They picked up my truck, and delivered it not to my mechanic 'e shop ,but to a car recycling plant at a different address. I paid $125.00 for them to deliver and they wished this company fail to do and I had to go myself to find where they messed up. They never offered me a refund on their mistake and for my trouble and getting the vehicle to the right destination. I would not recommend after my only experience with this towing company

From the time I called and scheduled the pickup was only about 45 minutes. The driver was very professional and easy to talk to. When the vehicle arrived at the shop the driver called me to make sure he was talking to the correct service manager. I would recommend Safe Harbor Towing to my friends. Great service.
Nabeal was great, he tried helping jump my truck to no avail. He was empathetic and understood why my truck was dead. he said he will deliver my truck to where it needs to be. Took pictures before and after. Great service I would recommend. Towing was covered under warranty so price unknown.

I made a call to safe harbor towing at 1:30pm to get my vehicle towed. They gave me a fair offer and told me it would take them about 30-45 mins to get there that they had a driver nearby. Well an hour passes and so I call back to check on them. They tell me the driver is finishing another job and he will be on the way and gave me an ETA of another 30-45 min. Another hour passes I call hello tells me 10 min and he will be on the way. At 4pm I get a text message saying “ my driver is almost there just wanted to give you an update” finally the driver appears at 5:30 pm. I don’t mind waiting if you actually tell me there is going to be a wait but don’t lie to me just to get my business and make me wait. It was Sunday afternoon and I needed to try and fix my vehicle as soon as possible before the work week. If you couldn’t make the time just be transparent and I could have called someone else who was more time efficient.
Our classic T-Bird stalled out and would not run in fruit cove after work traffic. We called Safe Harbor and after explaining our location, a flatbed was dispatched. The drive was very careful and loaded our car quickly and we followed him to our residence where he expertly unloaded the car right into our garage. I would use Safe Harbor in the future without hesitation.

Our original review was lower due to a lengthy timeframe; however, the owner called to discuss our dissatisfaction and to apologize. This was very impressive and appreciated. We will use Safe Harbor again simply because of the integrity of the owner. The driver was also excellent.
At first, the interaction went well..then came the additional charges for a 2.5 mile tow. I was quoted 250 for an off road extraction. When the initial call was made this was disclosed and pics were even sent. When the driver arrived the dispatcher tried to say now they had to charge 500.00! I Told him I would call another company because there is no way I was going to pay that. He said allow him time to speak with the manager. Called me back to tell me he would stand by his quote of 250.00…..fishy but okay. Now, we have the car out (Tyson did a phenomenal job) but realized at that moment it’s not drivable we would need to tow it. Literally 2.5 miles to the house for insurance to come the next morning. I had to call “dispatch” back to request. Here’s where it gets even more fun. First he was very pushy about getting the car to their lot so they could waive the tow fee all together and file claims with insurance. He was very pushy about just getting it there to “work with the insurance” department. I continued to tell him insurance is going to come to our home we don’t need to pay additional towing to the yard and storage fees. He was reluctant but then advised I would need to pay another 100.00 to move the car 2.5 miles. Mind you the car was out and on the tow truck at this point. I had zero choice but to pay but voiced my concern with his price gouging in the situation. I spoke with him mostly verbally but also have some text messages. When I tried to pay him via the Apple Pay request sent from a number I had not been communicating with that night, I was advised of possible scam. The whole ordeal was terrible. I am giving this review as well as contacting the BBB because the way this incident was managed all the way through the final text messages (which I quit responding to) was unprofessional and seems very shady in many respects.
I was stranded late at night and Safe Harbor Towing came through fast. Nabeel arrived in just 20 minutes, was professional, efficient, and made the whole process stress-free. He even sent photos after dropping the car at the dealership for peace of mind. Highly recommend and would definitely use again!
Okay so , I was in a bind! Like down bad kind of bind. So I searched on the internet for a tow truck near me and Safe Harbor Towing was the first company that came up. So I give them a call, give them all my info and they say they’ll be there with 45mins. So I was grateful for that, but then they weren’t lol . So I give them a call Again and they tell me that the driver was dropping off another vehicle and would be there within 15-20 mins and I was like oh ok. Sooo , they weren’t. . By this time I’m freaking out cause now I’ve read their actual reviews and so I’m calling every 5 mins. Freaking the freak out!! Until finally I get a call from the driver saying that he’s almost to my house with my car ! long story short. They were very patient with me and my craziness and Nabeel even gave me a number for a reasonable mechanic!! They definitely deserve these five stars ⭐ P.S attached is the vehicle safely delivered to my house. Lol
Nabeel came to assist and was very personal able and professional. He explained thoroughly and answered all my questions. An hour after helping me he reached out to make sure the car was still running and all was good. I really appreciated that. It was an all around great experience and I highly recommend.
My boyfriend got ran off the road and went down on his bike, Eddie from the company came out and towed his bike home. He was a very nice, respectful man, but most of all he was very communicative throughout the process. I would recommend 100%
Nabeel is great. It took longer than what dispatcher stated, which is understandable due to unexpected traffic and routes. At the end, my car was safely handled and dropped off. Nabeel went above and beyond to make sure things were squared away before pulling off. Shout out to Nabeel for the friendly customer service and expertise. Will definitely use again if ever needed.

Omar was Amazing as I was ran off the road by a semi and it flattened my tire and I was in a very dangerous stretch with nowhere to pull over . I used this tow company Friday 8/1/2025 Dispatch ( Khalid ) was so kind and kept me updated entire process since pick up time took a little longer than anticipated ( busy Friday night I’m sure ) but it wasn’t a big deal since I Ubered home and just left key hidden!
Nabeel the tow truck driver was so nice and kind! Really made a crappy experience pleasant! And gladly dropped my car in my driveway when previous tow truck drivers swear it couldn’t be done & insist on unhooking in sketchy lot across street ( I don’t live in best area )

An automotive failure on Mother's Day left us stranded 30 miles from home. We contacted Safe Harbor Towing to have the vehicle moved to the mechanic. The representative was very helpful and polite. The driver, Nabeel, arrived in the time stated and was polite as well. I appreciate the care he took with my vehicle and got it to the destination without incident. I would use this service again, and would recommend to others as well.
Jonathan was a life saver and the only person in town to be willing to help me in my terrible situation. He worked for hours to lift my stranded pontoon boat and drove it 1 hour in sketchy conditions. Not just a greatly skilled expert but also a solid guy. 10/10 would recommend.
Got stuck 4 miles from JAX airport they showed up promtly and got me out of the ditch, Nabeel did a great job and saved me in a timely manner so my brother didnt have to wait long at the airport after his 1500 mile flight. Hope to not have any future issues but would not hesitate to use the service again
These guys are the best in the area. And by far the most affordable. I was with several locals who were shocked at the prices and even though I was 50 to 75 ft from the road, they had me out in no time and back to fishing. Big shout out to Omar for being awesome and just being joyful in a rough situation. Definitely recommend them. I was stuck at little jetty's
