I recently worked with Gordon of Absolute Towing to move our company's project trailer from a storage site in Jacksonville to a project site in St. Augustine. I had a couple of hiccups / challenges on my end that delayed the transport. One of the issues was that we still had items underneath the trailer at our storage site that impeded moving the trailer. Gordon was patient and accommodating. Not only did he come back the next day, but he didn't charge us extra for doing so. Throughout the move, he updated us on the status, including providing photos along the way. Gordon owned the process; he treated me respectfully, professionally, and delivered as promised. These guys are amazing. I called around for hours to have my son's motorcycle after an accident. Everyone else wanted to drag it up on a back of a flat bed truck , not these guys they treated the bike as it was their own motorcycle. Took care of my sons bike. Thank you. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely great service! Very knowledgeable, experienced, capable and helpful. Gordon came to get me in my pickup with a 16’ utility trailer. Had to swap my rear blowout with a front tire to tow it, had to disconnect the driveshaft, all in the middle of the night! Never a complaint about doing it all and did it cheerfully. Carefully secured truck and trailer brought us 75 miles home! At 3:00 AM he quickly reattached the drive shaft and left me happy! I know he was tired but he received another call out while doing that and was going there on his way home! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
Gordon was AWESOME!!! He was prompt and very, very professional. He made us laugh the whole entire trip home. He brought a personal touch which is missing now a days in customer service. I had to get my car towed due to my transmission tapping out on life, and Gordon was amazing helping me out. While he got my car hooked up he gave me great advice on ways to possibly fix it, he was extremely funny and made good out of a bad situation. Overall fantastic experience. Starting it was rather rough, as I was told my car would be picked up at 10 AM and it wasn’t there until 11:50 and I missed the call from the guy who was supposed to pick me up so they ran off to another job... However, after that, the manager Gordon personally picked me up and gave me a fantastic experience. We were out of the lot my car was stuck in in less than 15 minutes and he was receiving numerous calls! Once he got the car loaded up we had some very pleasant conversations while he dropped me off to my destination and on the ride he gave me a discount due to the late arrival. Truly a wonderful experience. If I’m ever stuck in Jacksonville again I will know who to call. Yes, they are a little pricy but you’re getting what you pay for. There’s no better place to call if you need a tow.

Gordon was quick af to get to us 30 mins!! The other guy that viverettes sent out took 6 hours to get to my car when they said 3hrs and said he has too many calls to take and was not professional whereas Gordon treated my car as top priority and he was personable.

I called and asked for a towing quote due to a flat tire and lack of a fitting lug wrench. After giving me a quote, Gordon asked me to send him a picture of my tires and recommended the type of lug wrench and size I should get so I could change to my spare. He saved me $130 and hours of time, which was greatly appreciated.

A ball joint broke in my work van at 1:30 on Saturday morning. Absolute towing had a wrecker to me within 20 minutes. I was going to have him take it to my regular mechanic so that it could be worked on Monday morning but the driver said he could take it to their shop and fix it. They called me at 8 Monday morning and had it ready.
Great customer service! The driver was very friendly and because they were able to fix it over the weekend I didn't have to put off or reschedule any of my work on Monday.
They are now my new towing company and I would highly recommend them.

Wrong address and phone number for business. Seems like they set up a fake alias to cover for something. Tried to stop by after no answer about a possible tow with no way to reach them. The lady who directed me to the office seems to have had to deal with this before. There's no way to even inquire in person because the property has a privacy fence surrounding it that says no trespassing. Anyways, don't waste your time just go with another company...

Man I will tell you what, I have been around for a good piece of time and these boys at absoulte towing reminds me of a time forgotten when they tell you they will do something they won't quit until they get the job done. I called and spoke with a pleasant young lad named Gordon explained how I got my tractor stuck he told he be in the area the next morning and come by and took a look and give me a price to pull it out. It them about an hour to do the job and the price was right on point and fair for the job done! Great job guys!
