This was one of the most frightening experiences I have ever had in my entire life. I literally promise.
First and foremost, this place has a low rating for a reason. DO NOT be like me, believing that your experience will be different. You will get treated like an animal. Guaranteed.
I took 2 days before I finally brought myself to write this review. My experience was honestly so terrible, I lacked the words to describe it. Even now, I can’t in depth relay how in fear my mother and I were.

My mother and I came here in the early afternoon to ask about a specific used auto part and potentially buy it if they had it. From the start, there was no clear office, counter, or customer area. It was just a rough yard with no clear way to conduct business or even comfortably stand or manuver your car.
We asked two simple questions. The man who appeared to be the owner never introduced himself and immediately became hostile, annoyed, and dismissive without listening to what we were there for. When we were told the part was not available, we went next door, not realizing the two adjacent businesses were owned by the same person. An employee at the neighboring lot had led us toward parts on the first property, which is why we believed it was appropriate to check there.
That is when the situation escalated.
The owner followed us and began yelling aggressively, berating us, making intimidating hand motions, and repeatedly screaming for us to get out. This was not a calm or professional request. It was filled with anger and venom. The threat was implied through his tone, body language, and how he approached us. It felt unsafe to speak, respond, or even defend ourselves.
While we hurried back to our car to leave the employee who had led us away from our vehicle laughed the entire time, which made the situation even more disturbing.
We left immediately without buying anything. My heart was racing, we were shaken and panicked, and I genuinely feared for our safety. This was not just bad customer service. There was real intimidation and fear involved.
If you are a woman, alone, with family, unfamiliar with the area, or honestly anyone at all, dont go here. You should know that once you are there its not worth it, and turning around is the safest option.
No one deserves to be treated this way. A business that operates through aggression and intimidation should not be supported.
If I could give this guy zero stars, I would. This guy here is a terrible person, and only money hungry. He literally threatened my life today with a gesture like a knife to his throat from one side to the other. I am a single woman with children, and he attempted to try to tow my car but was not able to but told me I had to pay $80 because he already found it. I literally just got out of the hospital. He told another person that because I did not pay the $80 that he would be trying to find a way to get that money plus more. He would charge the max amount of money for my car, if he ever saw it. He originally stated that the cost was $165 to pick the other person's car up but when we called to confirm he stated $245 but when we said to him that's not what you originally said you said $165 he said, "ok, 165." He did not identify himself or his company when he left the second time without the second car, instead we had to call the non-emergency number to locate the car. Please consider a different company, especially if your a woman for your own safety and the safety of your children!
Se llevaron mi carro de mi casa que estaba estacionado en un guest park y nos obligaron a pagar 165$ para recuperar nuestro auto. Son unos depredadores de autos para sacar el dinero fácil , muy agresivos y mal educados !
This place is awful!! My car was towed in the middle of the night from my own parking spot behind my other car. The guy told me the price of $165 when I said I wouldn't be able to pick it up till the next morning it was an extra $40, so $205, so I had that to give him when I went to pick it up but he told me that will be 165 and you're good to go so I just assumed he was just going to go ahead and give it to me for the price he said in the first place, he even stood there and counted out change to give me money back. So I went home and not even 10 minutes later my neighbor knocked on my door and told me my car was being towed I went out there and asked him what he was doing he said that I owe him $40 because he told me it was 205 I said you said $165 he said that was yesterday, I said you literally just told me 165 and counted out change cuz I gave him $200. If my neighbor would not have knocked on my door my car would have been towed again because of his mistake giving me the wrong price so he can turn around and charge me another 165 to get it back! CROOK!!!!! KARMA!!! Karma!! KARMA!!!
Wish they had a 0 star this place is shady a crooked as can be! Tell you one price for a tow, they screw up the amount and come back to tow your car again because of $40 they didn’t take themselves? To turn around and make another $165 for there screw up. Karma karma karma. Shame on them
They like to exercise prededatory towing. Looking for easy money like the last one said. My car was parked where it was not disturbing anyone, others were in violation. Did not care to hear me out. Was extremely rude when I came to get my car. Only accepts cash and started locking the gate when I told him I didn't have cash. Karma is real. Go elsewhere for your business!!!
Words cannot express the disrespect that was shown to my sister. To anyone looking to tow their car, please save yourself the time and money. My sister’s car was accidentally towed by this company and they were very rude to her, that it left her in tears.
They are just looking for easy money. It's not my fault my neighborhood doesn't all have drive ways and people have to park on the grass ( was not even on the road ).
My experience there was the worst one ever!!! They could care less about customer service, all they want to do is take your money and wont back up their work once you leave...i bought a use tire for $50 and it want flat in less then an hour, they put a dry rotted tire on and refused to make it right!! I could understand if i had it a week or two, but 15 minutes!! I was told that it sat there for a half an hour before i picked it up? What does that mean?? They said i would have to buy another one for $40. That tire ended up costing me $150, because i had to take cab home for $65 and buy another tire as well!! I wouldn't trust them! What ever happened to good customer service?
