Outstanding service! I run flatbed and I don’t have a TWIC card so as a result my company has to use this escort service. The load is 4 caterpillar mini excavators. Well the broker we used didn’t inform dispatch that I had to be the one to unload the freight. It’s 1420 now and they stop escorting at 3. Doesn’t look good for me, but the young man assigned to me was excellent! Informative, helpful and understanding. I got screwed today but it wasn’t these guys. Keep up the good work!!
Never ever let a driver take your car to this place. They won’t look at it and when you finally decide to get your car, they will charge you storage and all other extra fees. My car was there for over two weeks and they didn’t even take a look at it. When I decided to pick it up and send to a different place, they charged me $280 and had to be paid before the car was released. This place is a scam

This company came highly rated by my agent but I have never seen an organization as terrible as this. The worse thing is that they ignore calls and they don’t treat you as if you are human.
I paid $600 (paid in full), just to fix the left arm of a 2010 Toyota Camry and till now (over a month), I still don’t have my car. I don’t know why or what is going on because no one will pick my call or say the truth.
My experience with Seaport services is so painful that I plan to travel down, from Atlanta, just to know what is going on.

She answered my calls and answered what just might be A MILLION questions from me BEFORE I ever even used her services! She is amazing.
