Yesterday we called AAA and they contacted Prompt Towing Service and within a short time we were contacted by Kenny at PTS. He was very professional, prompt, friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this service company and hopefully you can work with Kenny because he was great! We are very grateful for his help!

Prompt Towing was on it. When our vehicle was immovable due to an electronic failure, the dispatched 2 different trucks to assist. Kenny was able to do something which enabled him to get our vehicle towable and off it went to be repaired. They are quick to respond, knowledgable and friendly.

Kenny was amazing! He got stuck in standstill traffic on 75 because of a wreck, had to go to the next exit which is quite a distance away, yet he still arrived with a smile on his face and got my car where it needed to be! Thank you Kenny!!!
Kenny, of Prompt Towing Service in Punta Gorda FL, was prompt and professional in responding to our distress call about an unexpected flat tire on our rental vehicle. My Jeep Wrangler (Swamp Ass) decided to break down on me. I love the Patriot tow trucks this company has so I googled tow companies until I found the right place. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I was trying to get ready for work while scheduling a tow and from the man I spoke to in the office I believe his name was Dennis to the tow truck driver who was incredibly nice and helpful, not to mention extremely quick to arrive made this already stressful situation regarding my jeep breaking down as smooth and helpful as possible. Even shared some laughs with Dennis and the driver. I wish I knew the drivers name so he would know how much this meant to me. My tow was on 11/14/25 about 8:10am in Port Charlotte. Keep up the good work, and SWFL is lucky to have a company like this in our community!!!
Big thanks to Gregory (truck #110) with PTS, who picked up 98 Accord on the side of I-75 after my alternator belt failed. PTS was extremely helpful, from the first call until the drop off at my house. Straightforward, fair price, and extremely quick arrival. Greg was very professional, and great to talk to on the long ride I took where we dropped my car off. I cant recommend them enough.
My 1960 Ford Thunderbird broke a control arm exiting I45. I called Prompt Towing and have to say that they are the Best. Ito was the tow truck driver and what a great guy. He knew that my car is a rarity and took the time to make sure no further damage was done by towing my classic. As a classic car owner I really appreciated that. Ito, I can’t thank you enough.

My experience with Prompt Towing was absolutely unacceptable. The driver demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and respect throughout the entire encounter. I would not recommend this company or its employees to anyone seeking reliable or ethical service.
The driver—who was clearly unfit to represent any company—was rude, confrontational, and unprofessional. I also made it clear that I do not consent to any photographs taken of my personal property, yet he proceeded regardless. This is a serious violation of my rights and privacy.
I am in the process of filing a formal lawsuit regarding this incident and will be pursuing full legal action. I strongly advise the owner to review the conduct of both this driver and the dispatcher, as such behavior will inevitably lead this company toward failure.
The owner should contact me immediately to address this matter before it escalates further. Prompt Towing needs major changes in leadership, training, and accountability if they expect to remain in business.

My statefarm booked them for me to tow my car to the mechanic shop. They were very professional and fast. They took my key and dropped the car without me being there at the shop. Very happy with their service.

Was driving through Cecil Webb and hit a Wash out and I was half on the road and half in the gator invested waters (luckily only saw 2). Chris was EXCELLENT! Rated 10+ He went above and beyond for ensuring we arrived safely. We had truck problems while towing our 42’ 5th wheel trailer on SR 64 towards Bradenton, FL. Our road side assistance co had several miscommunications and had us later into the evening than desired. We were expecting two tow trucks, one for the truck another for the 5th wheel. When we explained the situation to Chris, he offered to handle both. He made a quick call to manager, Mike, for approval. Call out to Mike for being workable, both great guys! Chris hooked both truck and 5th wheel joined and hauled to the nearest KOA, unhooked the 5th wheel then delivered the truck for repair. Two for one! He was genuinely concerned about getting the job completed without using two different tow trucks! Highly recommended and so appreciated for the prompt and professional manner! Was broke down on I-75 and Samantha from prompt towing showed up in less than 10 mins after calling. Then loaded my vehicle and towed me right back home. Fast convenient and courteous! Highly recommend!

Had an unfortunate day with two flat tires on the right side of my vehicle. I used my GEICO road side assistance. Prompt towing was the provider that GEICO used. The service was easy and very quick! They had great communication and were very polite. They called me when they were almost to my location. Gregory Hartman was a great help and was very careful and courteous while loading and unloading my vehicle. He gave me a ride to Walmart with my van. I highly recommend! Dane with Prompt Towing is incredible. He was extremely patient with the entire processs of getting my dark horse mustang that had a blowout safely off the highway to the Ford dealership a couple miles off the next exit. This car is only 3 inches off the ground and as a result 2 other companies wouldn’t even accept the roadside assistance job order for fear of damaging the car, but Prompt and Dane took the chance and executed the delivery without a scratch and all during the early hours of the morning from the 3-5 AM. Thank you Dane and Prompt so much!
We had a blowout on I75, 30 minutes into a 20 hour drive. We called our emergency line and they dispatched Prompt. The dispatcher said 90 minutes, but she was there in 5. Had us towed to a tire shop in under 15. Great and friendly and professional. We were thankful for the help!
