Process was very fast and stress free. The lady that helped me set everything up was so informative and helpful and the tow person that came for my car was friendly, fast and efficient and also very knowledgeable and even offered some advice to me moving forward. The offer I received from them was wayyy higher than what I thought my car was worth so thanks guys!
The company itself was nice and professional but the tow truck company that they deal with and junkyard is very rude and unprofessional I was told they would schedule a pickup which I did they gave me a time frame window and told me they would call me an hour before I pick up and he waited 10 minutes before he got to the location to pick up my car to tell me he was almost there when I live 40 minutes away then when I drove all the way up here and I called to ask where he was he left and didn't bother to tell me that he was leaving either when I could have turned around and went home if the pickup time was going to be later then when I call and I tell them that the tow truck driver left that I'm not waiting on you guys when you're the one that wants my car they hung up on me instead of fixing the problem and now I am told I'm supposed to wait hours for another tow truck driver to return
This place is amazing Everything went smoothly. There was no hassle. The workers were professional, and I didn't have to wait a day or two they came the very same day. 10/10 would recommend.
This company was such a breeze to do business with. They didn't pressure me or blow up my phone up like a prior company I had been working with. Very good customer service from start to finish. Gave a fair price firm my vehicle and provided towing. Tow company they use was on time and excellent as well.

I was very pleased with the ease of the sale process. No hassle. They send a local contract towing service to meet you to pick up the car at your house, place of business, or auto shop. The driver cuts you a check, takes the keys and tows the car away. I felt like I got a very fair price for the car as well.
got a run around and after waiting 20 minutes the phone was offered to donate the car for some hotel stay and voucher...not my idea of cash for cars...
