I have a couple of trailer loads of scrap and I can get the guy to answer his phone. I drove by on a tuesday at 10 or 11 and he was closed. I guess I got to drive across the county and go somewhere else
Wayne carter was a great man awsome person to work for he has good quality and mostly anything you need he buys scrap just hasnt had enough help to keep Carter's open for longer then just Wednesday
Don't go there anymore. They are not friendly, they are cheap with their recycle prices and I would always leave there feeling like they took advantage of me
Very unhappy customer. Got a altenator from them today. It was no good the bearings were bad. When i took it back today they charged me a $5.00 restocking fee. Are you serious?? I know a lot of people who will no longer use them.
My family and I have dealt with Wayne various times over the years and have always been treated fair. Recently I learned the hard way that Rick, at Carter's, is superb at his job. Absolute best of the best as far as I'm concerned, very happy with my experiences there.
They are not good to deal with, pretty much dishonest. Took a pickup truck full of aluminum window frames to them. That said they couldn't give me a price until it was weighted, then they said they had to see all the frames(whole pick up load). Then after it was unloaded said there were steel screws that had to be taken out All the frames were the same different sizes. Maybe 8 3/8" screws in each frames gave me $21. To late to reload beware
THEY ARE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND FARE I COULD NOT HAVE HAD A BETTER EXPERIENCE THE WOMAN WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY I WILL ALWAYS GO TO THEM IN THE FUTURE SO SHOULD YOU
