I am having a bad start to this day and this guy did nothing to help. He was my second call. I call him for a tow because the other was too far away. He quotes $245 ( outrageous) for a 17 mile tow and then states I have to pay the full amount before he even comes out. So I called his competitor back, Tiki Towing. Who is cheaper and managed to not give me any grief.

Daniel was awesome! He was extremely accommodating, friendly, and professional. I called at night due to my brakes going out to schedule towing services for the next morning. He arrived on time and I rode with him to drop my car off. The conversation during the drive was pleasant. I would highly recommend Big D’s Towing.
As a small business owner, we wanted to give this company a shot to tow a racecar I purchased. My wife called, and they were too lazy to measure the distance of both addresses and told her she's making it complicated... so we called first coast towing, and they dispatched some fast to us.

After getting a flat tire on our motorcycle while we traveled from North Carolina to Key West. We called one tow company and waited two hours for them to arrive. When they did not show we started calling companies and Big D’s was the only one that called us back. Luckily for us Dan was responsive and kept in communication with us the whole time. He then transported us to the dealership safely and with a smile. Even took us to our hotel afterwards!! Thank you Big D’s!!
Had my van break down on me suddenly. I have seen Big D's tow truck around town and gave him a call. Answered promptly and gave me a quote and time estimate as to when he would show up. He arrived on time and hooked me up to the truck and made it back to my house in no time. Highly recommend. Will be using his company for all my towing needs.

Highly recommend! Fast service, and very polite! Big D’s Towing was able to get me towed very quickly while other companies gave me the run around with ETAs of hours. If I ever need another tow, I wouldn’t hesitate to call them!

BIG D is the man. He came in a timely manner and dropped me off at the house. I would highly recommend the company and in a world of shysters it’s nice to find someone who is not going to gouge you.
It took me five calls and two online quotes to find a tow company that would schedule a pickup instead of getting one asap and paying weekend/evening hours. Genuinely helpful and friendly. Called on Sunday evening, scheduled for Monday morning. Quick, reliable, will definitely use in the future if needed again!

Dan was great. Nobody likes to have their car break down, especially late at night, but Big D’s Towing had no issues coming out at that late hour. He said he’d be there in an hour and ended up getting to me in less than 50 minutes. And being a self-owned business, I felt he gave more of a personal touch...just with the fact that he was easy on my car when getting it up on the truck. I’d definitely recommend Big D’s if you ever need a tow in the Jax area.
