I called a couple of times and both times the guy hung up on me and wouldn't let me talk...!!! I tried to explain to him what I needed and his answer was always NO...!!
I gave this guy a couple of chances to be respectful but it didn't work... very disrespectful... I will never call again...!!@
I called and spoke to them several times, and they said no problem that they had the part I needed. Drove all the way down just to wait an hour to find out they didn't have it. They tried to sell me a 14-inch rim and tire when I had 15s on the car. Said it was ok to do, I know better! I believe since I'm an older woman that I would take their wotd
I'm DESPERATELY trying to find a junkyard in Naples where one can go, pull the part they need, themselves, pay, then leave. Nearly all of the "salvage yards", that I see listed simply don't provide enough information for anyone (with an iq over 60) and basic reasoning skills to determine the very basic question: "what kind of place is this".....
I get it, internet ain't your thing......but, if you pay someone to build and maintain a really good website for your business, it would make your lives much easier and cut your workload. Lest we forget, it would prevent people like myself from having to post reviews like this just to get your attention.
I have yet to figure out what kind of place this actually is.......any information would be beneficial. I think. Hope.
Friendly, upbeat and Great customer service, Fil not only knows how to help he is patient and educating. Call him before paying full price at the dealer for parts. He also buys junk cars!
I was stranded in Naples wit a bad radiator on my van. He found me one & it was less then original quote. Very honest. Also recommended a super mechanic Carmilo-one street over who installed. Drove back to Wisconsin with no issues! Thank You
