Every time I go there the old lady has an attitude about paying me my correct money,,,, I once took 600lbs of skined copper she wants to pay me, $122 I'm like no way she got extremely mad, then on the same ticket I had 400lbs of metal and she wants to give me $8 and told me to leave and don't come back,, like she has no business value only ripping people off because she thinks everyone is A crackhead bad business needs to be investigated soon in
Went there on a Sunday cause the only other scrapyard open will take you to the cleaners in another state and never has coins in their drawer. Seriously. But union scrap metal was pretty quick even though its a smaller yard and fair on what they pay. They definitely have my business when I have scrap on the weekends.
These are our go to people for all of our business recycling when we are in the area. Always friendly, nice, fair, and pleasant to work with! If you like guava candies, you might be in for a treat, if you ask nicely ;)
They are not a good place to go if you are trying to make money cause they are the ones make all the money cause they are giving you pennies on a dollar
when I got to this place I was greeted immediately but then told I didn't know where I can keep my vehicle it's a real tiny little spot hole in the wall. And then the guy comes out here acting like he's some suave whatever. And then he wants to try to say hey man I'm going to give you a dollars for 100 pounds and everywhere else is giving eight something. and then he when you say hey why are you trying to do me on my price he he walks off acts like you don't know what you're talking about because he's not english. And then he comes back and he acts like he don't even see you there and you sit there man what's up.

As of right now they are paying $3 per one hundred pounds of metal
Everybody else is paying $5,50 per one hundred pounds of metal

They were not friendly and the were high.the helper was friendly but the owner acts like he mad at world.if i would have went where i wanted to go i would have made more money
They may be open on the weekends. But they completely rip you off. They give you less then half of what ANY other scrap yard gives on almost everything. They only pay $3 per hundred pound of steel. CMC Recycling pays $8 per hundred pounds. Like I said,less then half.... Copper prices are closer to what it should be then any other metal, but still definitely low. $1.90/lb for #1 and $2.20 for shiny bright. CMC Recycling gives me $2.27/lb for #1, $2.07 for #2, and $2.49/lb for shiny bright. Huge price difference. I get more for #1 copper at CMC then I do for shiny bright copper at this place. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. Literally ANY other place pays better. However, CMC Recycling has the best prices, friendliest and quickest service. Go to CMC and double or triple your money instead!
really nice and easy to deal with. Helped me sort my stuff even 15 minutes before closing. but you should sort your scrap before hand because its worth more ( plus its easier on them ).
