I was in a car accident and needed to replace parts on my truck, so I called to see if they had a bed for a 2003 Dodge Ram and they did, rust free/damage free dodge bed and a chrome bumper and tailgate all for a reasonable price with them to take it off was an amazing deal! Definitely going back if I need anything.

Great experience there, was able to find what I was looking for, and was happy. Really solid customer interaction skills, and highly recommend doing business with this individual. He was honest, fair, and no bs. Again, can't say enough about my experience dealing with Doug at MSB. Will definitely be going back there if needing anything.

MSB was amazing when my two sons and I visited on Saturday looking for rims and tires for my sons car. Doug and his staff were so very informative, helpful and kind. I was completely out of my element and yet was made to feel very welcomed. I/we couldn't have had a better experience and It's definitely due to Doug and his amazing staff!!!

I was told they had the parts I needed. When I got there I was told parts from a different year would still work. They told me to search the back lot. Couldn't get between the cars to find what I needed. I asked he could pull the part. He said you find the car and I will get it pulled. Felt like he didn't care if he made a sale or not. Never did find what I needed. It a waste of time and half a tank of gas.

Have shopped and acquired alot of parts that was fair on price. If your willing to go for gold it's there. Quality parts and I love how respectful other pickers respect the vehicles not to destroy another part just to get theirs. You have to respect the yard as much as I do.

Do not go here you have to use your own tools pull your own parts and then the guy behind the counter wants to charge you more for the part then the auto parts store saying but it's OEM they have the worst prices I've ever seen and don't get me started on the death trap of a yard they have you'll be lucky to make it out alive

I called before to make sure he had my make and model of car...when I arrived he said it was "in the back". I worked my way through all the cars and made my way to the back. I was there for atleast an hour...I did not find my make and model. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Very dangerous...

The most courteous people I've ever met I came here this morning for help they helped me they were very courteous very polite they assisted me all the way so if you need to come to a place like this run get here as fast as possible you will be treated royally take care and come here soon

This place is a big rip off. The prices on the wall are from the old owners. The gentleman behind the counter calls a parts store and discounts the list price. I called to have a part removed he stated he had a man to do the job but I had to pay up front. No problem when I showed up there was no men to pull the part if I wanted it go get it. Great business attire, extremely high prices and the dirtiest yard I have ever been in!

Totally wasted our time. Told over the phone they had the correct part and the color we wanted. Wasted over an hour of time driving out and looking around the lot to not find what we were looking for at all. Barely outside the lazy guy’s office door was the car, but you could clearly see it was not the color we wanted.

Called before I drove 45 mins to get a part I really needed. Person on the phone asked what I was looking for along with year make and model. Told me they definatly had a few in the yard and to come on down. Drove down ran into a female associate who was rude and not very nice at all. Pointed and said over there and walked away. We walked around for a few mins until we found 1 of the few they had the front end was smashed all the way to the cab therefore the part we needed was destroyed and not worth the 150$ I was quoted on the phone. So we walked around alittle more and found the others they had they where not even the correct body style so the parts would not interchange with my vehicle When we said something she said theres one out back itll fit. Again it was smashed and unusable. Never found this one that she claimed would work. Ended up leaving without the part they told me they had. As per the request of the reply to my rating. I would be happy to rate it as more if it wasnt a complete waste of time and gas to drive down there then to be treated how we where by your "wonderful" associate who made us all feel very " (un)welcome" .
