The office staff is very friendly and helpful. They will work with you to pick up your personal property. It may not be the same day but they will have it done. They are by appointment only, so call ahead and make sure you have your VIN handy. I called in to make sure all places in my car were searched by the agent and they reassured me everything would be in my property bag and if something would come up missing, they will check on the spot. They're human. Don't read the other reviews about stealing. Act like an adult and be respectful! I witnessed another person picking up their property screaming at one of the office members, calling them names and dumped out their property bag in front of them.. like why be that way. Despite everything, it's not their fault you/I didn't make the car payment. No need to act disrespectful and lie on reviews.
If i could give zero stars then i would the customer service is extremely horrible and the rep on the phone was beyond rude. THIS PLACE IS COMPLETE THEIFS AND WILL TAKE YOUR STUFF !! Needs to be shut down and investigated immediately, my car was taken and when I received my vehicle things were taken out.
Dianne and owners son was kind , my necklace is missing I’ll update when I find it . They were helpful tracking my car for me to speak to a man at that location he went and checked it only found a debit card .
the customer service wasn’t bad, but when i picked up the items from my car, i noticed a few items missing, one of them being my work keys?? which i don’t understand how since they grabbed things that were in the same spot as them and put those in the bag. by the time i looked through everything and realized what was missing they were closed so i chucked it as a loss but dang :(
I have to give the company an excellent rating for working with me in a professional and courteous manner down to the last minute. Redemption by appointment only and CASH is the accepted payment method.
Very helpful and friendly considering the situation. Dianna helped alot, giving me all the information to get thru the process of getting my car back. Definitely not the horrible experience from other recovery companies I've heard about
The people there are thieves...I will be making a claim to get my stolen property back and instead of them put my property away to be picked up they went thru everything that was in the car and kept what they wanted.
Worked with me to get my personal property that they took out of the vehicle. I had to make an appointment for it, but they do have same day appointments available. Best to call early in the morning to confirm openings.
Very courteous and professional. It's hard to say that about a repossession service but they traded me kindly and fair. My experience with them was a pleasure
