Smitty's Auto Inc JunkYard in Homosassa (FL)

I came back on today, 2 years later, to say the last time I had to use Smitty’s I had a much better experience and found Greg to be very helpful even showing me a direction that he would not profit from at all. That is good customer service. Thinking back the other times when I have felt service & parts were not up to par, were times I dealt with fly by night flunkys that worked there. Returning to this site I also seen Smitty had made an attempt to improve the negative review ( a year later 😎then it took me a year to see his reply) My only suggestion today would be (remember I have not been a customer for years after several bad experiences so my statement is not directed at any current employee cause I have no idea who you have employed now) just keep weeding out the losers & keep only the employees who care enough about the customers and the businesses reputation to make sure the customers get good reasonable service and the correct usable parts.

This family is Christian based and they LIVE the business concentric with true Christian values. Their honesty, integrity, and focus on finishing well was my experience! You cannot experience such integrity. Aisha and Greg go way beyond what is expected! Give them your business and experience the utmost service and know how in the industry. I give Jesus the credit, as they ALSO do....

Even though having to visit a junk yard is never a good experience, Smitty's has consistently been the best experience possible because of the friendly staff and very ethical business practices. When I had to buy a tire from Smitty's, I was given a fair price. When I came for the tire, though, I was told the quality of the tire wasn't as good as he had thought it was, so he had reduced the price! It's a very trustworthy business. Highly recommend them if you find a need to.

Spoke to an incredibly nice man who was genuinely interested in helping my vehicle situation become resolved. If he could have helped us I know he would have done an excellent job. Would highly recommend!

The owners are just home town folks who love what they do. Super friendly and lots of parts. My husband needed a steering column for a truck he is restoring and they had one and the price was less then we thought.

I’m a frequent customer having bought countless parts and services from Mr. Greg and his awesome wife. Nice clean workshop, great prices, honest and respectful. Five star local business for sure.

This place is wonderful local owned business that goes over and above to get the customer what they need...we were here on vacation from Indiana and needed a nut for the back hatch window of our SUV. Had tried 2 other places with no luck...found one at Smitty's and they charged us $1 and we were back on the road!! Thank you so much!!!

Smitty's has fantastic customer service. They should be your first call for auto parts. They did not have the parts that I needed, but they tracked down the parts for me at another business that is not related to Smitty's. The level of customer service at Smitty's is rarely seen these days.

We broke down in our jeep on the back roads not more than a mile away from Smitty's. God was watching out for us because Greg was very busy on this Monday afternoon. He came as soon as possible. We were on our way to the jeep dodge dealership for the repairs when Greg motioned a Christian friend James that owns his own shop. Guess where we went...... Thank you Smitty's Auto 😊🙏

Excellent service for my daughter who was driving from Florida to Texas. Gregg Smith fixed her up with a spare and checked her fluids and tire pressure, she made it home safely.

Says open on Google had gotten there, meet with someone said they start closed I'd have to wait till Monday. So I'f you get a flat and are planning to go here make sure you can do. A few days without drving your car to. Work. Few days without groceries, and you are able to walk your son and daughter to school for a few days.

So glad I found these people this is a family run business ran by nice kind helpful people if you need parts call here first !
