Big shout out to Tim for replacing my starter. I called about 8a.m and he got there within the hour ( I was 15mins away). Even though the parts store close to the shop didn't have the starter and he had to go further away to get it be was still done before 2p.m
I went to their garage for a reefer chute that needed to fix hole in chute and for rack supporting reefer chute that was all bent up. They took care of the situation as soon as I got there and fixed the problem, I was very happy of the repair, good quality work. All the staff was friendly and let me park on the street close to garage so I can be safe for the night. A big thank you to all the team.

We came here because of all the positive reviews on google. If you read the reviews, most of them are in the last 6 months. These guys charge 200 per hour, does not matter if its a road call or if you come to their shop. I dont think freightliner dealer charges this much. We came in to check an air valve and replace 1 air bag on a semi trailer. Received a bill for 4 hours labor plus parts. We werent even there for 4 hours. We did get a refund for 1 hour, because we could prove in and out times. If we didnt keep track of this, we would be charged. Changing 1 airbag in 3 hours is absurd. The shop says we had to go and get it. Wow. These guys are getting paid 200 to deliver parts. We would have left if they sent an estimate. Very dishonest people work here.
If you scroll down the reviews there is a guy saying dont take your semi truck here. He is completely correct. These guys are incompetent to say the least or scamming for hours at the worst.

Really nice folks. Down to earth. I really enjoy talking to them. Family operation that owns 3 locations. They are building an office on Pheasant Road with AC. Likely will be done by the time you read this. Not sure if they will offer coffee then? They tow large vehicles and can do repairs on them. Think RVs, campers,large utility vans, and large class B vehicles. Not sure if they do class A, they might.
This shop and especially the owner is top notch and very prompt to respond.been driving 41 years and have dealt with countless shops, these guys are great and they actually care. You cant get much better.
Awesome experience very reliable and trustworthy, sent these guys $20,000 for a piece of equipment sight unseen, they delivered it immediately 3 1/2 hours away. This type of honesty and reliability does not exist anymore.
Great mobile mechanic for our commercial trucks! They are prompt with getting to our requests, deliver a quick turn around service and are affordable. Definitely our go to diesel mechanics!
I contacted Empire on a Friday after 5pm with hopes of them working in a Full front & rear brake replacement so we could place our tow truck back in operation by Sunday. Adrian immediately arranged for parts to be picked up before that store closed at 6pm. Our truck was delivered to Empire around 7pm.
I spoke and texted with the Mechanic Tom on several occassions Friday evening and Saturday afternoon authorizing work as reccommended and required. Settlled up with them Saturday around 5pm. Our truck was back in operation by 6pm.
Adrian and Tom are professional and good commuicators. I consider Empire to be a Six Star Operation.
These guys will have my business going forward.

While towing our sailboat from Miami we had a blow out on the interstate. We called Empire and within minutes Adrian had a tow truck on the way. They towed us and took care of all the repairs at a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quick and easy service!

I bought a Class A RV in the Fort Myers area that had an immediate need for new tires. I called Empire Truck Repair & Road Service and I spoke with Adrian who attentively and immediately began coordination to ensure the tires that my new RV needed were promptly delivered and ready for installation.
I had an unforeseen delay during the RV purchasing process, and with that, I was delayed getting to Empire Truck Repair & Road Service in time to get my tires replaced. Adrian maintained an open line of communications with me and he ensured I was cared for during this installation despite me being delayed for more than 24 hours to get to his shop. Not only did Adrian put his top two technicians on the tire-replacement job, he was continuously conducting Quality Control checks with his team during the entire installation to ensure I was satisfied with the work.
Above and Beyond: To add to the great service Adrian and his team provided, Adrian personally called me the following day to make sure I made it back to Tampa safely. Now, that is Top-Notch customer service!

Took my time writing this review to be as accurate and detailed as possible. I came here to Empire Truck Repair from another shop who misdiagnosed my truck and wanted to replace my whole fuel system(hp pump, filter housing, all injectors, etc) for a grand total of $21,000. I knew I had 1 bad injector possibly 2 on my DD15, been driving for 16 years, millions of miles, so I know when someone is trying to stick it to me, specially being from out of state! Long story short, I called Adrian from empire, took my truck there where he diagnosed 1 bad injector and 2 weak ones. So I decided to just replace all 6, bought my own Injectors online for $4,000 less than what the previous shop(certified fleet services) wanted to charge me and Adrian had his very very knowledgeable, meticulous, and professional mechanic Jeff do the work on my truck. They replaced all 6 injectors with hp fuel lines, injector wire harness, timed each injector and since then I put approximately 7k miles as of this review, trouble free miles! They are a family ran business, very friendly, honest, professional hard working people and I admire them!!!!!! Adrian even called me few days later to ask if everything is well and all is good, thats something that no shop ever did in all my years of experience!! I ABSOLUTELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND EMPIRE TRUCK REPAIR for and heavy duty or light duty repairs!!!! Thank you Adrian, thank you Jeff for being HONEST, knowledgeable, fixing my truck, getting me back on the road without no issues and being fair with the pricing, unlike the previous shop I had my truck mis-diagnosed at!!!!
Awesome company and the staff are amazing. Had an 34 ft RV that needed pick up and tow. They communicated each step of the way and were very professional and quick. Could not rate them higher, wonderful.
Came to them two days in a row. The first day was about a drive issue. Mill checked things out and recommended a tire balance. Unfortunately wasn’t able to do here but he seemed like a good honest guy. The second day I came with a trailer needing vents. He did a good job and quickly too. Another place quoted it would take 2 hours. I was in and out in about 30-40 minutes
..... what!? I'm very happy with this company! Adrian is certainly top notch, both as a person and a mechanic. it's crazy out here as an owner operator when you begin to expect to just get screwed at every turn, (thanks mainly to Volvo dealerships who really really set the service standard dirt low), and then, when you're on the side of the road needing a drive shaft repair, you come across someone like Adrian.
the guy was personable, professional, timely, HONEST (both in ETA's regarding arrival to me as well as repair time/ projected cost). Really seems to care about doing a good job, also gave me pointers on ways to watch out for any future signs of failing parts.
Thank You EMPIRE TRUCK (Adrian) for giving me back some of that lost faith in people again!
