20 years in the car business, I have never dealt with worst people than this place, they sale parts they don't even have. Specially Joshua, biggest lier i ever came across, save a headache and stay away form this place
Do not go to this place. They are croocks.. tell you one price on the phone and when you arrive they triple the price on you.. bait and switch... not a good way to run a business.
Very rude owner all I wanted was one wire off a motor that had broken coil packs broken plugs so obviously whoever bought the motor would have to replace it 1 spark plug wire would not make a difference he told me $60 for 1 wire you can buy a brand new set for 40 Would not recommend this place to anyone stay away
Under new management, poor customer service and parts are very expensive. You will end up paying the most and they dont really care about you. They told me that my part was $300 and I found it for $79. Big difference.
I was looking for a front left seat belt retractor for a while now my doggy chewed it off, Finally I found a lot that carries a decent amount of cars to actually supply you the part
I ended up getting a pair of tires for my F150 and the seatbelt I got for almost half as what I found online
They may have what you need, but they charge 2 to 3 times more than any other salvage yard in Southwest Florida. Be ready to haggle, and know about the pieces you need. They'll try to misinform you to get you to pay their price. Even if you debunk them, they won't sell pieces at a reasonable price. They expect you're desperate and are willing to pay anything. Use this place as a last resort for something you're desperate for. Otherwise wait for another salvage yard to have what you need, or buy new online. They will take advantage of your situation and exploit your lack of knowledge. I couldn't help but laugh when they priced the parts i was looking for.
Do not waste your time here. It’s pointless. Bad customer service and they don’t care what project you’re working on. This place was good 20 years ago. Now it’s a trap.
If you are looking for used parts at new part prices then look no further. Damn near dealer prices here. Twice what RockAuto charges and almost four times what you can get used parts from anywhere else. No exaggeration.
They are the worst! They try to charge 3x what I can buy a part online brand new with 1 day shipping for. Anyone who buys parts here must not know how bad they get ripped off every time.
