Do not give this guy your card information until the tow is complete. Do not trust him. Stole $300 from me because I had canceled his services and lied on the phone about telling me prior that there's no refunds. Absolutely horrible person taking people's money when they didn't even use his truck. DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR CARD INFO UNTIL TOW IS COMPLETE!!!
I called at 10:07. He took my payment then I cannot get him back on the phone. It’s been two hours. He still has not showed up. He keep saying he’s stuck in traffic and he’s coming. I googled the address of the place. It’s literally 8 miles from my property. I think they took my money and ran. Now I’m out towing money and car still sitting here.

I called them to pic up my truck and I ask them how much is it going to cost me and they said $200 . When I looked over my bank statement, it said they charged me $268 . I called then and ask them about it and they said it I would have paid cash it would have been $200 , which was never discussed . The also said it spays for their insurance which is bunch of BS
I had to call my bank to make an claim on them for being dishonest
I had a great experience today. My car needed to be towed due to an accident. Bryan was there within 1 hour. Price was reasonable. Will use them again and I do recommend.
Great service from Bryan he got my car home safe secure in a timely manner definitely would recommend the only thing is the guy over the phone didn’t mention the extra 10$ that’s added on for “insurance”

Bryan was fantastic and was ten minutes quicker than dispatch indicated he would be (dispatch gets 4/5 stars but Bryan gets 6/5). He was kind and helpful (and likely diagnosed what's wrong with my car just making conversation) and he was a real blessing during a stressful situation. Hopefully I won't need towed again anytime soon, but if I do, I know who to call!
It is not very neighborly to take someone's card info then charge over a hundred more than you invoiced and when she canceled, because her daughter was waiting for hours, you refused to provide any proof of refunding the transaction. I'm hoping this is a mistake and it's just pending or something, but my nextdoor app is learning all about you right now, and it's not going well.
I had a blow out on I95 south. Brian from. BEST towing was amazing and kept contact while in route to ensure I was In A safe spot. He went above and beyond. I highly recommend this towing company.

Bryan showed up to my location within 30 minutes just as he said he would. He found my location with no trouble. It was raining and he let me wait inside his truck while he put my car on the back if the truck. He towed my vehicle safely to the mechanic shop and sent me pictures of its arrival. Great service. Literally the worst company in jax. I called them and asked them for a price to tow a classic vehicle of mine only 15 minutes away I asked them to drop the vehicle off in the driveway so I can put it in my garage as the vehicle is not operable and they dropped it at the front of my driveway and I have no way to get it up my driveway that is on an incline. Then they jumped in the truck and left. I messaged them and asked them why and if they are coming back to help me put the vehicle in my driveway correctly and they said no not for that price. Which I explained to them what I needed done and they gave me a price for that then at the end want to tell me that they can't do what I asked for the price that they quoted me. Save your money and choose a more reputable company that is more trustworthy with your property. These people do not care which he absolutely told me in a text message
Bryan was excellent. He arrived within 20 minutes of my call. He is a great communicator. He got me to Firestone in a prompt and safe manner. If I ever need a tow again, I’d definitely call Best Towing Services LLC and ask for Bryan.
Bryan was awesome! I got a flat tire stuck on the side of 295 he got there super quick and was a good person to just talk to on the way to our destination. If u ever need a quick cheap tow, call them!!!
