Everytime I go here they have what I need and if they don't they get another vehicle in a couple days. Far prices too.

I come here all the time, but today was my last. Asked for a car to be brought down last week and was told it would take 30 minutes to get brought down when they werent even busy so i could take the grille off of the car. Come back this week and they purposely smashed the front end on the car so i couldnt get anything and threw it all the way at the top of a smash pile after i told him i would be back. Owner is always rude and prices are too high. Can buy brand new parts for what he wants for used parts that YOU PULL.

If you aren’t watching the numbers on the scale this guy will rip you off …… I’ve been here a couple times and trusted him until my last visit I had twice as much as normally do and got paid less than the previous time ….. a lot of work goes into scraping and ppl like this don’t deserve the business

The prices are fair and they seem to be pretty well organized as far as getting you in and out. And the staff is very friendly and thorough.

Friendly staff. Great place for all your used automotive parts you might need. I purchased a windshield and they were very helpful and verbally walked me through how to replace it. I follow his instructions and my windshield works and look great!! Thank you guys! Super prices as well!!

It's crazy that they use a bull instead of a junkyard dog to guard the place. I mean, its a good idea on the surface. I just wish that they'd pen it up during the day. I made the mistake of wearing a red shirt up there today and still haven't caught my breath from all the running...

A very smooth running comfortably ran business. Have always found the things I needed and though the owner, Jeff, may not always walk around as the happiest guy in this world, he'll always point you in the right direction for the parts you need, or give you top $ for the recyclables (aluminum, brass, copper, batteries, etc.) Heading that way this morning to get some Mazda tribute parts. And FYI, he's also got almost every domestic and foreign vehicle made for you to salvage and pull from.....

Bought 2 used tires for $60 30 each went to have them put on, the owner at the tire shop told he couldn't put them on because they were 12yrs old so I called taurus to inform the the guy who sold me the tires they wouldn't put them on because of the age of the tires so I told him I was bringing them to get my money back he says we close in 15min. And screams I'm not waiting for you then hangs up the phone.

Very friendly and professional! After going to many u pull its and junkyards, dealing with rude people who thought their junk was gold...Taurus was like a god send. Thank you to all who worked there and helped. Highly recommended. Very reasonable prices.

Don't have much of a selection of vehicles to pick from & don't think they spray for bugs. Got bit up so bad that we stopped looking for parts & left. Parts are a bit overpriced too. Positive side staff is very respectful.

I have been purchasing parts from Taurus Metal for about 5 years. I've been able to find many hard to get parts for cars from the 90's and early 2000's, prices have been very fair. It is a you pick so you will have to navigate through a large number of cars, but there is lots to choose from. My experiences there have all been good, and I've come away with many hard to find parts that I was not able to find anywhere else.

This is a good local junkyard. The few times I've been there the staff was friendly and the prices were fair. I look forward to returning there this week to look for a engine for a project of mine.

The Chinese dude is a complete ass hole.. rips everyone off & very rude. All his workers are very rude they can't tell you where the car is you have to go look for it yourself I under stand this is a place where you get your parts by yourself but the rudeness is ridiculous. And you could at least tell me where to locate the car instead of making me walk the intire place over too find it!

We were treated great! And was helped to unload our trailer. They staff was so nice and funny too... Thanks for your hospitality and laughs!!

Though it was a bit of a drive to get to, I saved about half the price on a stock OEM chevy aluminum rim that I purchased from Taurus Recycling than what the local nearby auto salvage yard wanted to charge for the same rim.

It's the better ones around the area however, when customers drive 30 minutes to go there someone that works there (usually owner or secretary) is paying attention to the their website for the company and keeping the information ya know the most commonly asked questions common sense anotherwords, their Hours of operation instead of letting people think their open changing the status to a updated like closed until farther notice ECT.

Owner is rather rude.. told us one price day before and once part is off and loading he wanted more money... Stated that he didn't realize it was in as good as shape as it was.

Took your own tools in and a wagon in to bring stuff out that you got. The guy is really nice and he try to give you the best price for the things.

Owner is a cocky arroogant d#ck That almost got beat up. Changes his prices daily. Don't waste your time. I'd rather pay a higher rate else where for my parts than to give him business.

Not fair on prices at all to Jeff the owner u can’t charge someone on how nice the part is it’s used u can only legally set a price for the part it self for being used not jack up the price because it’s in good condition this place will strip every dollar out of u just because u can’t buy new here at Taurus they will charge more due to condition of item not fair at all not friendly or very knowledgeable at all just sees u as a dollar sign!!

yeah every time I go here the owner the Chinese guy tries to charge more then the parts are new and you have to pull them off yourself ... go somewhere else or buy it new this guy is a MAJOR RIPOFF, I understand he has to make money and I,m not looking for free handouts but get real ....2 dollars less then new yeah right ....that s why he stays in business he low balls all the scrappers and then he gouges customers , very ridiculous

Bent the seat as to be unusable trying to get it out of the car. They bent it, not me. Just spent two hrs., giant c clamp, vise grips and an inpact wrench just to get it somewhat together. Unknown if it's workable or not. Too beat to do more today.

Great place to get parts. Good people and quality parts for a fraction of retail prices. Would recommend to anyone.

Taurus metals was busy as usual, I can't believe the pile of scrap metal they have acquired in a short time and many many cars of all flavors , the parts have always been reasonable in my experience

After you pull it and go through all the work owner charges 30 for a 26 dollar part new and 20 for a 10 dollar part new. Will not go back fot sure.Your a used pull it yard why stick it to your customers.

Car's are not together in sections of make but some what good prices. $30 for speedometer cluster and $175 for fair condition seats
