I went today Saturday at 11 am 01/25/2025 and was treated with nothing but respect the kind gentleman guided me to the spot I needed to be in told me what I had and what we would load first they even assisted me in finding stainless in the steal which in return gave me more money they were very fast and it was my first time there I'm glad I went and will be a returning customer thank you for your professionalism
Today, January 13, 2025, 11am, I delivered scrap to this location and when I went to pick up my money, they asked me to make a digital signature without first giving me a paper or digital copy of what I was signing. I didn't like the idea very much but I agreed to the front desk operator's request. Your signature is not enough for them and they also ask for your fingerprint in the same way without providing a document to know what I am signing. I asked for a copy to review what they are making me sign and the operator refused, gave me a payment receipt, gave me my money and told me not to go to that place again.
I have taken her word for it. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE OF RUDE PEOPLE.

Florida Section 538.19 does not say that I must film without seeing what I am signing, and if your workers do not have a way to show me what I am going to sign, they cannot be rude because I do not want to sign blank.
These guys have the best customer service in the world when you come up you pull up your car or your truck they take care of you really good they get the job done and the pay is really good so come see all scrap in Naples
Had my son bring in pure, clean, high polished aluminum wheels with no tires and stems that were bent badly in car accident and they gave him $0.45/lb because they checked them in as Chrome Wheels. Clean aluminum wheels typically fetches ~$0.70/lb. Taking advantage of people for profit is not cool.
There the best in town fast always helping and very polite. I would recommend them very highly. The staff is awsome. Do take your scrap anywhere else. This is the spot.thanks
Always a great place to drop off scrap, very friendly people and helpful for fair prices. Roxane at the counter is always happy and friendly, and Nacho is one of the forklift operators and very helpful always too. Always a recommended place to take your scrap!
Today was my second time coming to this place, my husband had to work and couldn't make it with me. As I arrived, I was greeted and one of the employees helped me unload. He did mention that it's recommended I take someone to help as they get really busy and must move quickly. The experience was a great one. As I mentioned, I was helped, and I did get a friendly greet and the explanation at the end was beyond helpful. As a woman, I felt welcomed and valued. Unlike, the other place I used to go to....I was never greeted or explained what and how to do things! I will definitely be making this my go to scrap yard!
All Scrap is well coordinated, Im in and out of there not waiting in line for to long. Great place to go to get rid of all scrap and wonderful customer service from Roxane, Im always greeted, she is kind, polite and always has a smile on her face.

Roxane was so sweet and pleasant. I was in and out of here extremely fast. I will deff come back here again….. plus they’re open later than everyone else and weekends !!!!!
This is the only place I’m going from now on! I’ve gone scrap to other facilities in the past and they’re typically very shady and would never lift a finger to help you. To my surprise, one of the guys (Nacho) jumped right in my trailer and assisted me with the unload. The cashier couldn’t have been nicer and offered suggestions for getting better payouts. She said “we try to get you the most money for your material”.
I recently visited the scrap yard and had a great experience. The staff (Roxanne) was friendly and knowledgeable, and they were able to help me quickly unload my scrap metal and get paid a fair price for it. The yard was clean and well-organized. Overall, I was very satisfied with my visit to the scrap yard and will definitely be returning in the future.
I absolutely love bringing my scrap here between Nacho and Roxane's amazing customer service and better prices than the other jokes in town, that call themselves scrap yards. You guys are amazing. The only place I'll go to.
Roxanne was great. Explained everything very thoroughly to me and the boys in the yard made it very simple. Brought in very large aluminum super gutters on a big trailer and it took him 10 minutes to upload me. In and out in 15 mins total and a wad of cash in my pocket.

I have been going to all scrap for years and they have been great. I take all metals aluminum, copper, steel, brass, and stainless steel that I break down from heaters and pool pumps. They also take aluminum and copper wire with and without insulation on it. If you strip the insulation you will get a much better price. They also take pool motors and fan motors from heaters. When I offload the scrap the workers are very helpful and put the sorting bins close so I don’t have to carry the scrap stuff so far. This is much appreciated saving your back! The lady behind the counter Roxanne is so sweet and I have really enjoyed her friendly conversation. They recently consolidated with another scrap company in Ft. Myers and their prices are better. They also have streamlined the operation of pulling in the South Gate so you can drive in and straight out with no backing with a trailer so that is nice, especially for those that don’t have experience backing a trailer.
All Scrap in Naples is the best scrap metal yard. The entire place is ran by nothing but friendly and helpful people. It is the only scrapyard that I will go to! 5 stars.
Very shady. Brought in like 80 lbs of brass and 50 lbs cops and only told me after everything was in a big bin mixed with their stuff he was giving us dirty brass and copper.. the dirty brass was only because it had copper on it and the dirty copper I assume because it had solder on it?? Either way it dropped both to under a dollar a lb.. and heavy steel .3 cents for?? I don't like how they only say theyre going to screw you untill all of your metal is mixed in with theirs
Was there in June of 2023. Staff was friendly, delt with the forklift guy and a woman at the counter. I scrapped a lot in N.E. first time in FL. Believe I got a fair price for 304 grade stainless. I thought they were a little tough on cleanliness, about 15 pieces (100 lbs.) Had a small brass screw in each piece and only got .04¢ lb. Thought I would get half price for dirty (.12¢) but besides that It was fine. Forklift guy was very knowledgeable and efficient. Does his job well.
Minute I drive in guy on the fork lift set a box down on the digital scale to get his tare said 1543 ? I said that reads 1573 Lbs(stealing 30lbs) he said Oh Ok Stealing from the start. Then wanted to pay $1.00 less for the scrap per pound Then what they said on the phone of course to get you to come in . They need someone to open a scrap yard near by and give them a bit of competition. To show them how to treat customers . Hope someone does soon.
My experience was not good at all I went to to recycle my scrap wires and they forgot to return my drivers license back , I immediately called back and they confirm yes we have your drivers license come back we open until 4 ,No apology or excuse at all . I went back and they couldn’t find my ID and I also found out they had keep somebody else drivers license as well .I spoke with mike the owner and told me “we can’t find it we are busy at the moment come back later or give us a call” which I did ,and their answer and approach from the owner was very rude and unprofessional when I asked him to be compensated for my time and troubles of had gone twice to the location and had called a few time and no solution or answer as what has happened to my ID. His words “you can go get a new license and I will pay you if you bring me a receipt. Also the person at the phone had mention that they might had give my ID to somebody else .
My advice make sure don’t forget anything there they will Not help you get it back.
Been dealing with scrap companies in town for over 10 years and this by far is the MOST HORRIBLE place I've ever dealt with. There's a young lady at the window that has a terrible attitude on top of this place being a total ripoff!! We unloaded a truck FULL of scraps and received less than $5 for it all. I was close to this location which is why I went there. NEVER AGAIN!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!
