After four hours in the er I pulled onto my street. Ended up in ditch instead. I called GS towing. I said ok to come. They said $175. I told them to keep me on their list but wanted to call around. Called back in a while. They said they would not come because I "wanted to call around". How childish is this? They can't stand any competition? I'm a senior in limited income. I did not cancel them.
Called them up today for help with a situation and it was the best call made all day. They were right on time and went above and beyond. If I ever need help again I will absolutely be calling again. Thank you.
You saved us today not once but twice!!! We are so thank your great Wrecker Driver John (I beleive) and I am sorry I didnt catch the second drivers name. Quick arrival on a very busy day in the area. Thankfully it turned out to only be the battery needing to be replaced. Reasonable prices, courteous services and just amazing in general!
We were stranded with a faulty transmission and after calling multiple companies we found GS towing services. They have the most competitive pricing and the fastest response time I’ve ever experienced from a towing company. The drivers name was Jeff and he had the most positive attitude even after my suggestions. I say this about his attitude because people that have been doing their trade for a while don’t take suggestions as well as he did. All and all GS and Jeff gave me the best service experience I’ve ever received from a towing company at the most affordable price. Thank you GS towing for coming to my rescue as promptly as you did.
Tried calling them 3 times at 4am to jump my battery. All three times no answer. First time voicemail started. Second the voicemail started then line acted like someone picked up and immediately hung up. Third time picked up and immediately hung up.
This company is ALWAYS so good to me everytime I need them. When they say 20min, their there in 10. Super nice drivers as well. Thank you guys for always being so awesome!

Car broke down. Was under service contract with Village Toyota. Refered to GS towing buy Village Toyota Homosasa. Called spoke to Greg. Was very polite and curtious. Worked with me on scheduling car pick up by tow driver Chris. Met tow driver Chris at car in a.m. Chris was very polite and courteous. Drove with Chris tow car from Masaryktown to Homosasa Village Toyota. The drive was bit long but Chris was very respectful, professional and made the drive pleasant. G&S was great, turned up on a Saturday morning in about 10 minutes after my car left me sit in a Home Depot parking lot. Jon Gonzalez was very helpful and friendly, and got me and my busted car home. He let me know if I wound up scrapping my car, they could handle. Which they did to my great relief. Can't recommend them enough.
We had a pretty hectic and nerve wracking job we needed to get done. After speaking with numerous companies, the only one I felt was confident enough to get it done was Jessica and Greg with GS Towing. I asked the to send the bets person they had and Jon Gonzalez showed up. We had a 40’ RV with only about 3” of clearance to work with. After several attempts, Jon came up with a brilliant idea and somehow managed to pull it off. From start to finish, he made sure the lug nights were torqued down, assuring the dealer provided the correct pin for the trailer hitch lock, fastening the sliding glass door, to steering clear of any potentially low hanging tree limbs. Then when we got to the final destination, Jon used some sort of sorcery and magical powers to somehow get this massive RV into position.
Thanks again for getting the job done, and more so, for getting it done with such caution and care.
I don’t know what we would have done without Jon. He made sure everything was secure before we left. He made sure the path was clear enough to get onto the property. Let’s just say it was a very very tight fit. He had to do a lot of maneuvering in order for our 40ft Retreat to fit under a pole barn. My car decided not to start again. But coming to the rescue was GS Towing. Jon was my tow truck driver. He was out immediately and gave me a jump start. Told me my alternator is on the fritz. He was very helpful and informative. He was very kind and patient with me as I have hearing issues. For all your towing needs, including jump rescues lol, call GS. Ask for Jon. He's awesome!
We are so thankful to GS towing.. from their dispatcher Jessica to our driver Jon. Both were incredibly nice and extremely helpful.. We are from Wisconsin and our destination was still 2.5 hours away..I have never been in this situation before and scared to death..We broke down after hours and had no clue what to do. Their wrecker (I wasn’t expecting to be so incredibly clean) got to us in maybe 15mins… Their driver went out of his way to make sure our car was secure at a repair shop and made sure he found us a safe place to stay before he left… We can’t thank them enough…. They made a stressful situation even a little better!

I was taking a vehicle to my mechanic when the belt for the engine came off. I had to pull into Walgreen's. Called G&S Towing and they were there in about 20 minutes. The driver, Jon, was awesome. Had me hooked up in no time. He took me and the car to Citrus Springs. Very safe driver. I will definitely use G&S Towing again in the future.
My truck broke down in Brooksville on a busy highway, I was able to get it to a gas station off the road. After a couple of phone calls, Jon G. from GS Auto was there in a flash. Did I get myself into a situation with sugar sand in Homosassa? Yes, I did. Did I call three different tow companies to be told they don’t have 4 wheel drive and they couldn’t help? Also, yes.

After breaking down at night Thanksgiving Eve and waiting 4 hours for Good Sam's who never showed, within 30 minutes of calling GS they were there and quickly took us to a dealership. After calling 2 other tow services to rescue our box truck GS towing said “we will be right out”. Matthew showed up in twenty minutes. After discovering the trucks problem Matt repaired the truck enough so we could limp to the service center for the needed repair, ultimately saving us the towing portion of the bill.
