I popped my tire, used Yelp to find a mobile tire company to come to my house and get me back on the road.
Within the hour, Alex answered me, and I was back on the road.
I mean, y’all already know, I’m all about customer service. Alex kept me in contact the whole way. I suggest you to go ahead and put his number in your phone, there is nothing worse than to be worried about a bad mechanic or tire replacement.
As a woman that knows nothing about cars, I was truly taken care of at 7:00 am and will always be grateful for his service and prompt communication.

Went to turn on the car to get groceries and of course, it's dead. In a panic, I find Alex and he's absolutely an angel. He picked up quick and got here in thirty minutes. RAC Roadside Assistance was absolutely amazing. I was broken down on the side of the expressway in the middle of nowhere at 2 o’clock in the morning, and they still came through like true professionals. The technician told me he’d be there in 30 minutes—and he kept his word.
He came out and changed my tire with no stress at all, getting me back on the road quickly and without any hassle. No runaround, no drama—just solid, dependable service when I needed it most. On top of that, their prices are highly affordable, which was a huge relief, especially at that hour.

Called RAC for roadside tire change after an accident. He arrived in 10 minutes and had the right equipment to deal with our lifted truck. It wasn’t an easy job because the accident impact had lodged the wheel, but he kept at it and got it fixed, saving us a costly tow. Prompt, can-do service at a great price. Highly recommend!!!

Had Alex come out to replace a plug. He was able to adjust the plug to stop leaking and did not charge me. Takes alot of integrity which is in short supply now days! I will definitely be useing him in the future.
My God Mr. Alex was an angel sent from heaven. Google a couple roadside services. Came across RAC. Contact him gave me a time 25 mins he got to me in 25 mins. He came out change my tire at 10pm and he’s very patient love what he does also great conversation and knowledge. I will definitely recommend this service.
Alex was a lifesaver! Had a flat tire with a piece of metal stuck in it. The lug nuts needed a special key wrench to remove so we couldn’t get the tire off but Alex was able to plug it up just enough to get me home. I found the key in my garage and will get new tire in the morning but I would still be stranded in a parking lot if it wasn’t for Alex and his determination to get me back on the road. Highly recommend! Thank you!

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING. If you ever need ANY type of service please call , you won’t regret it. It was 3am and I needed a jump start to my car, he charged me a reasonable fee, he answer the phone within 2 rings, he got here in less than 15 mins and the service took not even 5. I recommend to anyone who can’t afford to spend an arm and leg to get simple and easy service. Great customer service, sweet guy, great pricing. I even went as far as saving his number , if you need any help any time, totally look into RAC!!!

I got a flat tire right after work around 11pm tonight. Alex stopped and graciously helpes me for free after he had just completed a work call. He is just genuinely kind and I wish there were more business owners like him with his top notch customer service skills! I tried to pay him and he would not take the cash I had. Just wow! The tire on my BMW blew out at around 11pm, and I needed a pro to take a look. RAC had me covered! They came to me within 15 minutes because I happened to be in the area. Since I didn't have a spare tire, RAC got me a new one ASAP in the morning and put it on the car. Spectacular service. Perfect experience. 5 stars
My tire blew out at 3am near Georgia/Florida border. RAC immediately sent Alex who saved our night by swapping out our tire, Less than a hour after the tire blowout we were back on the road!

Alex came out to help to plug & put air in my tire for free! I been in jail this whole summer & had no money. He really did look out for me! He’s fast & very respectful! I fully recommend him for any tire changes or fixes

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My tire blew and was on the side of the road. Didn’t have a spare. He just pulled over and offered assistance to us, he went and got us a tire and had us on our way in 30 minutes or so. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs assistance, I have already passed his info to many family members if they are ever in need of roadside assistance. Thank you again for stopping to help us.
He was great. I was stranded on the interstate early in the am and no one would help. The Florida road ranger came to see what was wrong but said he couldn’t help change a tire . I had a replacement and impactor but no jack. I’m a girl in the dark myself at that. I called this company and they guy didn’t ask any questions but “Where are you & drop my location” ! He came, helped and fixed the issue! Thank you from one small business to another. I hope you grow because the big business don’t care! I appreciate you again!
