Staff was extremely nice. I had a bunch of questions as this was my first time visiting this particular yard. Fair prices for the items I pulled. They have a web page with the row for each vehicle listed (no inventory for parts so you do have the potential that the item you need was already pulled.)
Been going here for a few years. Great and organized. Prices rising but understandable. Make sure to research your desired part if it's cheaper to get online than here. Staff is good and helpful. Only downside is it's $5 cash only to get in. I sometimes didn't have cash and had to drive to an ATM somewhere to get the 5 dollars. Bring water in summer, be hydrated.
Call to get them to come buy the car they agreed sent someone over that guy got mad he had to wait 10 min and left told us to reschedule. So we did set appointment from 1-3pm was what they told me. No a single person called by 3 I called them. Then waited on hold for 27 min for them to finally get ahold of dispatch to tell them they are running behind and will call me within the hour when they’re on the way. So 2 hrs later than appointment they scheduled for me. And because of that it cost me a extra 39$ to have the car sit another 2 hrs past the time they said they be here by and they refuse to pay the cost of their mistakes I have to pay for their mistakes and failure to do business professionally and punctually. I would never Recommend this place to anyone aside ex girlfriends I dislike and want to struggle. UNPROFESSIONAL.
