Apparently he has good vehicles, but he doesn't have a single cent of attitude to sell. He gets annoyed if you ask mechanical questions about the vehicle or if you bring your own scanner to check on the condition of the vehicle. He has no tact when negotiating

I purchased two used seat backs and paid for them, 327.00 including shipping. I then got a call from Carlos saying I had to send him another $164 for "insurance" because the shipper wanted that amount. I told him there was no requirement for "insurance and did not want the seat backs if they were that much, either ship them with no "insurance" or refund my money. He just kept saying the seats were "at the shipper" and unless I paid him, not the "shipper" he couldn't "get them back".
I told him I no longer was dealing with his "I'm an honest guy, dude send me the money" just refund my payment.
I never got my money back, he's a crook, beware.
Got decent parts for my 2012 Grand Caravan several times. They were very friendly and helpful.
Prices were decent, compared to what I was used to in IL.
