We blew a tire last night traveling to Jacksonville. They were so helpful and professional. Made sure to take excellent care loading my Si Coupe onto the truck. I was in a panic - I spoke with Randy and he was so nice, gave me a quote - and after calling around - not only was he the kindest, but he was also the cheapest!!! Ryan met me at my car, he was on time, he was so nice and professional. He took great care with my car. I watched Ryan hand my car off to the mechanics and was so happy with his professionalism and how quickly he took care of business. What a great experience I had. They quoted me a fair price. Told me it would be within the hour and it was. The driver was very courteous and friendly. I was able to ride with the driver to the shop. This tow company was fast efficient and reliable and they take cash and card for payments. If you need a ride with the tow they can also assist. I recommend them to any and everybody and would definitely use them again if I need a quick tow. The tow guy is very knowledgeable about cars mechanical wise.for it being my 1st month in jacky I can honestly say that this tow truck company was. By far the most professional. Horrid customer service, literally not even worth picking up the phone and calling them because they’ll likely pick up the phone, just to say “nope” and immediately hang up before you can get a word out. Don’t waste your time with disabled wrecker inc 😂
This is a very bad company to use the driver charged me 150 extra when the guy told me on the phone what the cost would be the driver is very rude an smelled like a bar then forgot to hook my car up an it almost went thru the back of the truck when he hit the breaks. Said hes the only driver that the owner is very lazy an dont pay him so hes charged extra for the tow cost me 275 to go maybe 10 miles. Dont ever use this company you get ppl with a bad mouth an smells like a bar. Drinking while driving..
We had used this company a few years back for a car of ours that had broken down and they were fast and professional. My husband bought a project truck the other day and needed it towed. I told him to call A-Able, he didn't. The other company that he called charged our card and never showed up. I told him to call A-Able again. They showed up within the hour and had the truck delivered to our house and didn't charge our card until they dropped the truck off and charged us less then the other company. Will always use these guys anytime we need a tow.
Ran by a bunch of racist thugs! They try to fight customers and use inappropriate derogatory language. I would never do business with these hoodlums, I wouldn’t be surprised if they steal as well and are probably scamming their customers! Extremely unprofessional, not worth it.
I have used this company multiple times and I have been very happy with their services each an every time. As i have read about what happen I do believe that just because the driver was in the wrong does not mean the whole company should suffer. I’m pretty sure that each an everyone of has said or done something to someone that was uncalled for. Does that mean our family and friends should suffer? As humans we do not control what everyone says or does. So for everyone to get mad at the company to me it’s petty. I understand that word is a derogatory and down grading word, I myself do not like that word. I am pretty positive the owner is handling it accordingly. Don’t judge someone else by another person’s actions. I know I will get back lash or hate comments for this but it’s ok. You are just voicing your feelings/opinion and you have every right.
I would love to say that a-able wrecker are the greatest wrecker company out there they go above and beyond to so there job and they are very nice and polite and they are only company i will use you know why i will only use a-able wrecker because they are honest and trustworthy and they are reasonable and willing to travel for an awesome price and the tow truck driver is very respectful and honest and caring and he goes above and beyond and he will take the shirt off his back to help others and he has a heart of gold and the customers love and respect him
0 professionalism and no respect for humanity at all on top of that being racist and higher ups agreed. Also their drivers will fight you and likes to provoke people. Very rude and thats an understatement!!
My wife had broken down at The Avenues Mall near Interstate 95 in Jacksonville and needed emergency roadside assistance. She isn't very mechanic minded and had no idea what was wrong - if she needed a jump start, a fuel and fluid delivery or a minor mechanical repair. I had used A-Able Wrecker and Towing company in the past for everything from accident scene response and 24 hour towing to tire changes and getting cash for junk cars, and so I called them out to the mall and they arrived quickly to meet her. It took them only a few minutes to figure out that she had just run out of gas. In her defense the fuel gauge had broken so she didn't notice she was so low on fuel. Even though my wife didn't need a bigger job like a vehicle towing, winch out or auto recovery service, I appreciate A-Able Wrecker for being so quick to help out. I will call them again for roadside service whenever the need arises.
