I worked with an individual named Thomas he showed extreme professionalism. I needed his assistance with a tow on a military installation he was very patient with me as I got him on base. When we got to the vehicle he picked it up in an efficient way. I could tell that safety and customer satisfaction were important to Thomas. He gave me a ice cold water bottle after the vehicle was loaded. 10/10 would recommend ASAP towing.

My car got towed this morning. They put a warning sticker on at 10:13 AM to be towed by 7/19 by 12 am. I went to go to work at 11:30 and my car eas gone. So they didn’t even give me a chance to move my car. I feel like if you’re gonna leave a sticker with a timeframe on it then you should leave it till I can move it in that timeframe that is just poor Customer Service and not trustworthy of this company don’t do business with them they are thieves.the manager was so rude and hang up on me, who do you think you are?????? This sticker is under your company name and it does a matter you filled it or office property did you are in charge with this sticker under your name.

The tow truck driver stole my two brand new vapes and $86 in cash I had in my glovebox. When I got my car back the next day it looked like a bomb exploded. They went through my entire car and didn't care. I called and complained and received no response except "oh". RUN RUN RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I want to give a shout out to Santana for all the help today. I really appreciate it. Although I was towed and very upset about it, I know it wasn’t ASAP Towing’s fault. Santana treated me with the upmost respect. It turned out to be a very easy process in getting my trailer released from their tow yard. During the process, I was able to speak to the driver that towed my trailer. He informed me he was very careful while hauling it and asked me if I needed any help moving it from their tow yard. Santana made this experience so easy that I decided to pay for the monthly storage package that was presented to me. I arrived frustrated and overwhelmed, I left feeling relaxed and at ease. Santana certainly is a good asset as the office manager. Thank you for all the assistance today!

If I could give zero stars I would. My family and I went to dinner at the beaches last night. Paid for our parking, put the printed receipt in our windshield to show proof of payment and went in for dinner. Not even an hour later, we come out expecting our car to be there. It was not. ASAP towed our car under wrongful terms. We had our 5 year old and our 3 year old with us and needed to get our car to get home. After calling and speaking to someone on the phone I was instructed to go to the beaches office and was told someone would be out there to get our car out. When we arrived through Uber, all gates were chain locked and no one in sight. We call again and they tell us they’ll send a driver out but it’ll be up to an hour. Mind you, I have my CHILDREN with me. They make us wait an hour outside of the gates, no one has shown up. We call again and they tell us an order for a driver was never dispatched but they would put it in now and told us that it’d be up to ANOTHER hour. I would have never gone to the office if I knew that I would arrive to no one on sight and a locked gate. They intentionally put us in an unsafe situation and when a driver finally arrived, was incredibly rude and unsympathetic. Even though we PAID for our parking spot we were towed and they still made us pay $161 to get our car out of the lot. This place doesn’t deserve ANY stars let alone to be in business. Edit due to the response from the company: We clearly had a printed receipt from the kiosk in the windshield of our car to prove that we paid for the spot we were in. Your customer service is terrible, you send families and individuals to your lots LYING to them that someone will be there to assist them and leave them stranded in a dirt road with locked gates for hours. I’ve read multiple responses to your reviews and you NEVER acknowledge or take accountability for your predatory business practices. I sincerely hope NO ONE chooses to give you guys business.

Wouldn’t allow 0 stars! The jerk driver tried to tow my car when I was in the Walgreens on 3rd Street. I wasn’t even in there 5 minutes. I get why they watch the parking lots for illegal parking during festivals, but I was actually a customer of Walgreens. And before ASAP pops on here saying they come in and announce, they didn’t! Next time the cops will be called. Update: ASAP Towing responded with a lie. The tow truck driver never apologized to me and neither did anyone from Walgreens. The tow truck driver was extremely rude and I’m assuming that’s because he got caught trying to do an illegal tow.

Although me and my friends car being towed was very unfortunate, I’m happy with the two service providers that helped us all out. They were very understanding and heard us out while also giving their input, feedback, and help! Very much so glad they were the ones who towed our cars rather than any one else lol & I now know how to be a good steward over my things (:

So i didn’t really have an issue with these people they were very nice to me however you can just tell what they are doing is completely unprofessional. i went to the wrong tow place at first and the guy advised me that my car was at asap and literally told me “good luck” said they are very rude and that no one works with them anymore including the police department because they know what they are doing is very fishy. i was parked in a parking lot overnight which was completely my fault but the feeling i got from them was sketchy. my car is under my mothers name and when i called the non emergency number they advised me i would need confirmation in an email from her allowing me to get the car along with a picture of her license. they did not ask for any of her information which i thought was very weird since she is the owner of the car. Editing my review because of the owners response… clearly he did not read my review properly because they DID NOT ask for the owners information. It’s okay I’ll give him a break. He has enough to worry about. He is now being sued for grand theft and fraud. Well that would explain my feeling of shady business practices because he was the one who helped me out that day lol.

Sent my car to the wrong tires plus when I gave them the specific address over the phone. Refused to refund any of my $189 charge and the tires plus that it was sent to didn't have my tire size they couldn't even do the work the same day, had they just sent it to the right one, i'd have my car right now. Offered to send it to the correct location but, "It would be a separate charge". Use a different company.

0 stars. They did an illegal drive by towing of my car, which I left at a public shopping center to take a bus to work because Hurricane Milton was rolling through. No warning, no notice, I had to call cops to find out what happened to it. My car contained my meds, so I was sitting outside in a hurricane having a heart attack and had to go to the hospital overnight. Then they held my car hostage for more than it's worth and more than I can afford, and left me not only without transportation but completely homeless. I've had hypothermia 3 times since then. I'm sure they're really proud of destroying people's lives because of their greed and completely immoral tactics, and probably ruined many other lives during the holidays who left their car at a shopping center for more than 2 hours. Thanks again, ASAP. The only solace I have is that you're going to hell in the afterlife. In response to corporate BS reply... I am still a frequent customer of almost every store in that shopping center, primarily Walmart, but also Beall's, Miller's, IHOP, and PDQ. So that excuse is completely BS. I took the bus to do some last minute audits and merchandising because I didn't want to drive in a hurricane.

Evacuating Florida October 8, had a brake caliper lock up on my one ton, towing my 40 foot fifth wheel on Interstate 95 south of Jacksonville. FHP gave me ASAP phone number. BEST call I could have made. Chad who stayed in constant contact with me, had a wrecker there in short order. While waiting, he made calls to find a shop that could repair the truck right away. Sean the driver was absolutely awesome. Professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They towed truck and trailer many miles to the wonderful people at Miracle Automotive, in Macclenny Fl. I was back on the road in short order, and made my destination without further incident. Chap at ASAP continued to check in with us till we arrived safe. I can't thank you enough! Roland.

Towed me and my boyfriends car illegally from our apartment complex, even tho the apartments put us on a no tow list. When we called to get our cars back they said all they need is someone from the apartment office to inform them they can release our cars. We did that. Our office lady called on our behalf to allow them to release the cars, they said they need to property manager to say its okay, so she said she has an email from the property manager allowing our cars to be released. They still wouldn't accept it. Constantly they tried to make us pay or hung up the phone on us. We called the police because at this point it is theft. The towing company said they cant do anything till monday but if we wait to get our cars till monday they will put a lein on our cars! This is absolutely insane to do to somebody and if we do not get our cars back we will take this to court because we did everything we were supposed to do and they still are holding our cars.

Worst towing experience. Car got towed because of registration being out, but we are from out of state. My fiance is insured on the vehicle and we ended up getting the registra Renewed while we were there. Joy Gergely working the front desk made the process incredibly difficult. She was extremely rude, unhelpful, unprofessional, and called him a smarta**. She was not willing to help and the place was not well taken care of. I’m sorry if you get towed to this place and even more sorry if you have to come in contact with Joy.

Getting your car towed is a nightmare. I know dealing with the emotional reactions of customers must be hard. I’ve been in Customer Service for over 20 years and it’s a rarity nowadays to find people that still really actually give good customer service. Joy, the manager is an incredible employee and such an asset to this company. She’s kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Meeting somebody that still has integrity and class in this industry was worth getting my car towed. Thank you guys, don’t be so hard on them lol

Would give zero stars if possible/ The girl on the phone when you call regarding the car was so rude. She hung up on us the first time we spoke and was negative the entire encounter. When we got to the yard to get our car, there was a German immigrant who said the woman who answered the call was so very rude and hurt her feeelings. No need to do business that way. Do better. She needs to be fired immediately. I would never have anyone like her representing my business.

There’s no option for less than one star or I would rate negative 100. Any business that contracts with this company for predatory towing should be boycotted. I went to pick up food at Fancy and my son and his crew went to Home Spun. The ASAP driver did not see me he just saw my son exit the truck and walk off the property the driver immediately towed the truck. Our whole trip was less than 15 minutes and the truck was gone. After a 30 minute wait for someone to show up and release the vehicle I was informed I had to go get cash. No debit/no credit. 161 dollars and 2 hrs wasted so I could patronise 2 businesses in the community where I live and pay taxes.

I had a horrible experience with this company while on a Valentine's Day dinner outing with my significant other. On 2/14/2024, Valentines evening, we parked in an ASAP towing monitored lot in Atlantic Beach while visiting a restaurant associated with this lot. I paid for parking via the Flowbird app which is used through parts of Jacksonville and specifically in the beaches areas. We've used this app and paid for parking many times and it is always very convenient and have had zero issues in the past. However, despite paying for the correct area and lot (or what appeared to be on the app), we come out to our car missing after dinner. We talk to the GM of one of the local restaurants and he says that ASAP has towed many cars incorrectly recently from that lot. I called the number and waited on hold for about 10 minutes before being spoken to by an unconcerned individual who told me where my car was brought to and the cost to get my car back. I told her that I paid for parking and wouldn't be paying their fee as they incorrectly towed the vehicle. She become rude and said that I would have to pay to get the car back and tried to get off the phone call very quickly asking if there was any other information she could provide. So we had to Uber to the lot where the car was with leftover food boxes and melting ice cream on what should have been a fun and relaxing evening together. Upon going to look at my vehicle and get it back, the individual working at the lot stated that there wasn't anything that I could really to if I wanted my vehicle back and I would need to pay the fee. However, once I paid the fee that would likely be little resource or care from the company as they've received their funds they were after. Despite showing proof of paid parking and showing how the user experience is on the app, including how it appeared that I paid for the correct lot, he said that there was still nothing he could do and the managers or supervisors don't want to get involved in these matters and that they get angry if they are 'bothered.' My license plate could have been searched across the app and would validate that I had paid to park my vehicle for the specified amount of time that we would be gone. From my experience and looking at their reviews and other users experience, I find that ASAP towing is acting in a predatory manner to generate additional revenue to their company by towing vehicles that do not need to be towed. I would have gladly double paid for parking if I was alerted to the issue via Flowbird or the company which I would think should have the capability to do this. If there are so many issues similar to this, there should be updates to the system such as better lot designation with surface areas shown instead of colored bubbles that are unclear as to the parking area specifics. Another idea is to have the individual parking spaces have a specific number that you put into the app to ensure you are paying for the right area or QR codes with which lot or parking space you are in. When I think of a towing company, I think of a company that can come tow your car if it breaks down, if the car is parked in an illegal or unsafe manner or other similar issue. Not because you paid $2.50 to park in a lot and mistakenly clicked on the wrong lot.

Shane was amazing. I have not met one person that had a good experience with their vehicle breaking down. However I will say, Shane made my stressful situation better. He was so kind and understanding and extremely friendly. If I ever (hopefully not) need another tow, I will request him and ASAP towing 100%

Had an issue with one of their drivers destroying our steering column in our truck and when I confronted him he got aggressive and out of control. I tried to reach out to the owner, no response. They also didn’t respond to the complaints filed with BBB and the FL Attorney General office. On their website they boast about an A+ Better Business Bureau rating. Please make sure to not only give them a bad review on here but file complaints with the BBB and Attorney General, maybe they’ll start responding to issues with their employees!
