because it's broken. Instead of making the $8 you should have made, you tried to make $18 and now you make nothing on it because of your greed and ignorance as to what parts are.

First thing ive never been charged to look atoumd a junk yard. So u are charging me to spend money with u wth.Waste of time you can't find out if they have the part u need just if they have the car. U think u could call and find out nope they el g tell u anyth they dont keep inventory. U have to go pay ur 5 bucks to find out they don't have the part u need. And when u say something they just tell u ur out of luck they can't help u. Won't ever go back. Would tell anyone to not waist ur time going to this place. You pay to find out they don't have what u need. Worst experience I've ever had. Don't go to this place, don't waist ur time.

Disappointed with my recent experience at Ace Pick A Part - U Pull It in Jacksonville, FL. I purchased a part that turned out to be non-functional. Instead of a refund, I was only offered store credit — even though they used to issue refunds just a couple of months ago. The real issue is that I needed a part specifically from a 1992-1999 Mercedes-Benz SL500, which they do not have in stock — and they have no idea when or if it will show up. So the store credit is basically useless to me. I even found the same part for a lower price on eBay. To make matters worse, the employee at the front desk handed me a list of four-door S-Class Mercedes vehicles, trying to convince me that these were SL500s — even though the SL500 is clearly a two-door model. It’s frustrating to deal with staff who don’t know the basic differences between models. Buyers, be assured you will not get your money back! This is an obvious SCAM!

Went there today, first off I'd like to say that the yard had a good selection of vehicles, BUT the guy at the front counter when we arrived was a jerk, acted like he was so bothered to be there working and was not a welcoming person at all. So much so that unfortunately I will not be back even though I needed to get more parts for my vehicle The guy at check out was nice that's why I added a star. In these times you should be happy to actually have a job and not be so rude to your customers!

Been meaning to do a review but haven't had the time, I'll gladly post the date when if asked, but I have a 1980 el Camino and I found a bench seat out of an 85. Their prices for split bench were 37.99, at the time of date I went there, and the seat that is in the 1985 was a 55/45 SPLIT BENCH seat in really nice shape. After leaving twice to go get different tools and things so we don't strip anything after a couple hours my dad and I finally got it out. Only to find out when we get up to pay an expecting 37.99, all of the sudden since it's out of the vehicle it's not considered a split bench anymore. Only the passenger side is and the driver side is considered a bucket. So they charged me 109 after it was all said and done. Though IDC about getting my money back, especially how late I am on posting this which is understandable, that should be false advertisement and anyone who goes here and sees prices, ask questions before pulling it so you don't expect to pay one price only to bust your ass and waste time only to spend triple when said and done. Never will I go here again. I'll continue going to swap meets.

I went through Wheelsy and got the price I was offered. The driver (sadly I did not get his name but he had the shiniest curly blonde hair) was helpful, talked me through the process, and on top of that was funny. He was quick too. 100% would recommend.

I went through peddle.com to get my car taken and they offered me 415$ for my 08 Hyundai Elentra. He was very professional nice and quick. Would def recommend. Thank you.

This is a REAL review. Now I understand that this isn’t a guaranteed thing. But to give you a list of cars with compatible parts and send you on this wild goose hunt looking for the cars on the list only to find that most if not all the cars are gutted. Finally I find one of the cars on the list THEY gave me. The part ended up being wrong for my car. When I purchased the part they said I had 45 days to get a refund. I go back with the part I can’t use and not only do I not get a refund they gave me 10 dollars and STORE credit which is hilarious because non of the cars I looked at had parts to pull. Do not go here it is a waste of time and money.

Nice place not a lot of parts that I needed but overall it seems like a large inventory.. maybe I just drive a crap car that a lot of people drive too so they needed the parts too. Recommend this place to anyone needing parts.. on a side note maybe make the entrance fee payable with a card if I can buy parts with a card why can't I pay the entrance fee with one too...

Been going here for a few years. Great and organized. Prices rising but understandable. Make sure to research your desired part if it's cheaper to get online than here. Staff is good and helpful. Only downside is it's $5 cash only to get in. I sometimes didn't have cash and had to drive to an ATM somewhere to get the 5 dollars. Bring water in summer, be hydrated.

So I left my Hitachi screw gun and hat at the junkyard on a car I was pulling from today and thought it was gone for sure so I called up and talk to Cheryl and left my info and not 10 minutes later they called me back and had it in the office! So grateful to you guys, thank you so much! I really, really, really thought it would be gone, so lucky! Also, Ted up front was super nice and a cool guy. Everyone was really friendly! Thanks.

Staff was extremely nice. I had a bunch of questions as this was my first time visiting this particular yard. Fair prices for the items I pulled. They have a web page with the row for each vehicle listed (no inventory for parts so you do have the potential that the item you need was already pulled.)

Good place for parts and prices. I've been going here for several years now. They need to bring back the 1yr membership/VIP. 4 from me.

Needed to replace a window in my daughters car. When I checked in they asked what kind of car. Then told me exactly where I could find one. We were leaving with a new window in way under an hours time. And it was reasonably priced! I’ll definitely be back.

Great junkyard, they have everything from older to new model cars, suvs, and vans. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the prices are very good. Been going to Ace pick a part for years and never had an issue.

A huge lot full of older models. The entry free is $5 and kind of high for a walk-in yard. The staff was cool, but nothing up to date in vehicles.

Expensive prices. When you return stuff they would do anything to not to give your money back. Stuff here have no customer service understanding. Specifically black guy at the checkout window and white lady at the entrance window. Stay away from these beings

Had an awesome time getting to learn and practice extrication on some of the vehicles! Thank you so much for allowing our class to come out and get that kind of hands-on training! We greatly appreciate it!
