  The best place to take your scrap. Always the best prices and everyone is very helpful and nice. I live in Georgia and save scrap up for about 5 months and drive all the way to Quick Stop Recycling to sell all my scrap. The most honest scrap yard I've ever dealt with. Fixing to take a load there within the month. A good one hour drive but it's worth it.

  Love the place!! It's the quickest recycling center by far in Jax. Not only are the employees awesome but their attitudes are as well. They have helped me unload and help me understand more about recycling since I am semi new to the process. They have been more than patient with me and are never rude. I've always received a more than fair price. I can not possibly understand what the people giving them such a low rating could have done but I assure you , it must have been something they did . I am there almost everyday and have never had any issues !! Sincerely , Metallic dark chocolate lol

  I called before hand and made sure everything was in order. They told me i had to remove the catalytic converter off the car in the parking lot and it was harder than I had anticipated but right when I almost had it off the owner/manager started hurrying me saying he would give me a extra penny per hundred pounds which doesn't come close to the converter cost i ended up with 240$ for a running car w 2 cats that are on the top 5 list of converter.... Scumbags. They have a screwed up scale that says my car that the dmv weighs at 4600. I took the whole car nothing missing except for 1000 lbs of my car somehow. Never use them. Cmc metal on lane ave is better

  Ive gone to several other scrap yards in town and I personally have a not had one bad visit here at Quick stop. Your people are very helpful very respectful and if anyone claims to have had a bad experiance here i would question there attitude and the way they conduct themselves. As a matter of fact i will be there when the gates open in the morning. The only day I can go is saturdays so i build my pile up then hall it in.

  The employees here are super helpful and knowledgeable and will help you learn how to make the most money for your scrap. The yard is always clean, for a scrap yard. Very fair prices and usually a quick in and out.

  My father and I have been going here for the past 10 plus years and customer service is good, employees are helpful, you get paid good, customer service is awesome, don't have to worry about getting ripped off or anything, I liked it so much I got my own ID to go here to scrap, Dean who is the guy that usually runs the scales is awesome, very nice and friendly guy, and is always on top of his game, I'll be doing my buisness here for as long as I shall live

  I have used them for many year's. Very helpful staff and I have always felt the pay has been very fair. They take pride in keeping a clean yard. So I never worry about leaving with a nail in my tire. For those who have negative comments. If you follow the rules and guidelines your experience would prove to be different.
